Fact: I went on a road trip to Kentucky, from Michigan, to help do some repairs to a house. It was so freaking hot down there that I was glad to be working inside. Then I get home and its a 30 degree temp difference because the weather got cold. I hope I don't get sick!

I have discovered that I don't do as well in terms of productivity when I have oodles of free, unstructured time. It's just too tempting to sleep in a little, make some coffee, check email, and before I know it, half the day is gone and I've done nothing for my thesis. Now I am trying to get my time more structured and spend longer parts of my day at my desk where my bosses are so I'll be more motivated.

I am headed up to my grandparents to power-wash their decks tomorrow. Its the prep work for deck staining which I get to do since I don't have a job anymore. Hurray manual labor for money!

PS: Silvan, I also don't do good with lots of free, unconstructed time. I get really lazy and watch tv shows.

I used to be able to think in algebra. Drove my teachers nuts. They wanted me to show my work, and I had little to none to show. I can't do it now, it's been too long since high school.

You could give your phone number and address to people who think you're wasting your life if you haven't accomplished at least four tasks by 7am. (And they don't count brushing teeth and tying shoe laces.) Nothing like a loud, earlybird, busybody to throw some discipline into your life.

I might be becoming a loud busybody. As much as I hate waking up before noon... I still drag people out of bed to go to the gym and suffer with me. And then I knock on the doors of sleeping people with coffee and comic books and chatter.

I might be a terrible person if I wasn't so awesome.

I had my first automotive accident yesterday. Got distracted for just an instant, and ended up scraping a guy's bumper with my little 50cc scooter. I swear, the light was green before I looked away.

Random Fact About Me:
I have only one scar, and barely. It's left over from touching my wrist to a heated element in a hot-case. The whole *touch, YANK* number. You can barely see it on my right wrist, though. It has two parts, one wide and one narrow, 'cause the element was kind-of a double cylinder, and I hit the first one more than the second one for that nanosecond. The two marks are about a half inch apart, and about an inch back from my wristbone if you follow the line of my thumb. Or I guess actually it's one end of one of my forearm bones. Halley's Comet, now I have to go look it up. *googlooks it up* Ulna. Shocked

Okay, so an inch back from the end of my ulna bone? I find this humerus. xD

Random Fact About Me: (Which may not be so random since the above post made me think of it.)

I have five scars, three of them from operations. One, stretching across my skull from an operation I had a baby (don't worry, I'm completely normal... well, kinda); another stretching over the knuckle of my left thumb from slamming it in the car door as a five-year-old. The third scar is almost gone: I got it from skidding across gravel on a bicycle. The fourth and fifth scars are both on my ankle from three surgeries (one scar was opened twice) as a result of breaking my leg.

Another Random Fact: I obviously like talking about scars.

Fact: All of my scars are self-inflected. I cut myself while carving with my knife and the others were because of my OCD when it came to picking off my scabs. I haven't broken any bones yet though.

Fact: In my last 'random fact' I made a spelling error which implies I had an operation on my skull to have a baby. That is incorrect. I had an operation on my skull AS a baby.

Fact: My immune system seems to have taken a nosedive since college. I was healthy as an ox all through high school and college, but since graduating I have, without fail, gotten some sort of weird virus resembling strep every summer. What the heck?!
