They're related, Fate. Go eat. I ate a tortilla with colby jack cheese on it, heated in the microwave, and my headache is gone. I'm still a tiny bit hungry, though.

I complain that the guys my friends expect me to date are to whiny.
Why don't you call me? Why don't you answer me when I message you? Angst, whine, angst, angst, cry. Bleh, if I wanted to date a girl, I'd go and date a girl. Ugh! >/

hahah :: pets :: It'll be okay. Friends shouldn't matchmake their friends. It should be against the law. Anyone with whom anyone else has ever tried to set me up has always turned out to be disastrous.
The guy with whom I'm currently involved is one I found all on my own, and it's working so far.

That's what I say.
Apparently I "need" to have one so I can gush about him 24/7 like they do. It's fine do it when it's a long term relationship, but not when I know that they'll just be broken up in a matter of days. I don't understand kids my age. -___-

I've gushed about my boyfriend since near the beginning. ^^_^^;; I'm a typical girl, though, and it helps when your boyfriend is made of win. Besides, he and I have been together for seven months, soooo... yeah... Wow... I just realized that this could end up being the longest relationship I've ever had. Seven months was the length of the first record. ^^_^^

Re: The Complaints Thread >:(
Well, this has been a wonderful day. Warning: Long, frustrated rant below.
I had to go clean my dad's office today (it's one of the jobs I do for him). My mom had left a key to the office on the table, and showed me that it was attached to a green key ring. So on my way out, I grabbed the green key ring, the house key, and the keys to the car. I made it all the way to the office just to discover that the key on the green key ring did not, in fact, fit in the lock to the door.
So I went back home and, after poking around, discovered another green key ring. This one, as it turns out, actually had the office key attached. Of course, they were right next to each other, so it's only natural that I grabbed the wrong one.
I made it back to the office and went inside, discovering upon entering that someone else who worked there was already there. They hadn't been there when I first tried the key, but they were there now, meaning I hadn't even needed the stupid key. >.>
Next piece of 'fun'.
I was supposed to have a sleep-over with a friend tonight. Said friend didn't call me or anything, so I finally called her around 5:00 to see what exactly we were going to end up doing. No one was home, so I left a message asking her to at least tell me if she didn't plan on coming over. She got online around 6:30 and finally decided to say, "hey, since we're going to end up hanging out 'till Wednesday anyway, is it okay if I come over around 9:30-10:00?" Then she asked if my other friend was coming over tonight, and after speaking with said friend I informed her that no, she was not (and I had pretty much already known this; it just wasn't confirmed), and suddenly she was like "oh, well, since she's not coming over, and since you apparently have to work tomorrow" (which I'm about 90% certain that I will be, since my boss has told both me and my mother (on two different occasions this weekend) that she wants me to work on Monday. However, it's now 9:30 Sunday night, and she hasn't called yet. I'm expecting a call in the morning) "why don't we just get shift our plans to tomorrow?" So I agreed.
The little pessimistic voice inside my head keeps saying that she just wants to hang out with her boyfriend some more. Mrr.
But, since that plan was now canceled, I decided to call my grandma up and see if I could hang out with her, as I've been itching to do these past few days. Naturally, she said yes, so I went over and we had a grand time talking and playing cards for about a half hour. Then she got a phone call. It was my grammy, calling to mention that she had gotten a call saying the alarm to my house was going off. My grandma let me talk to her, and I found out that a door had been left open, that the police had been to the house and looked around, that she and Poppy had been to the house to check on it, and that I needed to come back to the house and shut the alarm off. Of course, in the midst of all this were other points that meant we didn't know yet why the alarm was going off.
So I hiked back to my house with my grandma, aunt, and their friend after calling my dad. He had given me a run-down of everything I needed to do before actually entering the house, just in case. When I got there, my neighbor was in my driveway with some people that were at her house. Together, we checked the entire house on the off chance that someone was hiding, but no one was there.
After all that chaos, I found out that (as I had suspected after talking with Grammy) I had left the front door open after leaving. ... ... ...
Ugh, what a day.

