Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Your periods do that to you? Jesus... I feel so lucky. I didn't even start getting cramps until I was like... fifteen. They suck, but they're nothing that puts me out of commission. I actually used to think those girls that would take a day from school to stay home were just using cramps as an excuse to ditch- like those who use headaches as an excuse to not have sex. I couldn't fathom how bad they would really be. I still can't really see how they could hurt so much, but I'm more open minded about others' menstrual issues.

I celebrate having my period before school starts so I can wallow in pain in the comfort of my own room. Curling up on my couch and being miserable beats wanting to vomit in the middle of class any day.
I have much empathy for you, because mine are the same way. I've even fainted from the pain before (mostly because my blood pressure dropped to...like, nothing). The best thing about being pregnant was not having to go through that for 12 months!
I celebrate medicine, and sleeping through the night!

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
hahahah I saw that yesterday. What exactly are they celebrating?
I celebrate... Um... That I'm going to start a new book today! ^^_^^ Jonathan recommended it. It's called The Thief of Always by Clive Barker. I have no idea what it's about, but so far the books Jonathan has recommended to me have been great, so this should be, too.

I celebrate my birthday celebration!
It was awesome, the first time I did organize something like that and it worked out pretty well. And for having started organizing and inviting just one day earlier, it was quite amazing.

I celebrate my return from Georgia, land o' the Southern Belles.
If the Southern Belles are over five tons and swim around in an oversized glass container. I of course speak of the whale sharks.
Oh, and two of em' were males, so just change "belles" to "beaus" for them.

Oh, absolutely. Just you wait for me to post the pictures, SLIGHTLY blurry as they are... assuming the scanner works, I hope.
Yes, my life has more obstacles than the norm. *shrug* I manage.

Just be sure to resize them so I can look at them without having to wait twenty minutes per pictures. XD

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
So in other words Ad didn't get any while in Georgia. . .
Anyway!
I celebrate "Why We Suck" by "Dr" Dennis Leary. Gotta love a satirical take on society by a pseudo doctor.(Granted, he didn't put MD in front of it so he can call himself Dr in his book title until the cows come home.)
I also celebrate going to Hoboken with Dad after dinner and walking the dog while enjoying the skyline. We both looked like bums but God that view was beautiful. I'm also celebrating (hopefully) getting new ink pens tomorrow.

I like to think that there are a bunch of other dimension "me's" making fart jokes, double entendres, and other bad humor to make up for the moments when I'm being serious.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I wonder what would happen if we all met in real life.
I celebrate the new day! It's rainy! Which means it'll be sunny! And also that plants get to drink.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I wish it was raining over here. For some reason, I'm in one of those moods where the weather becomes important to my productivity even though I'm indoors. *shrug*
I warn you, you're missing out on some serious fish, Ine. I can fry a mean yellowtail fillet. Personally prefer red snapper over it, though, but yellowtail's the easiest to catch.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
PS: What makes this funny is that I was SERIOUSLY not trying to make any ambiguous remarks. I really do like red snapper.
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
It's sad that I actually knew you weren't trying to make ambiguous remarks. O.O
If we all met in real life. . . Oh god. I don't know. There would probably be some serious conversation and maybe a few good intelligent debates. Then someone(probably me) would be like "LETS GET DRUNK LOL" and then it would all go to hell.
Funny thing is, I don't let myself get drunk. I just like getting other people drunk.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Ma'am, you'd meet your match. I dislike alcohol and you'd have to force it into my bloodstream before getting me drunk.
And it ain't sad, 'tis admirable that you took me at me word
Also, I assure you that the circumstances, being different, would also involve a difference of character in me. Outside the internet I assure you I am a much more respecting person. The internet simply makes violation of personal space an unimportant matter, since we all share the same space.
Basically, internet society, when compared to real life social norms, is summed up like this:
"Oh no, someone's upset. ON THE INTERNET. Call the cops, people!"

We should have a FoGcon in the future. I think it would be awesome.
I celebrate sort of knowing what I want to do with my life.

I celebrate Kathryn's knowing. As silly as it sounds, that's really something huge. I still am undecided!
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I wonder if it's possible to play DnD with forty people outdoors on a foggy day without bloodshed.
If anyone could do it, we could! xD
Edit:
At the next FOGcon!! WOOT!!
