Harry Potter - Willow Waters
Willow Waters
The Rationalist
The Rationalist
Nickname: Wil
Sex: Female
Age: 17
Birthday: August 1st
Blood Type: Half-Blood
Ethnicity: British
Hogwart's House: Ravenclaw
Year: 7th
Wand: Opal-colored willow, adorned with gold ivy details, 12 inches, essence of crystalized dragon fire
Postal Pet: Spectacled Owl, Horus
Broom: Comet 310
Patronus: Bottlenose Dolphin - playful but intelligent, free-spirited and friendly
Family:
• Mother: May Waters, Muggle
• Father: Dominic Waters, Pure-Blood
Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2
Willow has long, dark brunette hair (nearly black, but visibly brown in the sunlight), with side-bangs that occasionally cover her left eye. Her eyes are a rich chocolate brown. She possesses an oval-shaped face and a natural medium skin-tone, with a small array of freckles on her cheeks and nose. She is thin, weighing at around 110 lbs. Willow stands at about five foot five. Additionally, she showcases rather noticeable scars from a burn she received as a child playing around with her father's wand. Being magically inclined herself, she was able to produce hot sparks from the tip, which succeeded in giving her small 3rd-degree burns along left ankle and lower leg, which look like numerous, tiny light-colored patches of skin, almost like sparkles. Growing up, she was always quick to hide this from others, embarrassed, but today has no problems wearing clothes that would show them off.
Personality Traits and Attributes:
A witty girl since childhood, Willow has grown into an intellectual, a left-brainer, and a logical thinker. So much more though than just another beautiful mind, Willow's personality and mannerisms are very animated, as she is rather outgoing and confident, unafraid to speak her mind, stick up for herself and friends, or simply provide answers in the classroom. Much of her confidence seems to have come from her father, a successful Auror for the Ministry of Magic, while her attitude and amusing personality came from her mother, a bit of an eccentric veterinarian for the Muggles. She is naturally inventive and resourceful, detail-orientated and thinks before she acts, but her lack of courage and nerve often prevent her from taking risks. In addition, Willow regularly freezes up during seriously threatening situations or those which much is depending on. In other words, when put on the spot, even at times during testing, she is unable to think clearly until she is able to calm down. Typically a happy-go-lucky girl though, Willow is quick to make friends, and is pleasant to most all those she encounters and disagreeable to those that would not come off so friendly.

Career Goals:
Willow hopes to become an Astronomy teacher at Hogwarts, as it's her best and most favorite subject. She adores learning about space and the universe, along with everything it encompasses. It is her desire to pass on that knowledge and share her own enthusiasm for the subject with future students.
Her second choice for a career would be to become an exotic animal breeder, as she has always been a lover of creatures of all sorts since childhood.
Biography:
Born in London, England to upper middle-class parents, Willow was raised as a Muggle child would have, though she was born to a Wizard father. Her mother knew of this though long before Willow was ever even born. However, her parents chose to live amongst Muggles, since her mother, May, worked in the city for them as a veterinarian, and her father, Dominic, was frequently working his charms on the non-Wizarding community for the Ministry, often times to wipe their memories and clean up after a dark Wizard he was chasing. Willow wasn't fully introduced into the Wizarding scene until she turned 8, when her parents took her to Diagon Alley so her father could withdraw money from Gringotts and allow Willow to browse through the shops. Afterward, Willow became obsessed with all things magic, and couldn't wait until she was old enough to attend Hogwarts. She was a very responsible girl though, especially for her age, and never attempted to play around with any magical object outside their home for their Muggle neighborhood to see.
Though she never truly saw much in the way of magic until this point in her life, Willow did know of Dominic's wand, which he instructed her never to play with. Usually, he'd keep it on him at all times, especially being an Auror, but one morning while her parents were busy reading the paper, Willow allowed her curiosity to get the better of her. She was only five then, but old enough to know that the wand was a powerful and potentially dangerous object. Still, all she wanted to do was friendly magic. So, she stole it off her father's dresser in their bedroom and began playing with it, waving it around and banging it on furniture in an attempt to get it to work. Eventually, red and orange sparks flew out of the tip, landing on her left ankle and foot, burning her where the sparks had landed. Shrieking in pain, she passed out. Her father was able to relieve her of most of the pain by doing a numbing spell, but he could not repair the damaged flesh and tissue. Still, to this day, she is scared, though most of it has faded somewhat, since she did receive the burns at such a young age.
Willow's 11th birthday was probably most memorable. It marked only one more month exactly until she would be able to start attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was extremely excited, and for a birthday gift, her parents took her shopping at Diagon Alley, purchasing all her school supplies, along with an owl for a postal bird and her very own pensieve, so that she could record her memories at Hogwarts forever. Extremely grateful, Willow went off to Hogwarts with much enthusiasm and great expectations. She had no idea which House she would be sorted into, but she was almost certain it would not be Slytherin. She decided to keep an open mind though and be thankful and happy with whichever House the Sorting Hat placed her in (though her parents had a strong feeling it would be Ravenclaw). When she sat down on the stool with the Hat on her head covering her eyes, she, like all others, could hear it speaking to her in her mind. It sounded rather confused where to place her, stating that she had many qualities of each House. After nearly a minute of sitting with the old Sorting Hat on her head, it finally announced that she was indeed in Ravenclaw. Willow delightedly took a seat at the long table in the Great Hall with her fellow Ravenclaws, making friends and meeting many others almost instantly.
Not being an overly adventurous soul, Willow never had the gall to sneak out of her dormitories during the night or skip class. She hated being caught and getting into trouble. In addition, it didn't even make much sense in her mind to break the rules to begin with. What point was there? As with many things, she approached the situation rationally and logically, deciding that if there was really something worthwhile doing that she needed to do without the teachers knowing about, she would simply do it in the privacy of her own dormitory or in the ladies restroom. In the case of speaking to others during the night, which was actually something she had managed to do, she had a special whistle she purchased that her owl, Horus, could hear, even all the way over in the Owlery. It took him little training to learn to come when she blew it. He would then take whatever note she wanted passed on to someone in a different House and deliver it, thus relieving her of the trouble of sneaking out to speak to them in person. Her friend Rozalin, a Gryffindor, said this was silly though and that she was just scared. Willow, on the other hand, believed her method was much more realistic and practical.
Her mother, being a veterinarian, has a distinct love of magical animals, more so even than many ordinary creatures. As such, her father Dominic was constantly buying Mae new critters, most of which were small (thus easily hideable from the neighbors), but more recently, Willow's father has brought home their very own house-elf, a young little female named Mogla, which the family just adores, much to the house-elf's delight. One of Willow's favorite creatures they own though is perhaps their fairy, which she named Trix. The fairy is displayed as a decoration, as it is used in many Wizard homes, in a glass container. Using careful spells to keep the fairy from escaping and flying away, Willow has learned to control it enough to take her out of her jar and carry her around with her while she's at home with her parents. Her parents, however, are not so trusting of the vain and insect-like creature.
While at Hogwarts, Willow has met a significant amount of people, more even than she has come to know in the Muggle world, and made quite a few friends and a handful of very close ones. Her best friend is a fellow Ravenclaw named Ireland. They met at King's Cross Station their first year and sat together on the Hogwarts Express, instantly drawn to one another and becoming good friends. Today, years later, Willow and Ireland are even closer, sharing every detail of their lives together and hoping to remain best friends for life. Another good friend of Willow's is Dashall, a Gryffindor boy she met her 2nd year at Hogwarts. He's a year younger and the only son of 3 to have been born a Wizard. Quickly observing how awkward it was for him and new, Willow was polite enough to help him out (though his cute looks might have had something to do with it too). Though she is good friends with Dashall, she and him have grown into a bit of a rivalry, constantly trying to outdo each other in everything, be it test scores, Quidditch (which Dashall always wins at), or simply winning over a crowd. Of course, it's all in good fun. In the end, Willow knows without a doubt in her mind that Dashall has a crush on her and has had one since they met. He's managed to stay mostly single, and she can't help but to believe she might be the reason.
Her 3rd year at Hogwarts, Willow ran into a Slytherin by the name of Conner, an undeniably handsome boy, but a very big troublemaker, as she was quick to learn. From the very beginning, he tried convincing Willow to do something for laughs that she considered rather stupid. He's always manipulating people and taking advantage of them, finding pleasure and comedy in their demise. This has lead to a very strong friction between Willow and Conner, as the two have equally strong personalities that tend to clash. However, at the end of her 4th year and into the beginning of her 5th, Willow was beginning to develop rather powerful feelings for Conner, and she began to hate herself for it, often times even punishing herself for how ridiculous she was being. It was a difficult time for her and one which she could not understand, but luckily for her, Ireland was there with her at each step. Today, Conner and Willow bicker and fight at each turn, but have now shared more than one tender occasion together in private.
Unsure of her true feelings and emotions toward both Conner and Dashall, Willow remains alone, not wanting to commit unless she was sure she would be making the right decision. Either way, it would not be easy (for more reasons than one). Every time she thinks she wants to start being with one of them, she always talks herself out of it (or Ireland does). She can be a rather indecisive girl when it comes to major decisions, but she must admit that a part of her almost likes the attention and leading both boys on, while at the same time feuding with the two of them.

Harry Potter - Conner Raines
Conner Raines
The Sly Devil
Nickname: Con
Sex: Male
Age: 17
Birthday: October 13th
Blood Type: Pure-Blood
Ethnicity: British
Hogwart's House: Slytherin
Year: 7th
Wand: Ebony, Bois d' Arc, Bloodwood, Maple, and Cherry, 13 inches, essence of unicorn mane hair
Postal Pet: Barn Owl, Dart
Broom: Nimbus 2006
Quidditch Position: Chaser
Patronus: Side-striped Jackal - thief, lets others do all the hard work, sociable, meddlesome
Family:
• Mother: Evelin Raines, Pure-Blood
• Father: Adam Raines, Pure-Blood
• Younger Sister: Carley Raines, Pure-Blood
Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2 | Picture 3
Conner has a very scruffy look, with long brown hair and an every-other-day shaven face. His hair is naturally wavy, something he inherited from his mother Evelin, and he hates it. He has deep brown eyes that are very stunning and can pierce like knives. Sometimes, his stare can almost make it seem as if he's peering right into your mind, pulling out your thoughts and uncovering all the secrets you wouldn't wish him to know. He has a way with his eyes. Conner is thin and tall, around 6', and rather attractive, although not particularly muscular. Though he has been known for having one of the darkest scowls, Conner is almost always wearing a very curious and wily smirk, even while he talks, giving one the impression that not only is he confident and sure of himself, but also a bit comical and mischievous. Being a Pure-Blood wizard, Conner grew up unaware of the Muggle fashion and their vastly different fashion style. It wasn't until he left his home in Little Hangleton that he was forced to start dressing like a Muggle for public appearance. Today, he has a loose grasp on their style, and has even grown to somewhat enjoy the way they dress, many times being the most stylish in Muggle clothing in his group of Wizard friends.
Personality Traits and Attributes:
Unlike some of his classmates, Conner is by nature positive and humored by nearly everything around him. He is a smart boy, observant and clever, and occasionally enjoys people-watching (most usually to laugh at them). He is easily amused, though his humor tends to be more dark and cruel, finding enjoyment in pranks or at the cost of others. His friends are no exception to this. Conner is straightforward, to the point of being rude. He isn't afraid to speak his mind, no matter how inappropriate. Being a fairly intelligent young man, he finds pleasure in manipulating others, especially if it means he can get away with them doing something for him, such as homework or a chore or anything he does not feel like doing himself. He'll even sometimes just manipulate others to do something that doesn't really matter to him, just so he can laugh at them. He thinks of himself as the puppet master and the rest of the students as puppets at his disposal, lambs to be herded in the direction of his liking. He is the 'big bad wolf,' and he's not afraid to stand up to anyone. So sure of himself, he's gotten into numerous fights in his time at Hogwarts and served detention even more frequently. Conner doesn't pay as much attention to his studies as he probably should, leaving him with less knowledge about various types of spells or useful information he could apply to the real world. However, while he may not be the best magic dueler, he is quick-witted and cunning enough to weasel his way out of almost any situation. Even the professors have a hard time denying his charm and his piercing gaze. Conner doesn't care much for Gryffindors and often times shows his dislike for their students. In addition, he has a very deep loathing for all Mud-Bloods, as he was brought up to by his parents, Pure-Bloods. He does not associate himself with anyone not of Wizarding decent, and even mixed-bloods he looks down on. He is very arrogant and egotistical and not someone who would appear to care if Dark Wizards ruled the world. Though his blood often runs cold, he does have a weakness for pretty girls. Apart from being known for his pranks, Conner is also well-known for his flirtatious attitude toward girls he deems 'worthy.' He is one of the most hated boys for this, but also the one most people tend to get jealous of. One girl he's had his eyes on for quite some time is a girl he concentrates much of his more better tricks and mischief toward, a girl named Willow. He finds playing with her the most rewarding. Ever since childhood, Conner has also been very competitive. This has carried over into Quidditch, which he can't stand losing. He does not get depressed very often, but losing a Quidditch match usually leads to much sulking and brooding.

