so I'm going off to Portland, Oregon with my family this weekend. That's the bad news. The good news is that the hotel we're staying at should have free wifi, so it probably won't actually reduce my productivity.
My question, instead, is this: has anyone else ever been to Portland? And if so, what's a cool place to go there? I really want to see something cool while I'm there besides just Powell's Bookstore.

*raises hand* I recently went there! We went to the Oregon Zoo and the rose garden place thingy. ^^
