So, to make up for this morning and to get back at my brother Jay, I got this AWESOME e-mail from my cool Uncle Alex. Check it out!
Thought you could do some damage with this photo on the internet. I'm not
sure what your brother was doing with my dog, but I'm guessing it is illegal
in all 50 states!!!! HA!!!!!!!

I'm celebrating my friend Meghann, who is pregnant with her first child. We're all hoping it'll be a boy, which we've nicknamed "Goat" currently becasue because, in the wise words of my friend, "This little seamonkey isn't kicking me, it's headbutting me".... I normally don't like kids, but I'm excited as hell for this one to be introduced to the world.

hahah Fate, that's awesome! I showed my grandma, and she laughed, too, especially when I read the message your uncle sent with the photograph.
That's exciting, Shades. I honestly hope it's a boy, too, because now that everyone is hoping for a girl, it would suck for the child to have to know that disappointment that surrounds her.

LOL!! That's epic, Kathryn!
Oh my gosh, Shades! That's both sweet and hilarious. XD Aw, Goat!? That child is going to hate you, hahaha. Now watch! It'll be eating everything and demanding more food too. *is horrible* Aww, well congratulations to her!
Chess In Concert, Hope??? I do know Josh Groban, and he is a fantastic singer!

I celebrate the fact that I have finally decided what I want to be for Halloween this year. At first, I sort of wanted to be a crew member of the U.S.S. Enterprise from Star Trek, but there's no way I can acquire a figure perfect enough for that skimpy little dress in time.
Now, I've decided I want to be an Elf from Tolkien's world. I'm not going to cosplay any specific character. I'm simply going to be an Elf in general. ^^_^^

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
That would be lovely, Kathryn. ^_^ I think you'd make a beautiful light elf too, with your nice blonde hair.
I celebrate a new episode of Jon and Kate tonight in which they are announcing something...
One guess what that's going to be!

Am I revealing too much of my geekdom by sharing with you the Elvish Name Generator ?
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
My main problem is that it seems to be pretty expensive to get some of the things I want and other things I want are just elusive in general.

Re: The Celebration Thread :D
Rubbing my feet... last night I decided to go for a three and a half mile walk with my roomy. Turned into a jog, not in the best shoes for it... and the hills down were the worst >.< I've got a blister that takes up the whole ball of my foot. Oh god... it hurts. The rest of me feels amazing!
But I'm celebrating a good night's sleep!

People are totally going to think you're Galadriel.
Re: The Celebration Thread :D
I'm too short to be Galadriel. Besides, I may just be a wood elf or something if I can't find a pretty dress similar to the ones Arwen wore. So far, I've only been able to find circlets, and they're all over $100. ._.

Things I'm celebrating:
1) The new pink Firefox theme which I just got, it shall match my room.
2) Not shaving off my eyebrows
3)The new patterns that I bought. I can now sew myself a corset.

Space Saver Bags:
Seriously. These things making packing soooo much easier. Though I realize, being out in the middle of Alaska... I won't have a vaccume to make re-packing these work... but I'm sure I'll think of something when it comes to that point...
New Boots:
You can't be in the middle of nowhere in sneakers... New Boots kick ass...
Chapstick:
Because lord knows if I'm out there without any... heads are going to roll...
The Survival Guide:
A blessing. I'm the medic, if I get mauled by a bear, then someone will need to know what to do!! These books are amaaazing. And if I find some lost crocodile, then no worries! I've got my handbook.

Crocodiles don't live that far north. They need a warmer climate... Maybe there are crocs in Alaska for cryptologists to find! ^o_o^

I celebrate having chosen the perfect circlet and having narrowed the shoe choices down to two. Now I need to narrow down the ring choices.

I'm celebrating reaching page 80 of the story I'm writing with a friend. And the fact that I managed to make what I wrote on my own earlier today fit in perfectly with what we just finished writing together.

=D =D =D
A month or so ago, my mom and I were shopping in Costco. I had begun my search for a video camcorder in earnest, and there was a coupon for one in the booklet my mom had, so I took a look at it, and we ended up buying it.
I couldn't take it out of the box until I had made enough money, so it sat in my room unopened until... TODAY!
Well, it's still unopened, since I don't want to take it out just yet. But tomorrow, for sure.
So I'm celebrating having made enough money to completely own my new camcorder. Now I can film everything I wanted to~

I didn't even see this post until today! I am sorry to have ignored it. I already knew about this generator, and for a long time, I have known my elvish name is Inwë Elensar, and I have used it as the name of elvish characters in the past. ^^_^^ What is your name?