Career Goals:
Conner aims to become an Unspeakable, or rather an employee for the Ministry of Magic inside their Department of Mysteries, just like his father, Adam. He has no other goals, despite the unlikeliness of getting a job within such a department. He believes his father will be key in helping him get in.
Biography:
Conner Raines was raised by two Pure-Blood parents in the town of Little Hangleton, best known for the Riddle family. He was often surrounded by the Wizarding world, and thus knew very little of Muggles and their ways until he aged. He was taught to despise Mud-Bloods, especially Muggle-borns, and now believes they are unfit to call themselves Wizards or attend Hogwarts. His parents are fairly well-off, and thus he's grown to be rather spoiled, expecting quite a lot. He only accepts the best and settles for nothing less.
By the time Conner arrived at Hogwarts at age 11, he was already familiar with some lesser spells and magic and was confident in himself and his abilities, therefore wasn't such a scared and overwhelmed First Year. His jokes and mischievous humor earned him friends of like-minds right away, and he became rather popular in his House. His parents couldn't be more proud of their son, despite receiving numerous letters informing them of his frequent detentions. His father would send him an owl at the end of every week, filling him in on everything going on with him and his mother and the Ministry (which he worked for) and to hear about the latest in Conner's life. Conner's father, Adam, favors their son.
Conner has a younger sister who is fourteen, named Carley, who also attends Hogwarts and is in the same House as him. Though she's not as big of a prankster as her older brother, she respects him and admires him, many times trying to impress him. Conner is in turn very protective of her, sticking up for her sometimes when no one else would be willing to. He would do anything for his younger sister, even sacrifice himself in order to save her, if it came to it. He's even been known to take the blame for her in order to prevent Carley from getting into trouble. Carley and her brother look a lot alike, both with wavy brown hair and deep brown eyes.
When Conner was thirteen, he met a girl at Hogwarts, a Ravenclaw by the name of Willow. At first, he observed her from a distance during one of his spacing out people-watching sessions. When he noticed her and first laid eyes on her gorgeous smile, he was hooked. For the first time at Hogwarts, Conner felt speeches and afraid, too nervous to approach her. Then one day the two passed one another in the halls. He ran into her, somewhat on purpose, knocking over her books. Pretending to be a gentleman, Conner picked them up for her, nervously spouting off jokes while he did so. Not wanting to let her go, he proposed that she meet him in the Astronomy tower, since there was no class in there at the time. He tried to make her believe it was to learn something interesting about the school, and it was only there that he'd feel safe telling her. Sensing a lie, Willow denied him and continued on to her next class. Since then, Conner's been a bit obsessed with getting Willow to notice him, she being one of the first to not swoon over him or fall in love with his irrefutable gaze. As he soon came to learn though, Willow was quite close with a 2nd Year boy named Dashall. In no time, Conner was concentrating all his pranks and cruel humor at Dashall, attempting to make him look like the school loser. This, however, only made Willow pay more attention to Dashall, helping him through the humiliation and growing to dislike Conner all the more. Because of this, Conner went through a phase of even more extreme flirtation, attempting to appeal to an even larger array of girls.
Nonetheless, their sixth year at Hogwarts, Conner and Willow were inseparable whenever she was not with Dashall. She had finally fallen for his charm. Whenever with her, Conner's heart felt as if it was melting, the frigid ice disappearing almost altogether. Willow's wit and intelligence were very attractive qualities to Conner, and he found himself even more under her spell. One night, just after everyone retired to their dormitories, Conner and Willow stole a kiss in the dark corridors, sharing for the first time a very tender and romantic moment. Prior to this, the two had only ever flirted rather obviously (causing Dashall to become very jealous). Now as 7th Years, the two are still not dating, as Willow seems ever indecisive about it, but remain close. Conner still picks on her as much as always though and is always the first to ridicule or play a joke on his greatest rival, Dashall.

Harry Potter - Dashall Hawkins
Dashall Hawkins
The Knight In Shining Armor
Nickname: Dash
Sex: Male
Age: 16
Birthday: July 22nd
Blood Type: Muggle-Born
Ethnicity: American
Hogwart's House: Gryffindor
Year: 6th
Wand: Kingwood, Bocote, and Rosewood, 12 inches, essence of griffin feather
Postal Pet: Great Horned Owl, Pilot
Broom: Nimbus 2000
Quidditch Position: Keeper
Patronus: Andalusian Horse - proud but confident, strong-willed, willing to assist others
Family:
• Mother: Marie Hawkins, Muggle
• Father: Noah Hawkins, Muggle
• Younger Brother: Darien Hawkins, Muggle
• Older Brother: Desmond Hawkins, Muggle
Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2 | Picture 3
Dashall has ocean-blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. He usually stays well-shaven, or at least intentionally leaves scruff in specific areas. Dashall has a medium skin tone and naturally looks tanned. He enjoys working out and does so multiple times a week, thus he is muscular and very fit. He stands at 5'10" and weighs about 155 lbs. Dashall is well-known for his constant inquisitive face, since he always is raising his eyebrows in curious inquiry. Being Muggle-born, Dashall knows exactly how to dress like a Muggle, and so doesn't struggle with it at all, like some Wizards do. He dresses stylish and preppy while out in the world surrounded by Muggles.
Personality Traits and Attributes:
Being the middle son, Dashall was both looked after and teased himself and then was the one doing the teasing and watching over for his younger brother. Much of his personality came from growing up with his two brothers. He has always been, since his childhood, adventurous and fearless, even to the point of foolery. He has often times wandered into danger or gotten himself into trouble from his boldness, but his ability to think quickly and react immediately has been his biggest savior. He is a very caring person and feels a lot for other people, be them friends or strangers. He's always willing to lend a hand or help out in some way. Dashall is especially courteous to females and was raised to be a gentlemen. Unlike his brothers, he is not humiliated or scared to do so. He's fairly smart and gets average marks in school, most often devoting more of his time to activities or sports, especially Quidditch. Dashall is a very righteous person, willing to pull out all stops in order to do the right thing, even if it spells trouble for him personally. He has a strong sense of justice and right and wrong and has upheld those morals since a very young age. He is short-tempered though and easily provoked. Dashall is unafraid to jump into a situation which may land him into trouble just to defend his or his friend's honor. He does not tolerate any sort of ridicule or threats. Easily caught up in the moment, Dashall may even seriously injure another person if they were to rouse him enough, as he can let his mind get away from him and forget all reason and logic, diving into a situation with no thoughts of consequence. However, typically a very well-behaved boy and incredibly respectful to his elders along with his peers, Dashall rarely finds himself in any serious problems.

Career Goals:
More than anything else, Conner yearns to become an Auror. As soon as he heard about them, he knew that was exactly what he wanted to do, despite knowing how vigorously hard it is to become one.
Biography:
Dashall Hawkins is an American who lived in the United States until he was ten. It was then, that his parents moved him and his brothers to England, so that he may attend Hogwarts, the best school for Wizards, they had heard. His parents learned he was special from a very young age, but only found out he was a Wizard when he accidently transformed their house cat into a panther. Of course, they forgave him, but sought answers. With time, they calmed down and grew to accept it. They had even researched into Wizarding schools, learning that Hogwarts was the most well-respected. Proud of their special boy, his parents decided it would be best if they all moved to the UK to live for him to attend school there. Dashall was the only one of his brothers to want to move, not all that fond of America. He fit in quickly in England, even for being so young. When he was eleven, he then received his letter from Hogwarts. It was difficult for his parents, since they were just Muggles and did not know where to buy all his supplies. Luckily though, they managed to get in contact with a family of Wizards, their boy, Edward Capello, being Dashall's age and going to Hogwarts for his first time too. The Capello's were extremely warm and friendly and helped Dashall out quite a bit.
Throughout his first year, Dashall was the most shy he'd ever been, still adjusting to so much that was new and confusing to him, though he was lucky to have Edward. Even in the beginning of his second year, he wasn't quite his talkative and daring self, but it was then that he met a girl one year above him named Willow. Willow seemed eager to help him out and get him feeling more at home. She helped to loosen him up and return his confidence. Since then, Dashall has been his usual bold and social self, always pleased and excited to meet new people. Willow helped him with his studies as well. She even introduced him to Quidditch, which he immediately fell in love with, saving up and buying a racing broom of his own. Dashall now plays as Chaser on his House's Quidditch team. Willow has been a generous and caring friend for him, and Dashall hopes he's returned his gratitude to her properly.
Though he knew he was close with Willow, it wasn't until he was a bit older that Dashall realized he had romantic feelings for her. Since discovering this, he has been like a shadow to her, following her around and protecting her from every little thing, like a personal bodyguard. He is always quick to jump at anyone that may insult her, even jokingly, or to stand up to anyone who would get in her way. Dashall even leaps at the chance to hold doors for her or walk her to class. He tries his very best to be as much a gentleman as he can be, hoping it will not only impress her, but also help her to notice him in the same way he notices her. He even started working out and weight lifting in his father's basement.
It didn't take long for Dashall to learn that Willow had another male friend, someone her age named Conner. Once they met, Dashall knew immediately that he did not, in any respect, like Conner whatsoever. He was rude to him and sarcastic and not someone he wanted his sweet Willow hanging around him. Nevertheless, Willow did not stop being friends with Conner, and it was becoming increasingly hard to have Willow to himself whenever he wanted to spend time with her. Seeing her sometimes meant the three of them spending time together. Dashall despises all of Conner's jokes and pranks and does not put up with them. He easily looses his temper and is not afraid to fight Conner. Usually though, Conner backs off, not caring to engage in a fight of any sort.
If anyone has been as nice to Dashall as Edward and Willow have, it was Ireland, Willow's best friend. Ireland is a very sweet girl who always seems all the more pleasant around Dashall. He considers her a friend, but he only has eyes for Willow, so takes little notice of anyone else.

Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2 | Picture 3
Ireland has white-blonde hair like her mother, Fae, and bright blue-green eyes. Her skin is a soft, light shade, very smooth, and void of many imperfections. She is a thin girl of average height. Her face is narrow and oval-shaped, and her appearance is that of delicate beauty, light and airy, almost like a ghost. She carries herself with a hint of confidence and assuredness, though it is typically just a facade. Ireland does not know how to dress like a Muggle properly, even though her father is one. She and her family live in a small Wizarding neighborhood, and so she does not often need to dress in clothes of any other nature. When required to, Ireland often times either dresses like a grandmother who can't see clearly or an odd, colorblind child. She does though have a good sense of fashion in the world of Wizards.
Personality Traits and Attributes:
Typically a very happy-go-lucky girl, Ireland rarely if ever gets angry or fiercely upset. She has a rather calm personality and surrounding aura. She's optimistic and hopeful, but analytical and often times daydreams. She is extremely creative and can easily turn a situation around by deciphering something no one else could and coming up with a productive solution or alternative way to approach things. Ireland is considered to be one of the nicest girls in her House, though she really doesn't care for most people; she simply tolerates them and puts on a good show of being polite and friendly. She doesn't like seeing others upset or down, so she always is the one trying to make them feel better or is the one defending another person or encouraging them. It's not that she really cares either way, but she just doesn't like to see others in a state of dismay. Ireland is a genuine friend to those she considers worthy of her friendship, typically those who, like her, are intellectual, bright, and overall out-of-the-box thinkers, though she really is friendly to all Ireland iaccepts people for who they are and doesn't believe people ever really can change. She is a quiet girl, not overly talkative, and likes to enjoy the company of a small few rather than large crowds. She is a big dreamer and often times dazes off during class, dreaming up new spells or her next strategy to beat her opponent at Wizarding chess, or even what it would be like to eat the leaves of Alihotsy. Her large imagination goes hand-in-hand with her wit, creativity, and clever resourcefulness. Additionally, Ireland is excellent ad ia natural at understanding psychology. She is very wise when it comes to understanding people ad ialways knows just what to say or do. Because of this, it is also nearly effortless for her to make friends if she so chooses. She is even favored by many of the professors, hailed as a respectful and aspiring student.

