Alright, WELL. I think I have decided on doing a Matrix role-play. I'm just glad that I've finally settled on something. I still, however, don't have any characters completed yet, so I'm trying to think up some interesting ones now for a future Matrix role-play.
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
May luck be with you, Spectre! ^^_^^
I've heard frozen grapes are really good. I have yet to try them, though.
I'm glad you finally decided on a role play, Fate. I hope it goes really well.
I celebrate mint-chocolate. ^^_^^

I'm getting my engagement ring back today! I had to get it resized a half a size smaller. It took them 10 days to do, for some reason.
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
For Aesolon: this may not actually make the Celebration Thread that much longer, but it'll bump it at least.
My happy: my husband is coming home tomorrow for a couple weeks and, while it will obviously limit my online time, we've been seperated by his work for some time, and he is very missed.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
The architects at the firm I am interning for are in a time bind for a deadline tomorrow; as such they want me to work extra hours tonight to help them. The result of this will not only make me look good to my employers, but I will have the option of leaving work early on friday or getting paid overtime ($24.75/hr) for every extra hour I work tonight.
Methinks that the money looks really good compared to the simple CAD revisions they have me doing.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
YAY, SHADES!!! Congrats on being accepted into college again! ^____^ Yeah, school is outrageously priced. My school is over $60,000 for 3 years (you're supposed to graduate in 3 years), and some of the jobs you get for these majors only make $20,000 a year! So, it's like, "Come to our school and give us more money than you'll be able to pay off until you're old!" XD (At least, in my case, my parents are paying for me.)
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I expect that this will not reduce the number of cuddles I get per week, Iggy! *puppy eyes*
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Thanks, Fate!
That just doesn't sound right... 20k a year? That's it?! Holy crap... I would have assumed it would have been more than that. (BTW: totally wish I didn't have to pay for schooling myself, lol. But, ah... scholarships. *Glairs at the scholarships* So we meet again! You... fickle... time consuming... things you!) Ugh... schools are too expensive these days. No wonder everyone is going into debt. In order to get good jobs you've got to get a higher education, where you pretty much have to sell your soul to Satan and sell your kidney on the black market to obtain it... and you're payin' it for the rest of your life. Oy...

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Lol and here I thought 20k a year was a lot! I wish knowledge and competency didn't come at such a high price. It's like, "So you want to function in society? You better pay up!" What kind of way to live is that? Then, once you're out in the real world, you're expected to be able to pay for your own house. How do people do it?? It's just mind blowing to me. Aww hah, well scholarships do help if you can get some of them! That would be good. I can understand too though why so many people are in debt these days.
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Fate, you should take a picture of your ring to show all of us. I'm curious about how it looks. =3
Also, that is the very reason I am not yet in college. I can't afford to go to college without any semblance of an idea about what I want to do. It's too expensive to go and take a bunch of classes when I won't need half of them. That's why I'm working to save as much money as I can while I try to determine what I want to do. =3

I hardly remember being a Shadow. It's like... I was Mist and I remember looking and seeing a sliver of Shadow, but I suddenly became Moonlight. Growing up is part of the equation, I guess. =3

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I celibrate good friends. Such friends who stop by unexpectantly at 4 am, banging on my door, yelling 'police' just to get me up, frazzled, and only to recieve hugs because they had a hard day. I love my boys in blue ^_^ I love how they brought coffee to make up for it too... and now I'm fairly certain my neighbors think I'm some sort of convict for having three cops in my house for well over an hour- but maybe now their kids will stop playing on my roomate's car?

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
That's really funny. It's shitty that small children play on your roommate's car, though. I would have to have a confrontational word with the parents. Perhaps I would even tell the children some lie about a monster who attacks naughty children in the night. ^^_^^
