Well, you need to rent it or buy it or something. The original is the best there is. Get it from the beginning because I heard Grissom left the show. ^;_;^

Yeah Grissom was my favorite character on the show the few seasons I watched it. Anyway I am chilling with a friend in the computer lab of the college I used to attend. Somehow my account still works so I can still log in. We are working on a floor plan that I want for reference material for a novel idea I have.

Re: What are you currently doing?
I just finished watching the first two discs of the second season of Heroes. It's not as good as the first, but it's still awesome. I also proceeded to squee when I realized that the woman who played as Uhura in Star Trek: The Original Series is playing Micah's grandmother. ^^_^^

Phew, just finished some more drawing homework. I have to make blueprints and concept art of a building's interior and exterior that I want to model. I have no idea how to do that, since I've never done it before, so I just kind of winged it.
Re: What are you currently doing?
I just finished making a small role play post. I'm now basically caught up with all of my role plays since it's not my turn to post in the Avatar role play yet.

I'm wishing I had a place to post in. I have nothing to do.
I'm also trying to find good makeup that doesn't sparkle so that I can crossdress properly. I decieded I'm going to be my friend's boyfriend for a day as a joke. This should be fun.
Now if only I could find a "manly" way to do my hair. Hurm.

Aww. I feel the same boredom. At least I have a book to read.
You'll also have to find a way to hide your boobage. =3

I already have a way Kat! I can make myself look boob-less with an open shirt! Hahaha! I am a master of gender-bending!
Not really, I'm a pretty friggin girly man. And I need tape, this cross dresser makeup was all for naught. Le sigh.

Inerio: Baseball cap. 'Nuff said.
Addendum: If you add sideburns or a bit of goattee, that'll draw the notice and they won't look further for signs that you are a woman. And if you can't get your boobs taped down or otherwise hidden, you can freak 'em out as a woman with a beard.

Yeah but it would totally clash with the whole outfit I've got going on. I'm a pretty gay man. Maybe I'll just "grow" some chin hair to make up for the long head hair.
Edit
Oh my god I should add some sideburns while I'm at it!

Re: What are you currently doing?
Ah, I'm exhausted, and the day's not nearly over!
After coming home from class, I made some lunch and then went to work on more homework. One of the things I can't do though, since I don't have the program needed (Adobe After Effects), so I have no idea how I'm going to do that assignment...
Now, I need to do some things around here.

Just ate some soup for lunch; I love soup! Laundry is going, dishes are going, and I've my favorite class tonight. ^_^ I'm so excited to get these pictures developed! If I can figure out how to get the scanner to work, I shall post them up here.

Fate, you could always use the computers at the college. I mean, if they assign something to you that needs that program, there's no way the college computers wouldn't have it. If on the off chance they really don't have it, you could always discuss possibilities with your instructor.
I am currently checking my email while I wait for my grandma to finish with her shower. We're going to watch more Heroes after that. I'm going to be so sad when we finish this season because I don't get NBC to be able to watch the fourth season, and I have dial-up, so I can't watch it online. :: sniffles ::

Homework is finished; class starts in three hours; so while i've the moment to do so; I'm going to begin working on the he new thread I want to create.

Re: What are you currently doing?
Oooh, new thread.
Ugh, I would give anything to not be in this major. I hate what I do so much.
I was working on homework before class this morning. I went to class for 3 hours. Now I'm home and back to working on even more homework that I got. I have so much freakin' crap to do. It's ridiculous. I think our teachers forget we have other classes besides theirs. It's just -- seriously -- never-ending. This is all I get to do any more: homework! If I'm not doing homework, then I'm in class. It's only the second week, and already I'm burning out.

Re: What are you currently doing?
Seriously, Fate, you should consider changing your major. Life will always feel this way if you don't like what you are doing. That is really what college is for, to give you a taste of what you are going to be doing in life. That is why you can change your major. I think you should consider changing it to something you want to do, or your career will cause you much unnecessary stress in life. Even if you have to do more schooling, its better to waste a few extra years than to waste the rest of your life. But thats just my opinion. I know how hard it would be to simply give up and change everything at this point.

Re: What are you currently doing?
I'm inclined to agree with Silvone. One of the main reasons why I've had such a hard time deciding what to do is that any time I have to do something I enjoy, I start hating it. I used to love to take pictures all the time, but I took a class on it, and now I never do it because it's not as much fun. During that class, I never even wanted to do my homework because it had become such a drag, so I know that I would hate to have to be a professional photographer.
However, I've tested my drive for organization, and it has never failed me even when I made it my duty to organize things. I love it, and I know that being a librarian, being organized and learning more and more will be a good thing for me. I think it's something that I couldn't really ever end up hating.
What is it you really want to do with your life?
I am currently waiting for dinner to finish cooking so my grandma and I can eat her birthday dinner ((She sixty-three today.)) and finish the last disc of the third season of Heroes. She keeps saying it's a weird show, but she loves it, too.
This is one example:

- Spoiler:
- There was this point where Sylar killed this woman in her office on her birthday to take her ability to know when people are lying to him. Anyway, right as he was finishing, a bunch of her co-workers jumped into her office and yelled "Happy birthday!" He slowly stood up, blood coating his hands past his wrists, just staring at their shocked faces before asking, "Cake?"
My grandma and I laughed quite loudly at this.