Career Goals:
Ireland has big ambitions of owning her own shop in Diagon Alley, one which sells magical plants and herbs to supply the Wizarding world with.
Biography:
Ireland was named after her native country with pride and honor. She was born to a muggle father ad ia witch mother. It wasn't until Ireland first received her letter to Hogwarts that her father ever even found out that such a thing as witches and wizards exist. It took awhile for him to forgive Ireland's mother for not telling him, not to mention growing used to the idea itself, but with time he accepted his wife and his daughter for what they were, and in turn grew all the more proud of them.
Her first time catching the Hogwarts Express as a first year, Ireland knew almost nothing of the wizarding world, but luckily she met her soon-to-be best friend right away, Willow. The two supported each other and made one another feel confident ad iexcited rather than nervous and scared. They ha ia chemistry like no other, and it was clear they were meant to be good friends. The two shared everything, feeling completely comfortable confiding in the other. While at Hogwarts, the two were more than delighted to find that they both were sorted into Ravenclaw, which only helped to strengthen their bond. Over the years, the two girls would become inseparable.
Ever since she was a young child, Ireland has loved plants of all sorts. She first became fascinated when her mother gave her a pot of flowers to care for when she was young Ireland ifell in love with her plant and would talk to it everyday and take extra care to water it exactly the right amount when it needed it. Since then, she ha iwanted to learn about other flowers and flora. Her mother only knew the basics of plants though, but taught her what she could. To help feed her interest, her parents bought her a book on plants which named all sorts of species, went into detail about them and where they could be found, ad ialso showed pictures of them. Ireland knew she one day would want to start her own greenhouse or something similar. After she found out she was a witch, she was thrilled to learn that there were even more plants to discover, ad ithese ones were magic, and of course she was extremely excited about her Herbology class. Today, she is an expert at mixing and making healing droughts and knowing which herbs are used for what ailment. Her knowledge of plant-life goes hand-in-hand with Potions class, so she learned to pay extra close attention in there, despite being intimidated by Professor Snape.
After meeting Willow's friend Dashall for the first time, Ireland immediately forme ia crush on him. Never before ha iWillow seen her act so peculiarly as she did when she was around him. Though Ireland told Willow everything, she did not want to tell her about her feelings toward Dashall, since she knew Willow also liked him, and she did not want to get in the way. So, Ireland remained ever in the background as the supportive friend to both. It did little to build up her confidence, but there was little more she could do. In order to bring her spirits up whenever she was feeling down, Ireland would often sing to herself as her mother often did to her when she was a child. Singing was something she usually did too whenever tending to her garden or working with plants. Though she's tried letting Dashall know how she really feels, he never seems to be paying as close attention to her as he does when he's with Willow.
When she's not with Willow or helping Professor Sprout with something in the greenhouses, Ireland can usually be found in the library, immersing herself in books, most often on the subject of vegetation. She also enjoys reading books on potions ad iapothecary. She believes that in order to truly succeed, one must better their skills or calling by learning as much as possible on it in their free time.

Spoilers
Spoilers On All HP Characters
- Willow and Conner bickered relentlessly growing up at Hogwarts, pitting their wits against each other. Usually, it was more playful than anything, but at times, it did get heated. This eventually turned into a friendship in their 6th year, and soon Willow could not deny that she was drawn to him. They became as good of friends as her and Dashall. However, Willow did not want to lead on to anyone that she had any kind of romantic feelings toward Conner, so she began sending him letters with Horus, her owl, under a secret pen name. She called herself "Arbor," which meant "tree" in Latin. Conner caught on, and sent her his owl back, under the name "Atrum Pectus," which was Latin for "dark heart." They passed notes to each other sometimes well into the night, finding a clever way to communicate in secret security. They'd even send each other letters in the morning at breakfast. Needless to say, Dashall grew a little concerned at the growing popularity of Willow when he noticed all her mail.
At the end of their 7th year, Willow, Ireland, Conner, and Dashall remain at Hogwarts to fend for their school and fight the Death Eaters at the Battle of Hogwarts. Conner has always seemed to be indifferent to the idea of Voldemort's rise. However, in the end, his true feelings, even to his own surprise, shown through. He, like a few of his Slytherin friends, did not want to see their school or the wizarding world fall to the hands of the Dark Lord. Unlike some other peers of his, he was not interested in harming mixed-bloods or gaining power and enslaving innocent people. In Conner's own words, "Just because I'm Slytherin doesn't mean I want to kill people." Willow's heart swelled at this, and she was beyond proud to have him fighting at their side.
Originally, Conner did not want Willow to stay and fight, concerned about her well-being. Dashall, on the other hand, encouraged Conner to let her do what she wanted and that she was capable of making her own decisions, to which Conner responded with, "A typical Gryffindor response." Nonetheless, Willow stayed behind with them, reassuring Conner that she "was tougher than he thought."
The four friends fought side-by-side relentlessly, protecting and helping one another in addition during the fight. Toward the end, just as it seemed they were nearing victory and Voldemort was facing Harry, one of the remaining Death Eaters took advantage of Willow's momentary distraction as she watched Harry and the others. He shot out the green killing curse straight at her with deadly aim. It was Conner that had seen just in time. He dived for Willow, grabbing her by the middle and falling to the ground, dodging the attack as it grazed past their heads. The sudden evade the two had pulled off stunned the Death Eater enough for Conner to point his wand at him, without wasting any time, and blasting him with a full body-binding curse. Willow embraced her savior for the first time in public in a passionate and grateful kiss, filled with bursting, fiery emotion.
Dashall, who had been trying to win Willow over throughout his years at Hogwarts, could only smile. He realized something that evening, just after Voldemort's defeat and following the heat of battle -- he wasn't in love with Willow like Conner was. He was merely had a crush which grew into an infatuation with the thought of winning her over. He held out his hand to Conner, beaming, asking him to take good care of Willow. Conner promised, returning the smile and ending their childish hatred.
Willow later became exactly what she had hoped to become - the Astronomy teacher at Hogwarts, where she teaches students whose generation looks all the brighter thanks to all those who fought back years ago. Conner did not get the job he wanted working as an Unspeakable for the Ministry. Instead, he too took up a job at Hogwarts, one that he was offered - Defense Against the Dark Arts. He became the first Professor in a long time to stay in that position for longer than a year. Conner found that he was really quite a decent teacher and had a lot to teach in the ways of defending one's self from the Dark Arts.
Willow and Conner married, and Willow turned her middle name into her maiden name, becoming Willow Waters Raines. They both had two twin children together: a son they named Hawk (named after Dashall) and a daughter Hart (named after Lexi, a Ravenclaw student that was friends of theirs who died fighting bravely during the Battle). Hart grows up to become a Ravenclaw, like her mother, while Hawk becomes a Slytherin, just like his dad.
After they graduated from Hogwarts, Ireland and Dashall remained good friends. Ireland opened up her own herbal shop in Diagon Alley as she always dreamed of doing (offering a generous discount to her friends, of course), while Dashall went on to train ridiculously hard, eventually becoming an Auror. After some time apart, due to their duties and responsibilities, they both quickly realized that they enjoyed one another's company, and made a habit of visiting one another on a regular basis. Ireland never lost her crush on Dashall, but soon he himself had fallen for her, completely taken by everything about her. He would come visit her in her shop after work, some days with flowers. They began dating when Ireland was twenty and Dashall was nineteen. It was quite clear to everyone that they both shared an evident bond and attraction.
Two years later, Dashall proposed to Ireland, and the two were also married, Ireland becoming Ireland Hawkins. They had one child together, a boy they named Haden. Once at Hogwarts himself, Haden was sorted in to Gryffindor.

Personality: intelligent, sarcastic, laid back, apathetic, straightforward, blunt, silent-type, very cliche, trendy, impulsive, quick-tempered, inquisitive
Biography:
Born to a wealthy family in Phoenix, Arizona, Velganos attended private school and was brought up with many strict rules. He was a fortunate kid though, living in a gated community and with servants and maids working in his household. He was anything but a model student though, as he would often talk back to his teachers and question them. He was a very bright boy, even from early on, and he knew, unlike most kids, that not even adults were knowledgeable about everything and didn't always know the answers, and therefore he questioned them and their demands frequently. Vel was also usually the one to start fights at school and bickered with those who disagreed with him. As a result, he earned the disapproval of his teachers and earned a number of detentions. Velganos always felt like his way was the right way, and he never wanted to follow anyone but himself.
By the time he turned sixteen, Velganos became an emancipated minor, much to the anger of his parents. He left their estate and everything they had to offer him behind, choosing instead to live in a cheap apartment on the outskirts of the city. He began working part-time in a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop called The Bean House for money. Despite his directness and sarcasm, in Vel's teen years, he earned the respect and admiration of his peers and even those that he worked with that were much older. It was clearly evident that he was wise beyond his years, and many people found him intriguing to talk to and listen to. One such person was a girl by the name of Accalia who was a frequent customer of the coffee joint. The two quickly became good friends, and eventually they started hanging out outside of where Velganos worked. She was a sweet and pretty girl, and he couldn't help but notice. Soon, she was staying over at his place a lot, since he didn't have any parents around. He quickly learned though that Accalia came from an abusive household. Her father was an alcoholic and would beat her mother, who, over the years, became too submissive and scared to even stand up for herself or for her daughter, who would also receive frequent beatings. When Velganos became aware of this, he offered Accalia his apartment for her to stay at whenever she wanted, worried for her and wanting to protect her. Sometimes, she would just show up unannounced with bruises and in tears. Vel always made her feel better though and comforted her with her favorite hot cocoa with marshmallows.
The two of them became inseparable, and eventually, when they were both eighteen, they finally started dating, at last admitting to themselves and one another that they were in love. It took them awhile, since they both inwardly were afraid of ruining the strong friendship they already had. When they started dating, Velganos got himself a job working full-time as a construction worker for a hefty paycheck for all his labors. He was able to support himself and Accalia, and so she left her parents' home and moved in with him. She started looking for work as well, and soon got a job working as a waitress. Everything seemed to be looking up.
On a hot summer night when Velganos was waiting to take the bus back to his apartment, a massive wolf-like creature came rampaging out of the darkness and lunged at him. He was unable to fight back, as the creature was so unnaturally huge, but he managed to escape its grasp when a howl sounded in the distance, distracting the wolf. He had already suffered a painful bite on his arm though and was badly bruised and beaten. The next few hours became a blur to him as he attempted to walk home. He ended up passing out, and when he awoke the next day, he was naked in an alley behind a dumpster and couldn't remember a thing about what he had done. Terrified and confused, Vel ran home (after stealing some hanging laundry for clothes to wear) to find Accalia in a panic-stricken state. She began balling when he came in, horrified that something had happened to him. She said she didn't want to call the police, since he only just didn't return home after work and was gone for one night, and she kept trying to rationalize that perhaps he went for some drinks and his phone died and he was unable to let her know that he wouldn't be coming home. When she questioned him about his night, Velganos, scared but wanting to be honest with her, explained that he couldn't remember what happened. Eventually, he recalled getting attacked by a giant wolf, but he dismissed this as some sort of weird dream. After all, he had no bite marks to prove it (since he had completely healed).
During the next full moon, Velganos underwent his second transformation, becoming a wolf. He was at home at the time, and he ended up attacking Accalia before leaving the apartment to run free outside. Thankfully, he left her alive, but only just. The next day, when he awoke without any memory of his night and all the way across town, he returned home to find Accalia naked outside their apartment, unconscious. They realized that they had to be experiencing the same thing, and soon Accalia recalled witnessing Vel transform into a large wolf-man. Horrified, Velganos began to realize what he truly was and what he had now passed on to his love. Fearful for what more he could do to her, Vel packed up everything he owned he needed and left without any word. It was the hardest thing he ever had to do, and he hated himself for it all. He did not see Accalia again until many, many years later.
Unlike most ordinary "adult" lycans, Vel's form has become so severe, that it has completely overtaken him, forcing a transformation upon him in his most emotionally unstable or enraged moments. He has discovered one source of inner peace, however, in the form of powerful underground drugs, known as Dog Chow on the street, whose real brand name was Temppressant. The drugs, if taken regularly twice a day, helps his mind remain intact whenever he undergoes a transformation and also allows him to transform upon will.
On one of his nightly excursions, Vel unknowingly stumbled upon a vampire lair and barely managed to escape with his life, earning a large and deep scar across his chest, which is now just another distinguishing feature of his, a war-wound he wears with shame. It is a constant reminder of his kind's greatest enemy.

