Animorphs idea

I was thinking of doing an RP set in the realm of the Animorphs (Animal Morphers) but not use the continuity from the books. Instead have my character (and possibly one other) be the survivors of the original crew and have the rest of the original crew die getting the blue box (morphing device). Needing new members to the Animorphs he carefully selects individuals to tell the truth about the alien invasion and hope they chose to join his group. I am thinking that when the story starts it would be right after the new group is assembled and the first mission is to get them some morphs. If I get enough interested people I will start a proper OOC topic with a lot more detail about the realm and background of the character I will use. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

I am quite interested Sunwolf, not only because it's Animorphs, but because it's a new continuity. You see, I've only ever seen the first few episodes of the TV series version of it, but I haven't seen all of it, so this works perfectly for me. Before you ask, yes, I know the basic plot of the original story and how long you can stay in a morph for before you stay in that form forever.

P.S. Did Jason (I think that's his name..) ever get out of that hawk morph?

Cool. For what I am going to do all you need is a basic understanding of the realm anyway. And his name was Tobias (at least in the books it was I didn't have cable when the show was on TV so I didn't see it) didn't get to be totally human ever again although he did get the ability to morph back and acquired his human form. So he could be totally human again but he would again lose the morphing ability.

Edit: You might as well start thinking of a character. I have been wanting to do this RP for months but haven't gotten around to making a topic for it. If you know anyone else that might be interested please point this topic out to them.

I LOVE Animorphs! And yeah, his name was Tobias--my favorite character. The leader's Jake. I read most of the books, but don't recall all the details anymore. =)