Re: What are you currently doing?
Back from classes... Phew! I'm glad I don't have as much homework as you, Fate, my load is large enough. >.< Thankfully I'm not working full time with all of this, otherwise I couldn't do it! (Which puts me in awe with you, Silvone!) But, on topic:
I've got dinner in the oven! Math on the table, camera besides the book. My photography project is due next thursday... and I haven't had much time to shoot. >.< I'm nowhere near as excited about the first roll of film as I was before, they lack every ounce of emotion I was going for. Hello busy weekend, we meet again!

Re: What are you currently doing?
Well this quarter is easy, so there is no reason to be in awe I've got one class that I go to school for. The other is online. Neither of which I'm currently doing my reading for And I'm only working 24 hours/week at the moment. So I have to say my workload this quarter is rather easy. Might not always be that way, but for now I can relax.

Re: What are you currently doing?
I’ve no idea what I’m going to do with my life… can’t handle being around different people long enough to do most jobs, hate school (quite literally, I love learning but I can’t handle school), would go insane behind a desk… and anything that I love to do would just become work if I did it for a career, driving me into hating it. I’d rather not hate the things I love doing. I’d feel better off doing small under-the-table jobs for neighbors and such while doing part-time, obscure literature and/or music…
Currently I am listening to Nightwish while being annoyed at the fact I’m sick… first time being ill since I graduated from high school. Figures that I end up sick during our first good storm so that I can’t even enjoy it.

I can't stand school either...yet I chose a major that basically requires graduate school Screw it though, I'll make do with a bachelors. First in my family, can't complain about that.
I do love to work though. I hate doing this housewife crap, even with school. I need to go out and work, but I can't until I'm finished with school. Argh!
Sorry you are sick dude. I'm on new medication (I hate medicine, even pain meds...) and it is making me nauseous.

Re: What are you currently doing?
Melancholy, I know exactly how that feels. In fact, that's exactly what I described happening when I took a photography class only to have it end up killing my passion for taking pictures. =\
I am currently biding my time until I have to go to bed. I am about to take my insomnia pill, so that it will kick in by midnight which is when I need to go to bed. I have only one or two episodes of Heroes left to watch until I finish season three. Then I'll have to wait an eternity before I can watch the fourth season... Well... a year isn't quite an eternity, but it feels like it. =\

Re: What are you currently doing?
Strangely enough I don’t mind this cliché ‘housewife’ stuff… even though I really hate that term. I’d rather do that than be surrounded by people all the time… I don’t know why but I just can’t handle that; makes me claustrophobic in a way.
Yeah, I hope to never kill my passion for anything... only time will tell though.

Re: What are you currently doing?
@Melancholy: I can't stand the term either...but I don't really know what else to call myself...besides a student, or a mom, or an avon rep o.O Sometimes housewife just describes it best, though it is very cliche.
It isn't the duties of the home that bother me (though I am not and will never be a cook, due to appetite issues as well as lack of skill). I just...like to work. I like to do different things, be in different places, just focus my mind on different tasks. Being in the same environment everyday gives me cabin fever, and I like to mix it up by going out and working. It is the only reason I like school, though now that my classes are limited to anthropology classes, I'm seeing the same faces a little to often.
When I was working at CAR I got to go to different places, and when I was working in retail I got to see different faces...It is something that calms me down and divides my attention so I don't get that cabin fever feeling...
Wow, that took a lot more words to explain than I had originally anticipated...
Anyway, I finally got my game back, and posted a wall of text Riv'nar. Yay!

Re: What are you currently doing?
Understandable, and completely opposite of myself. ~laughs~ I enjoy getting out, but for me it has to be with just a few friends and if anything for a few days maximum. Still quite amazing I’m able to handle concerts… haha. I’m most relaxed when alone, or in nature (with or without someone, but being alone in nature is great). I like doing different things as well, but I prefer the more light-labor outdoor tasks that allow my mind freedom to wonder; the kind of work that doesn’t require massive attention to details. Being that I live in my head more than anything it is nice to do work that still allows me to do that. ‘Tis why I’d rather do those odd jobs for people I know than anything. I do love traveling though, and in a way journalism wouldn’t be bad as long as I could pull it off in a freelance manner… but I pretty much need schooling for that as well.
Listening to Within Temptation and hoping I can finish the contest piece before the end of the month... already have 1103 words and am just getting to the meat of story. Don't think I can keep it under 5000, which reallly sucks. Being sick doesn't help the creativity aspect right now either.

Re: What are you currently doing?
I get where you are coming from, and often feel that way myself...which is weird, because it is completely opposite to what I had said before.
I suppose I have to mix it up...that is my problem. Some days, I want to go out out out! and other days, I want to stay at home and read or write...blah. How will I ever decide a career? One day I want to be an archaeologist, the next day I want to be a movie director... -_- I need to keep my dreams within reach, if I can ever decide on one!
Currently I am...doing nothing. :/