Personality: sweet, kind, generous, mature, alluring, charming, easy to get along with, honest
Biography:
Accalia grew up in, what could bluntly be referred to as, the slums of Phoenix, Arizona. Her father was a raging alcoholic and unemployed, while her mother worked full-time as a nurse. She wasn't home often, so Accalia was "raised," if it could be so generously put, by her father. When she was sixteen, she met a boy her age at her favorite coffee hangout named Velganos. She instantly felt attracted to him, and the feeling seemed mutual. There was just a very strong connection they both seemed to share, and it served as a great foundation for their strong friendship that quickly followed.
After the night Velganos attacked her unknowingly as a wolf, their world was turned upside down. Accalia was on her own after that point when he left their apartment, fleeing without a word. It hurt her more than he could have imagined, though she knew he did it to try and protect her from himself. Accalia became somewhat of a masochist, trying to mask her emotional and mental pain by that which was physical. She drowned herself at the bars most nights, trying to forget Velganos without any luck, and during the night prior to the full moon, she would chain herself up in the bathroom and cover the walls, door, and window in ridiculous amounts of barbed wire to keep herself from ever leaving while she was transformed, in case the chains ever broke. A part of her wished that they did. When depressed, Accalia started cutting herself, but the wounds would always heal much faster than they would of any ordinary person. She found that she could cut herself deeper than what would normally be fatal without suffering any scars. The poor girl was all alone in the world with no one to talk to and no one to confide her now deepest, darkest secret to.
It wasn't until years later that Accalia ran into a man at the restaurant she was waitress at that caught her attention. Right away, when she approached his table, she knew they shared something in common. Her senses were screaming at her that he was family, that he was safe, and that she needed to be around him. He seemed very nonchalant though, so she said nothing. It wasn't until he got his check and left did she feel the need to chase after him. When she caught up to him outside, she explained that she wasn't sure why, but she felt like she needed to see him again. He smiled a very fatherly smile and explained to her that that was the nature of pack animals - to stick together. Surprised, she realized that he too was a werewolf. The man, who looked to be in his forties, though truly was far older, told her that he was the leader of a local pack of lycans and that he heard of one that worked at her restaurant and had to investigate for himself. He invited her to come down and meet others like her if she wanted, but he did not pressure her. He simply gave her an address and told her that if she decided to not be alone any longer, to meet him and the rest at that location.
All day, she contemplated what to do, fearful for what something like that could mean, but ultimately curiosity and dreary loneliness got the better of her, so she ventured down to the address he gave her to find herself at an abandoned warehouse, or what would seem to have been abandoned. There were several others there, and immediately she got the same feeling around them as she did with the man. He seemed happy to see her there and introduced himself as Hart. She met the others, apprehensive at first, but it all felt so instinctual to be surrounded by them and so familiar, that she could not deny how relieved and happy she was to not only be alone any more but to have others who were like her whom she could learn from and talk to about everything.
Deciding to join them, Accalia left her old life behind and devoted her new life to the pack, following them obediently. She quickly learned that they had a place in the world and that vampires did not fit into that place. She was taught to hunt and kill vampires and was trained on how to be a better fighter, both as a human and a wolf. With their help and guidance, she learned to better control when her transformations came through intense breathing lessons and meditation. She was a very fast learner and soon was able to transform into her wolf form on will. It was for the next decade that Accalia remained with this pack, until they all were forced to go their seperate ways when their leader was slain by a vampire elder. After a respectful mourning ceremony, the packmates decided that they each had different ideas for what they wanted to do, and it seemed best that they all find their own way.
It was this catalyst that set Accalia down the road to being a rogue vampire slayer. She vowed to seek revenge on the vampires for what their kind had down to the leader that had shown her so much compassion and had taught her everything she knew in regards to being a lycan. One such night, while she was hunting a couple young vampires, she thought she picked up the unmistakable scent of Velganos, something that seemed etched in her mind for eternity. Dismissing it though, she carried on. Later, she could have sworn she felt him nearby again when she was out during the daytime, but she never did see him. Accalia wasn't sure if it was just old memories getting the best of her and her undying desire to see him again or if he truly had returned and was watching over her.

Human Appearance:
-spiky brown hair
-goatee

Lycan Appearance:
-brown and black fur
-glowing red eyes
-massive body: 12 feet tall standing
-walks on all fours
-has a more wolf-like appearance than regular werewolves
Biography:
Born a man named Geir, Nex adopted his new identity when he first underwent his transformation at the age of 35 after being bitten. He was born in Latium, a region in ancient Italy, as an only son. He lived a hard but rewarding life as a tanner's son, soon assuming the profession himself. Due to the overwhelming foul smell of the tanneries, they were located on the outskirts of town, where he, his father, and his mother were too forced to live to better commute to work. His family was indeed poor and under-educated, but growing up, Nex made due. He taught himself by reading books that his friend's father collected, being a leather binder. Nex would even travel from town to town in his teenage years on horseback, meeting new people and experiencing new things.
One evening, a man came to Geir as an adult, already having succeeded his father in the tanning business, and told him that he was one of the hunters from town who supplied his tannery with many skins. The flustered hunter quickly explained that he and his men had shot a wild dog six times, but he did not fall. Instead, the creature ran off into the trees. Surprised and intrigued, the progressively growing confident Nex and his buddies from the tannery decided to investigate. He and two others went out that night alone, without informing anyone, and armed only with lanterns and small blades. The three ended up at a wolf den. When they entered the cave, they followed the trail of blood, which lead them to a pack of large, wild, angry lycans, each threatened that they all had invaded their territory. They attacked, chasing the boys down into the woods and killing both of Nex's friends. Nex escaped by jumping into a river and letting the current carry him, but by the time he made it to the water, he was badly beaten and nearly dead. He washed ashore some miles down in a small town outside of his own. It wasn't long after that he discovered what had been passed onto him that night -- lycanthropy.
Today, Nex lives in Las Vegas, of all places, though underground in a government facility built for his kind. He is one of few ancient lycans on the planet. Unlike his brethren though, Nex is rebellious and troublesome. He surrounds himself with other arrogant, wise-ass lycans, who know they cannot be stepped on, most of whom are far younger than him, but very wealthy or powerful in their own ways. Nex is constantly causing a commotion within the elder lycan circle, but since he is one of only a few dozen ancients, and in reality holds no true obligation to uphold their laws, nothing can be done for his disrespectful attitude. In addition, Nex is well known in the lycan community for being one of the most powerful lycans alive, and he damn well isn't afraid to boast about it. He is somewhat apathetic about the war at hand between the vampires and his own kind, as he truly still holds no solid alliance, despite what he is. Nevertheless, he is all too happy to slay vampires whenever he is presented with the opportunity.
A smoker, a heavy drinker, a gambler, and multi-drug abuser, Nex has developed into what any human who has lived for over a millennium and who was immortal probably would. Being nocturnal, he is out each and every night on the streets of Vegas, knowing them each better than any other resident. He has lived there for nearly a century. Nex is a very wealthy man, due to his investments over the many long years (under different names, of course), and much of his wealth goes into his lifestyle - cars, women, gambling, drinking, and style. He has it all, yet it is never enough.
Troubled, Nex has always had a dark aura, even long before he was turned into a lycan. On his eighteenth birthday, when Nex began working as a tanner, he nearly committed suicide by his father's tanning blade. He always possessed a certain feeling as if life wasn't real, as if he himself was not real. This, in turn, lead to many mental disorders over the years, which caused him to hallucinate, seeing ghosts and people that weren't there, as well as what we now refer to as bipolar. He'd experience many manic episodes, one minute being unusually happy, and the next being extremely sad, thus giving him more thoughts of suicide. As is common with bipolar, extreme manic episodes can sometimes lead to psychotic symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations. Still to this very day, Nex suffers but refuses treatment.

Vampires & Lycans - Syrena Lynn
Syrena Lynn
Picture
Female
Mature Vampire
Appearance:
-medium length red hair
-green eyes
-pale skinned
-long fingernails
-prefers to wear darker colors
Personality: cold, disturbed, egotistical, vain, proud, direct, outspoken, cruel, sociable, affectionate, dramatic, spoiled
Biography:
Syrena was daughter to a wealthy family in upstate New York. She was raised to be very proper and had to learn to grow up quickly. Because of her upbringing, she became a very materialistic person, and because she was an only daughter, she was very spoiled. Syrena was among some of the most popular kids in her grade, and though she didn't always find time for her studies, she found other ways to learn, most specifically through her French tutor, a very attractive man her parents hired.
It became clear to the young woman early on that she could develop very emotional and strong feels for both sexes, and by the time Syrena was a teenager, she was experimenting with dating both guys and girls. Her best friend since childhood, a girl named Katalin, even later became her girlfriend. She wasn't sure if Katalin ever was bisexual, but she did seem to possess strong feelings for her friend, and the two were constantly around one another. In college, one night the two went out for a drink, and while in the bathroom, Katalin was attack by a vampire who ended up turning her, afraid to see such a pretty face go to waste. When she emerged from the bathroom at last, in a daze and buzzing from the euphoria of her heightened senses and lust for blood, Syrena was the first one Katalin shared her gift with, taking her out back into the woods and embracing Syrena in a sweet kiss. Katalin caressed her soothingly, her tender kisses eventually moving down to Syrena's neck, where she bit her, thus turning her friend into a vampire just like her, to live eternally.
After a little over a decade of living together and exploring their new world together, Katalin was slain by a vampire slayer. She sacrificed her life in order to safe her lover, Syrena, jumping in front of her and pushing her aside to take the stake to the heart instead. This act of sheer love impacted Syrena forever, and since losing Katalin, Syrena has vowed to never fall in love again, in honor of her old friend. However, she does not stop herself from indulging in some occasional nightly romance when the opportunity presents itself.
Today, Syrena has sworn to make it her personal mission to kill any vampire slayer she can find. To help her, she has joined a vampire clan who has provided her with protection as well as guidance. Being an average clan, she rose in the ranks after outliving many of the young vampires, and is now second in command under their leader, an elder vampire named Rouge. Together, they turn humans to help their cause, fight lycans when their paths cross, and hunt and kill slayers.

Vampires & Lycans - Iris Lace
Iris Lace
Female
Lyncathrope/Werewolf
Born in 1903 (appears to look like a 21-year-old)
Human Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2 | Picture 3 | Picture 4 | Picture 5
-short white hair
-slate blue eyes
-light skinned
-thin and attractive
-5'6"
-110 lbs
Lycan Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2
-white fur
-yellow eyes
-looks more like a large wolf, rather than a wolf-man
-walks on all fours
Personality: Natural leader, has good instincts, fairly friendly, enjoys a good intellectual conversation, open-minded
Lycan Status: Iris is an 'adult' lycan -- in-between a 'child' and an 'elder.' She is fully capable of controlling her transformation, in that she can transform into a wolf at will and can also retain her own mind whilst transformed. However, she is not a powerful fighter, and therefore would be classified as one of the lower-ranking individuals in a pack, most likely a caretaker (a tender to the old and wounded and a babysitter of the pups) or a scout/sentinel (a maintainer of friendly relations with neighboring packs and patroller of the territories).
Biography:
Born in Berlin at the beginning of the twentieth century, Iris was raised by two loving, middle-class parents. She also had a younger brother named Diedrick, whom she was close with growing up. Iris and her brother both started learning to speak English at a young age at their school, and by the time the two were teenagers, they spoke it to near perfection, though they still retained their German accents.
Diedrick was always more adventurous and foolish than Iris was. He had a large group of friends, while she only had obtained a few close ones. He also was not afraid to sneak out some nights to go drinking with his friends or to a party somewhere. Iris was never a mom to her younger brother though, and allowed him to make his own mistakes and to, hopefully, learn from them. However, one night when Diedrick came home real late, he woke her up, clearly rather intoxicated, and began babbling on about something she did not understand. He kept trying to explain to her that one of his friends had been given a gift and that he was different now. When she refused to hear him out and listen, trying to go back to sleep, Diedrick insisted that she follow him outside, where he could properly demonstrate for her. By now, she could plainly see that something was wrong.
She followed her younger brother out her window and down to the side of their house on the outskirts of Berlin. He then did something which she could have never foreseen: Diedrick, once exposed to the full moon, transformed into a large wolf-man -- a lycanthrope. Scared, Iris fled, running for her life. Diedrick chased her though and pinned her down, then bit her arm before scampering away himself. For a moment, she almost thought she saw fear and disappointment in his eyes after he had bitten her. It was because of this, that she believes to this day was the reason why he turned and ran away -- to save her from himself.
However, the damage had been done. Iris's younger brother had given her lycanthropy that night. Iris made many attempts to find her brother, but after that night, he was never seen again. She assumed he was ashamed of himself and angry for losing his control. After reluctantly giving up trying to find her brother after a couple of years, Iris moved on to wanting to meet others like her, other lycans, as she had heard many rumors in Berlin that there were serious packs all around the world.
Eventually, her search lead her to Frankfurt. It was there, that she met a man named Heinrich Braun. He had discovered her first by word of mouth through the 'underground.' Heinrich was a modestly well-known and distinguished leader of a pack of lycans in Germany. He was an intimidating-looking man, who stood over six feet tall and weighed well over two hundred pounds. However, he was a man of few words and was as much of a teacher and listener as he was a brawler. Heinrich was patient and understanding, and it was in time that Iris had come to learn that he had been alive for over three hundred years. Heinrich was quick to take her in as his own, and taught her everything he could about what it meant to have lycanthropy and the ways of the wolf. He also explained to her the importance of keeping her gift a secret from the public. One of the most important things Heinrich taught Iris too, was that a lycan's mortal enemy was not the humans, but the vampires. A war between both species broke out long ago and persisted endlessly to this day. He explained that she could never trust a vampire and that it would be in her best interest to avoid them if she could or to kill one if she must.
Under the guise of 'going to college in Frankfurt,' Iris remained with Heinrich and his pack for the next four years. When she left, Heinrich was both sad and happy to see her go, knowing that he did all he could for her in those years, and that the rest would be up to her. He believed she needed to find her own place in the world now and to make her own mark. Iris then returned to her parents' home in Berlin to stay with them for a few weeks before leaving again. She told them that she decided to go live in the States. After a prolonged farewell from her parents, since they obviously were unwilling to say goodbye to their last remaining child, Iris left for New York. Once in America, her English continued to improve, and her vocabulary expanded. She went in search of other lycan packs and places to live, all the while trying to avoid any life-threatening conflicts with vampires. Eventually, Iris ended up settling down in a lycan pack stationed in Manhattan.
One fateful night, Iris encountered a man named Corbin in a bar. Corbin had a musky, almost inhuman scent to him, but Iris did not pick up any trail to what he really was. Corbin had been involved in the bar scene for quite some time, scouting out lycans to hunt, while Iris had been sent to the bar he happened to be at one night on a mission to locate a man with beneficial information for her pack. Iris and Corbin got to talking, and the two - surprisingly - hit it off big time. Sparks were flying so dangerously, that pedestrians on the other side of the street had to duck and cover. When Iris at last admitted that she needed to be on her way (already having concluded the man she was after was not at the bar that night), Corbin offered her his number. With genuine glee, Iris took it and immediately entered it into her cell phone when she left the bar.
The two ended up meeting a few more times afterward, but on on occasion, Iris was attacked by a single powerful adult vampire. He, unlike Corbin's developing senses, could smell the lycan all over her. He attempted to kill her right in the middle of a Central Park, that evening, but Corbin came to her defense. It was then that he discovered the truth. The other vampire questioned him why he was protecting a lycan. Corbin's large eyes were enough to speak for him. The vampire blew them off, deciding it best to leave their drama to themselves. Corbin, however, was left with so many questions. Iris, too, seemed shocked and startled that Corbin was a vampire. They both had no idea that they were mortal enemies.

