Recycling characters is fun. ^_^ So is inventing new ones.
Making characters... *sigh* Can't get enough of it. I think I must have more than twenty-five that I've made for role-plays, not even counting NPC's and villains.

I suppose that's not very many when I think about it... but it's more than I thought before I actually went back and tried to remember them all. xD

I like to recycle characters, too. Actually, all of my characters on FoG are recycled with the exception of Inwë Elensar whose only pieces of recyclable materials are her name and the fact that she's an elf. I've used that name for many an Elvish character. =3

100th post! woohoo! none of my characters are recycled, but they are all similar because they are in some way like me. Except for Seodred, lol

Is that 25? *counts* Ah, 26! if you count Gado Tanager, who isn't officially complete yet.

And this doesn't include Kalon Ordona I the King of Orinia and his Queen Rita, Faron the wolfos, Byrar Noldred, baron Navargus, baron Ragabek, Saphod the sage, Vergol the sage, the light spirits inhabiting the Arc of Light, all the minor NPC's in my RPs, or anyone from my short stories or novel-in-progress.

Man, it really taxes the memory when you actually try and list them all. I can't believe I got the number right! xD

It's not a pun or anything, just a more Kel-Dor-sounding name than the other one.
Actually Knil is backwards for Link, which was my username back when I was RPing Linkallon Huorníth, my equivalent of Link in Middle-earth.

I don't think I could recycle a character. It just seems wrong to me... I would rather come up with something new. I don't think any character I've used in an RP (with the exception of private RP's with Ryona Noel in which we use characters that basically match our own personalities) reflects any character of another RP.

I modify them each time, mostly just stealing the name. I don't think I've ever actually put a complete character into a separate role-play. I guess what it is for me is an easy starting point to build off of. Also, their personalities are similar.

I guess I kinda think of 'em as actors. ^_^
Like I've got an acting troupe, and they play different roles. Ha-HA! xD

So I'm trying to finish the Prologue for Sephiris: The Price of Peace, and I'm completely stuck on the Gathering of the White Council in Daeinári, the capital center of Eldin.

What to do...
I'm sure it'll all come out eventually... I just hate the misery involved in the process. *groan*
I guess that's what makes the victory feel so thrilling.
*sigh* To be a writer....

Wow, I don't know what I was so worried about. It turned out, I didn't have to use elvish at all!
I know that just means I've put off the inevitable, but at least the Prologue is done!
