There is a specific cleaner for motor oil you can buy. It's more for the hands though but I'm sure it will work on the floor. Mechanics use the stuff pretty much daily.

Fact: I can never be truly nocturnal. ( Went to sleep at 8pm last night. >.>)

Yeah I know about the dawn thing, didn't work on the floor although it does work on my work clothes. As for the hand cleaner it didn't work either. I am beginning to think it may actually be tar but that is just a theory.