Vampires & Lycans - Corbin Crane
Corbin "Raven" Crane
Picture
Male
Elder Vampire
Appearance:
-long, blonde 'emo' hair
-entirely black eyes
-bit of scruff on chin
-thin and toned
Personality: smart, short-tempered, impulsive, stubborn, sarcastic, good sense of humor, usually serious, is protective of those he cares about, jealous-type, sometimes apathetic, lacks self-confidence
Biography:
Born in Scotland, Corbin grew up living above his family's tavern. He soon began working there, first as a custodian when he was young, and then later becoming one of the bartenders. In his days, it wasn't uncommon to hear tales of vampires or lycans and the horrors that surrounded them. One night, one such creature - a vampire - happened to stroll into his very pub. She looked like any other ordinary person, beyond the captivating eyes and alluringly seductive smile. Corbin was happy to serve her her drinks, and it seemed a few local men were also all too happy to provide her with a few drinks of their own on them. It wasn't until it got late and the bar was finally closing that Corbin realized she had been staring at him. Politely, he asked her to please step out, as he was going to be locking up. Inwardly, that was the last thing he wanted her to do, as he, like most of the other men that had noticed this woman, was completely smitten with her. She playfully flirted with him until the two found themselves locked in a passionate and romantic kiss. Forgetting his duties, Corbin carried the gorgeous stranger up to his bedroom where the two made love into the wee hours of the morning.
That night changed him forever. The two lovers had ingested unhealthy amounts of alcohol on their fiery night together, so much of the experience is a blur for Corbin or entirely forgotten. He didn't remember falling asleep, but when he woke late in the afternoon, the mysterious unnamed woman was gone, and all the evidence he had of the night was five bottles of liquor, an open window, and two bite marks on his neck. He felt an uncontrollable urge to feed, and all his instincts were demanding blood. His senses were suddenly vastly heightened, and he could almost hear the blood pumping in his family as they were working downstairs in the tavern. An animal side took him over that day, and he forgot his family, forgot right and wrong, forgot everything except for the need to fulfill his hunger. He burst into the tavern, biting and draining all those victims he could, including his parents and his younger brother.
Corbin felt invincible. It was like a constant flow of adrenaline was now pumping through him. He felt powerful, more powerful than he ever felt as a human. He was a vampire. Taking to the streets, Corbin stole a steed and rode from town to town, feasting on anyone that he fancied. It wasn't until his life was threatened by a lycan, that Corbin finally begin to start thinking again and forcing his animal instincts further down inside him. He managed to get away with his life only because a coven of fellow vampires happened to be nearby. They were the real deal - adults and mature vampires, much more powerful than he was and much wiser. They teased Corbin but also took pity on him. Their leader decided to take Corbin in and teach him their ways. It was here in this clan that Corbin remained for the next few decades...until one fateful day.
It was during the winter months when a pack of wild and mad lycans strategically attacked the vampire coven's home. The vampires fought back, but they were unprepared and taken completely by surprise. The vampires were prepared to fight to the death though, all except Corbin. Frightened to die, Corbin fled, abandoning all those that had cared for him and given him a real home. All those vampires died that day, but Corbin survived and lived on with the guilt of leaving them behind. He has tried to block out this memory from his past, as it is his biggest regret and something he feels makes him weak. However, it is something that will forever remain with him.
As time went on, Corbin became increasingly powerful. He felt that drinking the blood of humans not only rejuvenated him, but also gave him strength. With this logic, he would drain the bodies of victims even when he was not hungry. After many years, this form of indulgence began to physically change him, causing purple and blue veins to pump near the surface of his skin on his face and neck. His eyes turned completely black, and his fangs started growing even longer. His fingernails and toenails naturally too started turning black. His body was was coping with the excessive amounts of human blood that he was drinking.
When Corbin grew to become a mature vampire, he started forming his own clan. He was happy to have followers of his own, and much to his surprise even, he was a good leader. He and his coven faced numerous lycans together with minimal casualties. Years went by, and soon Corbin was becoming well known, especially when the transformation started. Around the time he was nearly an elder, Corbin started growing bat-like wings. This was very odd for someone his age, since only ancient vampires were known to ever have wings, if at all. Corbin attributed this mutation to the fact that he devoured so many people in his youth. By the time Corbin became an elder, he had large, vampiric wings, and he was soon flying around like a bat at night, swooping down and snatching his victims before they even knew what happened. This earned him the nickname Raven among townsfolk.

Occupation: Digimon Guardian - 'DigiGuard'
Biography:
Fate is an American girl who grew up in a small town in Oregon. When she was seventeen, she decided to go into the foreign exchange program at her high school, and spent her senior year in Tokyo, Japan, where she continued to study the language (as she had already been trying to teach herself it for about a year, when realizing she wanted to be an exchange student there). In Japan, Fate had the opportunity to experience a lot of new things. It was a bit of a cultural shock at first, but it helped her mature in ways she never could have if she had stayed at her high school in the States. She learned to become independent and to take care of herself.
Her host family, the Nami's, were very kind to her though and very respectful. They lived in a large three-bedroom apartment and had two sons, one Fate's age named Jiro, and one eight years older, name Ronin, who was already out of college and was working as data analyst at a company known as Binary Connections. Fate never got to see Ronin very often, except during dinner time, but she got to know Jiro really well, as they both shared some of the same classes at their high school in Tokyo. Jiro was very kind to her and very helpful. He, in a way, took it upon himself to protect her, looking out for her and being there when she didn't understand something. Fate was thankful for his kindness, though she got the feeling he wasn't just helping her out because she was living with them.
At school, Fate befriended a girl she shared a couple classes with named Reimy. Reimy spoke very good English, better than Jiro even, and they both shared a lot in common, so they ended up hitting it off right away. Reimy was eager to learn more about America, while Fate was just glad to have someone to hang out with in the new country besides the members of her host family.
One day after school, Jiro and Fate decided to go poking around Ronin's room while he was away at work. Jiro convinces Fate to go along with him, since he says he knows something strange is up with his brother, and that she can help him get to the bottom of it, like detectives. Jiro explains that Ronin often stays in his bedroom with the door shut when he's home, and at times, an odd voice can be heard inside. When Fate suggests that perhaps Ronin has a girlfriend, Jiro dismisses it, saying that Ronin would be too embarrassed to bring a girlfriend home with him. After a little while of searching, Fate discovered an odd device that looks like a combination between a computer and a cell phone. She hands it over to Jiro, asking if he could identify it. Just before he has time to answer though, Ronin emerges into his bedroom to catch the two poking around. Furious, Ronin takes the device away from Jiro and calls him some Japanese names that Fate cannot translate, then asks them to leave. Fate apologizes, but senses then that Ronin really is up to something.
There were many things that Fate expected to be exposed to while in Japan, but one of them she would have never guessed. One day during school, the three friends -- Fate, Jiro, and Reimy -- discover peculiar devices in their lockers. They are the same type of devices as the one that Jiro's older brother had. Confused but intrigued, they decide to keep them secret from their classmates for now, but they pocket them to keep them close, imaging they are important for something. After school, when they finally are out of the eyesight of all the others and are walking home, they each take their device out to discover that there is an egg now displayed on the screen, which was previously blank. Furthermore, there was a bar displayed which was slowly decreasing in size, as if counting down.
The three friends decided to meet up after dinner to discuss it more and to try and figure everything out. Needless to say, Jiro and Fate both ate exceptionally fast that night and ran to the park down the block, where Reimy was waiting for them. She looked rather alarmed and puzzled. She informed them both that her egg had now hatched. Fate and Jiro quickly pulled the odd devices out to discover that their eggs had hatched too. Not but moments later, a blinding light erupted forth from their devices, and when they opened their eyes, they were no longer in the park, but instead had been teleported into the Digital World, where they first met their own Digimon partners.
When Ronin discovers that they, too, are DigiDestined, he opens up and explains everything to them. He informs the three that he was also chosen when he was younger, and that he also has his own Digimon partner, which he takes with him wherever he goes (which explained the strange voice coming from his bedroom). Ronin also explained that Binary Communications, where he works, is actually a company that is working toward constant stabilization of the Digital World, to protect it, and thereby protecting the real world as well. He helps to track any and all Digimon for them, both in the real and Digital worlds. Ronin even writes computer programs that help to control certain operations in the Digital World, such as the home base, or Headquarters of Binary Communications in the DigiWorld. Over time, Ronin helps the three along and acts as a guide to everything Digimon, teaching them that they were each chosen, for one reason or another, to help defend the Digital World.
Today, Fate is employed by Binary Communications and is one of their Digimon Guardian agents, or DigiGuards, which are deployed into the DigiWorld when matters erupt that cannot be controlled or taken care of from the real world.

Occupation: DigiGuard for Binary Communications
Biography:
Reimy is a friend of Fate's who met her the year Fate transferred over as an exchange student. When Fate decided to live in Japan after discovering they were all DigiDestined, Reimy was so excited, that she too joined Binary Communcations, the company that worked towards world peace.
Though Reimy doesn't always see the good in things, both Fate and her Digimon partner, Lopmon, both help her to. Though she may come across as if she has a tough exterior, Reimy is truly soft and emotional on the inside. When Reimy was just ten years old, her mother died from cancer, and since then, Reimy has put up her own emotional wall, to shield her from any more pain. It is because of this, that she often times is mistaken as apathetic or cold. She prefers it this way though, and even encourages this outlook on herself. In truth, however, Reimy is as fragile as a person can get, having not only to have dealt with her mother's untimely death, but also with her own demons, battling depression and thoughts of suicide. Her father became an alcoholic after his wife's death, which only created more emotional scaring on his only daughter. For a long time, even her peers would distance themselves from Reimy, both intimidated by her cold exterior and under the impression that she was very weird and disturbed.
It wasn't until Fate came along that Reimy truly had her first best friend. As if by some stroke of luck, she ended up with two when Lopmon found her way to her. Today, Reimy is the happiest she's been in her entire life. With the help of her newfound friends, she feels a renewed sense of self and now wants to give back to the world.