I also hope the spider I saw while scouting the house for intruders is no longer there, while at the same time hoping it is so I can kill it. >.> -goes to check-

Okay, now I'm going to start complaining about how various locations around my ribs are starting to hurt. >.< They weren't earlier, but true to my usual reaction to pain (a.k.a., everything starts hurting 1-2 days after the fact), they're starting to hurt when I press down.
Why are they hurting in the first place? Because I fought someone off who was trying to throw me in the pool with my clothes on.

Re: The Complaints Thread >:(
I have come to the conclusion that fate does not want me to have a good weekend.
Yesterday was better than two days ago, but it had its huge moments where life just hated my guts (including the fact that my sinuses started acting up to the point where I had such a massive headache that I couldn't move, and the point where I forgot I had the alarm set and let the dog out...). Today has just begun, so I don't really know, but I'm already off to a bad start (I stepped on my glasses in my attempt to reach the phone) and I never seem to do well with bad starts.

Aw, if it were truly up to me, Lara, your day would be going would be going a lot better. I'm sorry that it's not.

Wow Lara *huggles* Sounds like your not having much fun lately. Hope you find that bastard spider and kill it ... or that at least it left the house, or some thing. Ugh HATE spiders. Also, hope the ribs get less painful, maybe take a hot shower to ease it?

I'm not independent! I cant even drive, which means I cant even do the shopping for hubby (coz he really hates shopping!) Hate not being able to drive or having to rely on him for everything! I used to be so independent back in England ... now I miss it a lot!
I hate not having the time to show him some proper love. Always pulled in to work or cleaning. Always too tired at the end of the day. Makes me feel like a bad wife.
I hate punctuation and how much it trips me up!
I hate my job and the state I live in! Bankrupt state for the win. I want a job where I can smile and mean it. I want a job where I can use my artistic abilities ... like baking or drawing or some thing! I want to be appreciated where I work and not feel like everything I do is wrong! RAWR
I hate having to live from paycheck to paycheck. Boss only pays me 9$/hour. I know I could be earning a lot more than that with my skills. I can't even pay the rent on our apartment. Need to get help from mother-in-law which I hate because she has enough to worry about.
(/end rant ... guess I'm just feeling down in the dumps, depressed, hopeless, and stupid)

My Situation isn't quite the best these times, either, but at least I can keep my spirits high. I'm a stubborn kind of guy. :]

Oh ouch! Girl! You and I need a better job. What do you do for a job? Coz that is not nearly enough wage for me to do anything *giggle*
Re: The Complaints Thread >:(
I work part time as a cashier at a grocery store. I started out making $7.25 in September of 2008, so that's actually not such a bad raise for retail after having only worked for ten months, though I've worked enough hours that they consider it a year... so who knows... I may be deluding myself. ._.
Needless to say, my grandmother pays the bills with her social security, and we split the costs of food. I also pay to take care of my kitty, and I buy all the gas for our cars.

Uh, I currently work for 3,30 € per hour when I subtract taxes and insurance (which is, how I said somewhere already, mandatory in germany)
AND the best part about it is, I'm doing quite the brain-heavy job where others would get 10-15€ the hour..
Only doing it now because it's only two more months until I go to university and I don't want the hassle to search for something else for that time...
Also, Reffent, here, have a cute little bedmonster. *puts on your lap*
How's his name?
EDIT:
I do have some things to complain:
a) There's a definite lack of postage in the Zombie RP.
b) I still havn't recieved any applications for a threesome.

Oh, sure, there's enough ways to get yourself killed.. it's in the Advanced section.
I *think* it is still open. Player number was restricted to 6, and we have 6 Characters, but only 5 Players, so... Don't know. But the RP could use some more activity, so I think it's ok if you still join up..