Biography:
Jiro has always been a bright boy. From a young age, his parents could tell that both he and his brother would become something grand someday. While Jiro's older brother was excelling in mathematics and computer programming however, Jiro was best when he was dealing with science and psychology. His best subjects were physics, astronomy, and biology, along with social psychology. Growing up, his mother always said he'd become some sort of PhD professor, though Jiro wasn't entirely certain. Jiro was interested in learning about the world and the universe. He loved a good challenge and was constantly contemplating all the questions he had.
When Jiro's family decided they wanted to be a host family to an American student, Jiro was at first very apprehensive. He didn't want to share a bedroom with anyone else, despite the Shoji screen wall his parents had put up to divide the room. When Fate arrived however, all of Jiro's unease disappeared, and he was very taken with the American girl right away. Being a bit of a flirt (though a much more geeky one than his older brother Ronin), Jiro was constantly trying to impress their new guest. He'd write things in Japanese for her and would show her all of his collections and thing, and would introduce her to the wonders of Tokyo. At first, to Fate, Jiro became more of an older brother looking out for her, and when Jiro realized this was how she was beginning to view him (thanks to a tip from Reimy), Jiro backed off a little, giving Fate some room to breathe. He did though still try and keep an eye on her from a distance.
When Jiro first discovered his DigiVice inside his locker, all he wanted to do was learn what it was, even if that meant taking it apart and putting it back together. The last thing he wanted to do was have to forget about it from the rest of the day until school was over. When he finally didi discover what it truly was and that he, Reimy, and Fate were all DigiDestined, he was so proud and so humbled. Jiro not only wanted to save the DigiWorld, but also wanted to discover the inner workings of everything in it and how everything operated and how it was tied together with the real world. Jiro's Digimon partner, Gabumon, was happy to assist him as best he could.
Today, thanks to a good word put in by his older brother who works there, Jiro now works at Binary Communications as a DigiGuard. He still has a crush on Fate, but is still, to this day, too afraid to ever admit it. Ronin, on the other hand, is all too willing to point it out for him.

Biography:
- Born on the luxury planet Zeltros, Lyla is the middle child to a Human father and a Zeltron mother. She has two other siblings, an older brother named Zan and a younger sister named Alura.
Her father was a traveling merchant, making a living buying, selling, and trading rare goods from planet to planet in his large freighter vessel. He came from a long-line of Force sensitives, but unlike most of them, Vale Rynn took a much different path, originally getting into the smuggling business, but eventually deciding to make more of an honorable living traveling the galaxy, taking both an interest in piloting and trading. That was how he came to be on the planet Zeltros and where he met his wife, Elana Luca. She was one of the engineers and designers working on developing new holographic technology for the planet, much of the efforts of which went toward continually improving Hologram Fun World, an amusement park space station in the Zabian system. The two met by chance, and though monogamy on the Zeltros world was typically seen as impractical, after years of an on-and-off relationship together, Vale and Elana finally settled down together and eventually had a son and two daughters.
The Rynn children have, curiously enough, a distinct pattern that can be clearly observed between them. The oldest, their son Zan, was very strong with the Force, and when he was just a young boy of ten, a Jedi Master by the name of Gordyn Rolin took interest in him when he discovered Zan exercising his Force talents by impressing his friends. Excited and humbled to meet a real Jedi, Zan was all too eager to join the Master on his travels when he was invited. Gordyn took Zan under his wing as a Padawan and trained him personally. Although his Jedi training kept him from his family and his home planet often, Zan promised to return home when he could and would make his parents proud. Already having a knack for medic work, Zan grew to become a mildly recognizable Jedi Healer, and for those who knew the family, Zan was acknowledged as the closest one to the Light side of the Force. In addition, Zan looked most like a true Zeltron. He had dark red hair and deep red skin.
Vale and Elana's youngest, their daughter Alura, had an appearance most like a Human. Her skin tone was peachy, and her hair was jet black. The closest feature she had to looking like she was part Zeltron were her lips, which were naturally a deep shade of purple. Alura had the most troubling childhood of the three children, as she was captured at the age of seven and taken as a hostage along with a few dozen other children by a caste of warrier Yuuzhan Vong as a bargaining tool. Deciding to form an alliance with some of the children in an attempt to escape, Alura made an endeavor to flee from the Vong, but was recaptured and then tortured mercilessly and for pleasure. When she finally was rescued and returned home, Alura was a changed girl. A darkness grew inside her, and eventually she separated herself from her family and childhood friends and went on to become an assassin at a very young age, just thirteen, and a successful one at that. She now is fairly infamous throughout the galaxy and is widely known for her aptitude in handling situations requiring stealth, secrecy, and discreetness. She does not consider herself a bounty hunter, as her employers seek her out rather than she them.
Lyla Rynn was the middle child in more ways than one. She looked like a perfect blend between a human and a Zeltron. Her skin had a tinge of red pigment to it, though was not as vibrant as a true Zeltron. Her hair was mostly black, but with tinges of deep cobalt blue, which could especially be seen in the light. Lyla was one with the Force like her brother and sister, and like their father before them, though she felt neither strongly pulled toward the Light or Dark side. She inherited a lot of her mother's personality traits and was most like her mother of any of the siblings. Despite this though, she also had a lot of her father in her, in that she was the most gifted of her siblings with piloting skills, which her father was happy to help her improve upon, and had a genuine love of flying. Lyla also was the one to spend the most time on their home planet of Zeltros, thus developed a strong sense of their culture, beliefs, and way of life.
Growing up, Lyla's father was gone often, as he traveled for business frequently. However, on his many travels he never forgot to remember his family, and he always returned home to Zeltros with gifts for his children. When Lyla was old enough to understand how to assist him, she even accompanied her dad quite regularly on his travels on board his freighter, getting to see the galaxy and experience new things, in addition to being taught how to fly by her gifted father. By the time she was only ten, she was already a skilled pilot capable of out maneuvering even some well-trained Republican Naval Fleet pilots.
Despite not feeling overly enthusiastic about fighting on one side or the other, especially at first, Lyla did harbor negative feelings toward the Imperial Remnant and those that opposed diplomacy and free will. She was encouraged by her influential brother to become a Jedi like him, and though she did not feel like a great combatant or a soldier, she decided to take him up on his suggestion and enlisted herself into Master Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum/Jedi Academy when she was twelve years old. When the Yuuzhang Vong began to invade the galaxy, Jedi Knights were needed more than ever, and she along with the other Jedi students were urged to increase their training and to practice hard to stand against the latest threat.
Because of this, she was fourteen when she constructed her first lightsaber. It was no simple task, considering each Jedi's lightsaber was a true extension of themselves, and she was determined to combine both sides of her heritage into the blade. First, she gathered up sturdy yet vibrant and eye-catching materials from her mother's home planet of Zeltros to form her lightsaber's brilliant hilt. It genuinely encompassed the look and energy of Zeltros with his multitude of colors shining through the opal-esque frame. The other important ingredient to the blade was its crystal, which she received as a gift from her father from one of his many travels. He knew, from speaking with Luke Skywalker, that she had been busy constructing her own lightsaber and would be needing a focusing crystal. Since her father had currently been doing some business on Tatooine, he decided to seek out another highly-spoken of merchant that had a local establishment there. Though it had cost him his entire latest shipment's worth of credits, her father purchased a rare Krayt Dragon Pearl from the trader, which could only be acquired from slaying one of the massive and highly dangerous Tatooine beasts.
At the Jedi Academy, Lyla met and befriended several other Jedi trainee students, including an Arkanian boy named DalZell, a Kaminoan girl named Hal Le, and a Pantoran girl named Akwa. They all grew to be lifelong friends.
Zell, her childhood sweetheart, was best known for his lightsaber skills, white spiky hair and eyes, and tolerance of other species, despite his own species' arrogance and pride, stemming from their intelligent scientists and belief that they were the pinnacle of evolution. However, Zell did possess a great amount of self confidence, even from a young age, and he valued and prized knowledge and research. Later on, when Zell was older and became a full-fledged Jedi Knight, he returned home to his planet Arkania to present his family there with the good news. To honor him and in hopes of prolonging his life, as hazardous and dangerous as it no doubt would be, his family insisted on paying for him to undergo both genetic and cybernetic manipulation and enhancement. At first, he refused, but eventually he was overwhelmed with pressure to do so from his fellow Arkanians, assured it would not alter who he himself was and that the changes would only be minor. When he emerged out of his transformation, Zell was horrified to see he had all of his limbs replaced with more powerful cybernetic ones. Additionally, his brain had received a genetic augmentation, which intensified his abilities with the Force, but as a drawback, left him with irreversible headaches whenever he relied too heavily on the Force. Outraged, Zell fled from his home planet, feeling violated, betrayed, and ever-changed. When Zell underwent his changes, Lyla and her friends did not see him again for another few years.
Though Lyla was not much on the battlefield, either with her lightsaber or a ranged weapon, both clumsy and easily distracted, she was honored for her piloting skills, which Luke Skywalker at the Academy took notice of. What she lacked in combat, she more than made up for inside the cockpit of a starship. She relied on the Force to guide her instincts and actions whilst flying, which allowed her a great advantage over most pilots. When the Yuuzhan Vong forces began taking over various planets throughout the galaxy, a special class of X-Wing starfighter was developed called the StealthX, which began being used by Luke Skywalker's New Jedi Order. Upon observing her firsthand on multiple flights, both real and simulation, Luke was all too proud but also in a sense burdened to present Lyla with her own StealthX Starfighter, her very own and first starship. At just sixteen years of age, Lyla was initiated as a Jedi Ace. She knew the responsibilities she would now have to take on as a true pilot, and thought thrilled beyond words to have a starfighter of her own, Lyla took on the responsibility with great seriousness.
Two years later, the Yuuzhan Vong war finally ended, and Lyla was lucky to make it out alive, having fought alongside her friends and brother. It was shortly after this that she, Zell, Hal Le, and Akwa were announced to be Jedi Knights. They all went their separate ways for a short time, both on assignments and to revisit their home worlds after having been training at the Prazeum on Yavin 4 for so long. It was at this point that Lyla lost contact with Zell. He would not surface again until the year 33 ABY, when Lyla was twenty two years old.
The two crossed paths on the planet Tatooine, where Lyla had ventured in an attempt to track down her dangerous and confused sister Alura who had been sent there to assassinate a politician. Zell was on business with the politician himself, who was currently involved in fighting for personal rights, something Zell took interest in, being that he had his body taken advantage of and permanently changed. Lyla immediately sensed Zell's presence on the planet, and he hers. At this point in time, Lyla had acquired her own passenger and cargo ship, a YT-2400 Light Freighter, which she had been saving up for. When she got clearance to land in the docking bay on Mos Eisley, exactly where Zell had been, he did not recognize her new ship, the Stellar Eclipse, so dismissed the tinge of familiarity he felt when she arrived.
After persuading her sister to leave the planet, after much conflict between the two girls, which resulted in a fearsome duel, lightsaber against blaster, Lyla went to take a load off at the Krayt Cantina in Mos Eisley before returning to her next order of business. Perhaps it had been the Force guiding her or maybe her own intuition, but it was here where she and Zell were at last reunited. At first, Lyla was furious with him for abandoning her, Hal Le, and Akwa, but when she heard his story about the changes he went through on Arkania and the turmoil it caused him, she felt a great deal of pity and could sense the pain and sorrow Zell felt through the Force. She instantly forgave him, and lent him some wisdom in that, though he now had cybernetic limbs and his brain was wired to enhance his Force powers, that obviously wasn't enough to change who he was. As wrong as it was for the Arkanians to believe they were improving Zell, they were right in that he still remained true to who he was - her friend. Relieved at her support and company once again, Zell felt more like himself than he had in years. He decided to join Lyla on her Stellar Eclipse and reclaim himself as a Jedi Knight.
In the year 38 ABY, Lyla and Zell were married on the beautiful planet of Naboo, where the two had vacationed together in the past. Two years later, they had a son together, whom they named Lux. He mostly was Arkanian, though also had Zeltron and Human in him as well. The result of this family tree was arguably the most intriguing-looking man. Lux Lor had pale blue eyes, the color barely evident at all, though it was clear they were not fully white, as is the case with Arkanians. His hair was white-blonde with azure blue highlights, and his skin tone was very pale peach with a violet shade to it. Though he was not born with a second liver, like his mother, or with the pheromones that she possessed, he did inherit her empathy and ability to project his emotions onto others. He had five fingers, like the Human and Zeltron side to his gene pool, and he also had quite a fast metabolism, as is the case with Zeltrons, allowing him to be in great physical shape.
Lux inherited his parents' Force sensitivity, and as a preteen, he attended Luke's Jedi Academy after being encouraged by his Jedi parents, but soon decided it wasn't for him. Lux was born the year the Second Galactic Civil War started, and although it only lasted a year, the rippling effects of the conflict echoed thereafter, and Lyla and Zell were often dispatched on important operations for the Jedi Coalition during this troublesome time. As a result, growing up, Lux was raised by the help of Elana and Vale Rynn, Lyla's parents, as well as by Zell's parents on occasion.
Constantly being moved around between planets and his parents' passenger ships, Lux had no real place he considered 'home,' other than when he was in the company of his real parents. Though some peace was restored after Darth Caedus' death, and the Unification Summit soon after helped to unify the galaxy once again, Lyla and Zell were constantly being deployed on diplomatic assignments. Lux was lucky to see them a few times a month, even as a toddler, much to all their dismay. Perhaps because of this, and because of the friends and company that he seemed to keep around, in addition to his incredible natural talents with the Force (perhaps a hereditary characteristic as a result of his father's Force abilities being genetically tampered with to dramatically improve), Lux grew to be a troublesome child. However, because he was exposed to so much so early on though, getting to visit multiple planets and witnessing a variety of different things, including being introduced to various cultures and species, he was indeed an intelligent young man. His wit and intellect though was what originally drew him to the dark side.
In the year 55 ABY, when Nox was just fifteen, he had learned enough from all his readings on his personal datapad and from what he already knew of the recognizable weapons from examining those that his parents had prefabricated themselves to put together his own lightsaber. The bright and clever young man worked in secrecy, gathering materials bit by bit until he finally had everything he needed. The blade glowed a deep fiery orange, resembling the passion that burned within his heart. He was a born fighter, already having risen in the ranks amongst his peers as the 'leader' of his group of friends, the bullies, thieves, street urchins, and underestimated talent like himself, both on the planet Zeltros and Arkania, having grown up on both.
When Lux's parents, Lyla and Zell, at last discovered their son's secret lightsaber and his intentions to make his mark on the galaxy, either as a political leader or as the metaphorical weapon that would offer him dominance, it was already too late to alter his motives. By this time, Lux was already turning to the dark side, lured there out of a fascination for power. He wanted to learn all the ways of the Force, not wanting to restrict and limit his learnings and knowledge to simply the light side, knowing that he could unleash his full potential by harnessing all that the dark side had to offer.
Horrified, devastated, and determined to help their son, Lyla and Zell put their other duties on hold as they persued Lux, who soon fled from planet to planet, gathering followers with his natural veneer of personable charm. Lux believed that the galaxy was under oppression from the New Jedi Order, sharing similar views of the Jedi as Natasi Daala had once expressed. Lux had, from an early age, denied the teachings of Luke Skywalker, believing himself to have superior views of the Force and how to wield it, and his outlook on the Jedi as a whole was skewed, due to his parents having constantly been deployed in missions his whole life, leaving him feeling much like an orphan.
When Lux was 27 years old, by now a feared Sith Lord, calling himself Darth Revenant (considering himself reborn after accepting the ways of the Sith Council, the name also a reflection of his ghostly-like appearance), Lux confronted his mother in deep space in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy, where he had been on a personal expedition to explore the uncharted territories in order to concur them himself. His mother had been able to track him down, and completely alone, faced her son for the first time in years. A master pilot herself, she was able to block his progress and further, but to demonstrate he was not messing around, Lux fired up his weapons and locked them on to her ship. Not believing he would actually consider shooting at her, despite all the cruelties and merciless actions he had displayed previously, between communicating with him through the open comm channel and maneuvering her craft in the way of his, Lyla concentrated her efforts onto reaching out to him with the Force, sending calming thoughts, comforting and tender emotions, aided in part by her natural Zeltron empathetic abilities. Regardless, in a fit of rage and frustration, Lux fired his ship's powerful array of weapons, and sensing this just before he executed the attack, Lyla sent him a message through the Force with her mind, ensuring him with the most soothing, compassionate, and sincere voice, "Lux... I have always loved you," just before her ship was blown away in debris and shrapnel.
Afterwards, momentarily stunned paralyzed with alarm for what he had just done, Lux, or rather Darth Revenant (sometimes referred to simply as Rev), continued on his path toward the untraveled areas of the galaxy, scarcely using the Force to guide him. Anger and despair welled up inside him, and it no longer seemed important for him to seek out uncharted worlds to concur. He would end up wherever he would, and that would be satisfactory, and because there were no reliable hyperspace routes out there, he was forced to fly in standard time, knowing that each hour and each day through the region would mean the equal amount it would take to get back.
Where Lux wound up is a mystery, though it is clear he left the rest of the galaxy, his followers, and the Sith alike in confusion to his sudden disappearance.

Biography:
- Born on Dromund Kaas, Elyria was best accustomed to marshy, wet, swamps or the bustling urban life of Kaas City. After having been trained in the ways of the Sith, Elyria returns to her home planet to tame a wild Vornskr she names Toxxsin using Force techniques in order to better assist her in tracking down other Force-sensitives, though more specifically, Jedi, whom she vows to exterminate.
Her ancestor served in the Great Hyperspace War in 5000 BBY and was the legendary Sith Lord (later Emperor) who located the planet Dromund Kaas after twenty years of searching with his refugees amongst his armada after fleeing into the Unknown Regions prior to their defeat in the war. Thereafter, he re-founded the Empire, rebuilt its strength, and kept himself alive for a thousand years. The great Sith's descendants each inherited his strength and unity with the Force, which was later passed down to Elyria herself through her father's side of the family.
Raised by two Force-sensitive parents, Elyria was no stranger to the unique powers granted to those who possessed such potential. Her mother was a Sith, and though her father came from a long and noble line of Sith warriors, he served as an Imperial agent and dark-side adept for the Empire. On one of her mother's missions, she was struck down by a Jedi Knight, the Jedi's strength in the Force being much stronger than Elyria's mother's abilities. The fatal blow was witnessed from afar by both a young six-year-old Elyria and her father, and that day changed the way Elyria's father felt about and viewed the Force forever. Mad with grief, he began blocking out all his Force powers, first as a coping mechanism, and then later as a means to try and rid his body of what he soon began calling poison. Her father started to take on the belief that the Force was an evil far greater than anything else, and that it was the Force, and not the Jedi, that killed his wife. He told Elyria that it was more powerful than anything else in the galaxy and that that power wasn't something they were meant to tap into. He warned her to not pursue any of her own Force talents and to abandon them altogether, in hopes that he could protect his daughter from suffering the same fate. He just wanted to live a normal, long-lived, healthy life from then on, unburdened by the heavy weight his powers had put on his and his family's shoulders. From that day forth, Elyria's father resigned from the Imperial intelligence and went on to be a construction worker.
Unbeknownst to him however, Elyria kept practicing her craft in private, questioning her father's newfound mindset and rules inwardly. She opened herself up to the Force completely and let it flow through her, fueling her rage so that she could channel it by means of levitating objects or projecting her wishes and commands onto others. Her powers grew rapidly, and each day it seemed she learned more and more, adding to her arsenal of what she could accomplish. She was a prodigy, a self-taught Force adept with the blood of many powerful ancestors running through her. Had her father not turned himself off to the Force completely, he would have been able to sense her like a blinding sun radiating in his house, exuding energy and strength. And vengeance.
Though she was very young when she lost her mother, the images of that day were forever burned into Elyria's head, and since then, she vowed to be strong where her father could not be, to avenge her mother by slaying every last Jedi she could, even if it meant someday succumbing to the same type of end. Although her goals were born purely out of personal reasoning, hatred, and the desire to retaliate against anyone that would tear her loved ones apart, later on Elyria would find new meaning and new purpose through the Empire that also coincided with her own agendas.
When she was just a teenager, still practicing her abilities in private, her father walked in on her levitating everything that could be picked up in her room and nearly fell over in fright and shock. Then, rounding on her with anger derived from fear, he screamed at her and beat her profusely for inviting the sick toxin into their home that took her mother's life. He made her promise to never call upon the Force again. Later that night, her eyes alight with a fiery red glow, the young Elyria emerged into her father's room as he slept and began to choke him, rendering him unable to call out for help. Terrified and his survival instinct kicking in, the old Imperial agent managed to get up and lunge at her, but she knocked him back with a mirror that shattered when it hit his head. Levitating the shards, she pointed them all at his neck, and without a farewell, just a gloating and malevolent smile, Elyria drove the sharp shards into her father, taking his life instantly.

Biography:
- Born to a low-class family living in the capital city of the Twi'lek's home planet of Ryloth, Sola would never know of her true Jedi potential until later on in her life. Her father was a Ryll miner, while her mother worked in one of the visitor shops on the upper layer of the subterranean city in the Lonely Five mountain range. Sola was an only child, and though her parents both worked long hours, they were very loving and tried to provide the best for her. Though neither of her parents ever really spoke of it, they both occasionally demonstrated unique qualities that seemed to distinguish them from other Twi'leks, such as almost being able to communicate accurately without even needing to say a word or to understand one another's feelings, even if they were in completely different parts of the city. Sola too inherited these abilities, though she always accepted them as the norm. Something that differed from her parents' gifts though was Sola's ability to have very vivid and realistic dreams. Sometimes, as she found out, these dreams would come true. As she aged, she began to accept these as premonitions.
On fateful day that would change Sola's life forever, she was visiting her mother in the upper levels of the city after school. Afterwards, she ventured out to a food prep unit for supper, when the then seven-year-old was noticed by a traveling smuggler that was visiting the planet. Knowing how high the demand was for Twi'lek slaves throughout the galaxy, the smuggler seized this opportunity to add just one more bit of cargo to his supplies. Kidnapping the young Twi'lek, he imprisoned her within his light freighter and then departed from the planet, taking Sola away from her family and the only home that she had ever known.
The smuggler's first stop took them to Alderaan, and while it was terrifying for Sola to have been taken away from her world, setting eyes upon Aldera, with its breathtaking white, flowing architecture that was unlike anything she ever experienced on Ryloth, was rather exhilarating. It was here that she was auctioned off to a wealthy politician and his family. From the time she was seven until she was ten, Sola served as the politician's form of entertainment, often dancing or performing for him and his distinguished guests, or else fetching him odds and ends or helping to clean his manor. While the lord of the estate was often times away for business, his wife, a snobby and arrogant woman, would oversee Sola's work. She was a philosopher and a poet herself, and she taught Sola a great many things, though always in such a way as to make Sola see what an ignorant life she lived back on Ryloth down in the caves.
For three years, Sola served the political and artistic family, and it would be another three more, when she turned thirteen (which was considered an adult in a number of societies), that they would truly get their money's worth for purchasing their Twi'lek slave, as they planned to auction off her virginity to the highest bidder. Luckily for Sola, fate had other plans for her.
A Rutian Twi'lek by the name of Varik Nox happened to get a taste of Sola's enchanting if not inexperienced yet captivating dancing during one of her master's massive dinner parties. Varik was a Jedi Knight of just twenty and had been stationed on Alderaan for a few years, where he took part in the Alderaan Peace Conference, though of course the Galactic Alliance's outrage was reflected in him at the conditions of which the Treaty of Coruscant was signed on Alderaan. He remained for a few months afterward, attending to business, which led him to the very dinner party Sola performed at, with dignitaries and government officials also enjoying the various forms of entertainment. Sola was, after all, only a small portion of the lavish accommodations her politician master had to offer his guests.
Before Sola Fyr had time to sweep her eyes over her captive yet small audience to spot Varik Nox, she already felt aware of his presence. Later she would note that it was quite strong in the Force, which is what drew them to each other. After her performance, the young Twi'lek girl stepped off stage to be greeted by the blue Twi'lek man who held her gaze with an intensity that went beyond a typical appreciation of her dancing. They were slow to introduce themselves and even slower to start a conversation, both having an unspoken respect and understanding of one another. Even as a child, Sola was adept enough in the Force to feel the waves of calm delight and intrigue Varik was sending to her.
When it came time for Sola to retire to the slaves' quarters for the evening, Varik decided to approach her master, the host of the party, to inquire about his young Twi'lek. It quickly became clear that Varik wished to purchase Sola from him. Varik attempted to give the politician's mind a few nudges in the right direction with the Force, but her master hadn't become a renowned politician by having a simple mind incapable of standing his own ground. With an audience of other guests still around though, the man wished to appease, but gave Varik an offer that was high, even for a full-trained dancing girl. He explained that Sola would be worth a lot to him in a few years for the purpose he did not elaborate on but hinted at to the point of certainty. Not swayed, having come from a well-off family himself and having earned his own living rather well already, Varik cut a deal with the politician, and Sola was his.
With Varik as her new master, Sola couldn't help but feel overwhelmingly relieved and hopeful, sensing that he would be much better to her than her previous slaver. It soon became clear to her though that Varik did not wish to enslave the other Twi'lek. In time, he explained, she would come to look at him as a new and different kind of master. Confused, but trusting him completely, Sola followed his every word, feeling the Force pulling them together, intertwining their destines.
Having been granted the responsibility and honor of a Master, Varik Nox began training Sola in the ways of the Jedi, taking her as his padawan. He taught her about the Force and how it was created from living things, surrounding and binding the universe. He trained her to harness her talents and abilities and also taught her how to fight. By the time Sola was fifteen, she had constructed her own lightsaber and was accompanying Varik on his Jedi missions across the galaxy. Varik even helped Sola to become a true Jedi seer, instructing her on how to concentrate and better focus on the visions when they came. Though not yet able to summon Force-visions on command, she learned to welcome them when they came. They were manifestations of her unity with the Force, a sign of her growing power, and the increasing frequency with which they came reassured her all the more of Varik's effective and rewarding training.
When Sola was twenty and Varik thirty, the two were sent by the Republic to lend aid at the Battle of Balmorra. They helped drive out the remnant forces of the Empire, but at a terrible price.
Enjoying a private celebration at their accomplishment on Balmorra, Varik and Sola spent an evening in together, just enjoying one another's company, and it was at this crucial point in time that everything that had been between them came bubbling to the surface. While Sola looked to Varik as a father figure when she was a child and then later as more of a mentor, her confusion only mounted later on in her teenage years when she began to develop a strong emotional attachment to him on a deeper level, desiring him in ways that she knew probably was not right for a Jedi. As such, she never spoke of them, but she frequently sensed that Varik too felt these same feelings toward her, though they both never voiced it. That night though, the two embraced one another, and for the first time since they met ten years ago, they kissed. This soon escalated into a passionate affair, the two Jedi giving in to their feelings for one another that they had been bottling up for so long.
Though they Empire had accepted a defeat at Balmorra, Sith assassins were dispensed to covertly and successfully carry out with assassinating the Jedi that drove the Imperial forces off the planet. Varik and Sola, having lent their aid to Belmorra, were on that hit list. The very next day, after their emotional night together, a Sith assassin tracked and located the two Jedi. Although he proved to be no match for a Master and a Knight, the Sith had dealt a fatal blow to Varik, who had shielded Sola from harm, before succumbing to his own wounds in battle. As Varik lay dying in Sola's arms, he confessed his love to her, his Jedi Consular.
After Varik's untimely death, Sola nearly went over the edge to the dark side, looming dangerously close to it in her anger and despair. In the end, the one thing that kept her level-headed and from abandoning the Jedi Order and her own moral code was the thought that she would only be dishonoring Varik and all that he had taught her. He trained her to be a Jedi Knight, and she could not ruin everything they worked toward together for the good of the galaxy for her own selfish reasons. Though it was painful and difficult, Sola suffered inwardly and vowed to always preserve his memory in her heart and to carry on with what he taught her to one day become a Jedi Master herself and to help bring peace and balance to the galaxy.
A few months after the Twi'lek Varik's death, Sola began to notice the increased size of her belly. Originally dismissing it, it soon became evident that she had indeed become pregnant...with Varik's child. Fearful of letting this information spread for the safety of both herself and her child, Sola took a temporary leave of absence from the Jedi Order, disappearing into isolation on the planet Tython, where only a few close friends (Jedi and those loyal to the Republic) knew of her location. It was here that she gave birth to a baby boy, a blue Twi'lek whom she named Varex, a play off Varik in memory of his father. Those that knew of Sola's child advised her to hide the boy from the galaxy, knowing that the Council would not approve and that her title as Jedi Knight could be revoked. She did as she was recommended, and kept her son hidden in a secret underground home on Tython with a nanny droid with added security programming to care for him, along with Varik's sister, a Jedi healer, who was very close with Sola. Although it was very hard for her to not be able to raise her child herself, Sola made every effort to visit Varix as often as she could while still carrying out with her Jedi assignments.

Birth Type: Resuscitated
- Resuscitated individuals have the cybernetic implants to jack back into the Matrix. They are the humans the Machines have harvested and kept in the Matrix. Freeborn humans are the 'children of Zion,' or those born in the real world. Autonomous programs are programs that reside inside the Matrix to carry out with a specific task. (Agents for the machines are autonomous programs that are bent on keeping all the 'bluepills' ignorant to the Matrix.)
Matrix Birth Name: Rosalie Roux
- It is important to note that in no case does a freed human continue to use their birth name, having been freed from the Matrix, instead using their hacker alias. Only humans born in the real world possess anything close to conventional-sounding names. The reason for them doing so was because of the humans wishing to declare their independence of the Matrix by using names that they chose for themselves, rather than the names that they were given in the artificial reality of the Matrix itself. The fact that Neo vocally objects to Smith's habit of referring to him as 'Mr. Anderson'- much as Smith referred to Cypher as 'Mr. Reagan'- is a particular example of this, possibly reflecting Smith attempting a subtle psychological victory by referring to them by the names the Matrix gave them to reflect his belief in the dominance of the system rather than the dominance of human beings.
Matrix Appearance/Residual Self Image:
Real-World Appearance:
Personality Profile:
- Garnet's astrological sign Aries, a fire sign, clearly describes her personality. Those born under this element are regarded as adventurous, active and outgoing. Although she is independent, outgoing, and assertive, she is also surprisingly trusting, often innocently walking into the lion's den at times. No matter what upheaval, challenge, or triumph she confronts - Garnet has a wonderful ability to bounce back. Her faith in life and the future remains untouched by hardship. Her gift is that she is always a child at heart, and the world is always a magical place for her. Garnet is forceful, dynamic, and aggressive, and as a result, she frequently finds herself with dilemmas surrounding her romantic relationships.
Garnet is a 'doer' rather than 'talker'. She is the impulsive, act first, ask questions or have doubts later. That's why her life is often filled with many dramas and sometimes even accidents. Her ability to live life close to the edge provides her with a wealth of 'real experience' to call upon. When Garnet talks about something or somewhere, she's usually done it or been there, rather than simply read about it in a book. Being active an active person, Garnet can't adapt to any kind of restriction, particularly possessive relationships. She often travels to escape any feelings of being stuck or possessed. Garnet loves challenges. In fact, if everything is running smoothly, She is quite capable of going out and doing something (sometimes quite foolish) to rock the boat. Garnet loves to race in where angels fear to tread.
Profession: Hacker
- Hackers manipulate the code of the Matrix to affect friends and enemies from a distance, either damaging them, downgrading their combat abilities, or healing them and upgrading their powers. They learn to move more quickly, strike with more force, or perceive beyond their normal limits. But only the truly talented manage to hack the Matrix in any substantial way.
When Hackers affect the Matrix, they usually do it in a fairly unconscious manner. Rather than thinking "I'll alter this section of code to delete this door," the Hacker simply wills the door to be gone. Thus, Matrix hacking is different than old-school code hacking. It represents the pure hybrid of textual coding and human perception. Any significant hacking in the Matrix is likely to be noticed by the Machines. It will probably register as a "blip" in the system and scans will begin immediately. Counter-measures or anti-"viral" techniques (like Agents) may be deployed. The likelihood of detection increases with the changes effected. Thus a minor alteration (like unlocking a door or changing hair color) will likely go unnoticed, while more substantial changes (like deleting a door or complete transformation of the RI) will send off all sorts of bells and alarms. Not even advanced Hackers can stand up to an Agent or an overwhelming force of policemen. For all their abilities and enlightenment, most Hackers understand their limitations and avoid becoming drunk with their own power. A careless Hacker risks not only his own life, but that of his teammates and, perhaps, Zion itself.
Real World Skills:
- Individual Awareness
Garnet possess some knowledge on psychology and is also mindful of those around her. She is usually the first to notice when something is wrong or different with someone, even if she doesn't know them personally. In addition, she can usually very easily tell when a person is lying. This skill had become one of the most important for her nursing career, back when she was still a bluepill. - Problem-Solving and Creative Thinking
Problem-solving skills include the ability to recognize and define problems, invent and implement solutions, and track and evaluate results. Creative thinking requires the ability to understand problem-solving techniques but also to transcend logical and sequential thinking and make the leap to innovation. - Hi-Tech Knowledge
Garnet possess a wide-range of hi-tech knowledge, ranging from computer and MP3 players, to other digital equipment. Her knowledge is spread out though and is not focused in one single area, so while she can maneuver her way around in the hi-tech, modern world, she is not a professional. - Athletic Gymnast
Garnet has always been flexible and light on her toes. She enjoys going to the gym regularly. She can ran fast in short bursts, but her endurance isn't quite as high. She can, however, perform cartwheels, backflips, and hand-stands, and she also works out on various machines in order to keep her shape and build some muscle. - Cooking and Baking Capabilities
A natural in the kitchen, Garnet finds pleasure and enjoyment in satisfying others with her various homemade recipes. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and to spend all afternoon in the kitchen. Her food has been described as 'divine.' - Language Communication
English is Garnet's first language, but she also knows French, German, and some Spanish. She is fluent in French, nearly fluent in German, and an average Spanish-speaker.
Matrix Skills:
- Alter Residual Image
This allows the user to change their physical appearance in the Matrix. If only small changes are made, such as hair color and clothing, it is a relatively easy task. The difficulty increases as more complicated changes are attempted: changing sex, height, body type, race etc. It is rumored that a few Jumpers have been able to change their appearance to that of animals and inanimate objects, but no one can support those claims. - Encryption (Cloaking)
A hacker with this skill can "amend" the code of their Residual Image ("RI") to make their presence harder to detect while in the Matrix. The degree of encryption controls the efficiency with which one may "cloak" oneself (Greencard, Faceless, Invisibility, Traceless). This ability affects the Machines, other humans plugged into the Matrix, and even human Operators "lurking" and observing events in the Matrix. Like many other Matrix Skills, the algorithms necessary to use Encryption are implemented unconsciously (i.e., they are not "written" like normal programs, but are instead "willed" into being without conscious thought to the actual program code implemented). - Heal
With this ability, a Hacker can heal the wounds another appears to have taken in the Matrix. - Upload Virus
This ability allows a hacker to upload any variation of a virus to the intended target, with the intent to do harm. Some powerful viruses can do a lot of damage all at once, while others can harm the target gradually over time. - Telepathy
Telepathy allows the user to read the thoughts of another and project theirs into others' minds. These are usually only the surface thoughts. To dig deeper into someone's memories, the telepath must hone and perfect their skills. Obviously, this opens up the telepath to being traced or mentally attacked. No one has ever attempted to contact an Agent telepathically (and no one will likely live to tell of the attempt). - Long Jump
The user of this can propel themselves up and forward to far greater distances than real physics would allow. Those that become masters at jumping in the Matrix can leap up or across buildings. - Adhesion (Wall crawling)
With this unusual ability, a hacker can "link" the code of his Residual Image to that of any hard surface in the Matrix. This may be used to climb walls without gear, ensure that important things (like handy cell phones) aren't dropped into howling chasms, or just never letting go of that certain someone special.
Weapons:
- Matrix -- Glock 17 9mm handgun, Stun Pistol
Real World -- Glock 17 9mm handgun, Static Rifle

- Decipher her romantic feelings toward Alec and Vale
- Marry and become a mother
- Live peacefully and happily
Hovership: Passenger of The Awakening
- Craft -- Resistance hovercraft
- Crew -- 1 Commander (Zen), 1 Pilot (Syntax), 1 Operator (Alec), 2 Mechanics (Circuit, Gavyn)

If Broadcast Chairs lose power or are damaged while in use, the Jumper will die.)
Biography:
- While still under the influence of the Matrix, Garnet, or rather Rosalie, as she was named, was studying to become a nurse. She was in her freshman year at college when she had been saved. Prior to this, Rosalie was a fairly ordinary girl living in Manhattan. From a very early age, however, she had suspected that her reality was a lie, though she was never sure exactly why. As a child, she had asked her mother if the world was real. Even her mother's assurance wasn't enough to convince her though. Like a splinter in her mind, the notion was always there, but it was too absurd for her to grasp entirely on her own. She needed a push.
That help came in the form of The Awakening crew. The Operator, a man named Alec, had picked up on Rosalie's slight rejection to the Matrix whilst he was watching it on his monitors. The Commander made a phone call to her and explained more than most have the pleasure of hearing all at once. When asked if she wanted to find out the truth about the world, Rosalie responded that she certainly did. He sent in a few of the crew members and passengers to hopefully retrieve her, but their efforts were not without struggle. Agents, too, had detected Rosalie's abnormality surrounding the Matrix, and were at her apartment before the crew could arrive, waiting, knowing that redpills would be arriving. There were two Agents, one at either entrance to the building. Zen, the Commander of The Awakening, made an intractable phone call to Rosalie, informing her that men were after her and instructing her to exit down her fire escape. As a distraction, one of the foolish passengers of their hovership ran out of hiding and engaged the Agents, firing at them. When he fleed, both Agents were on top of him. He lost his life and sacrificed it for the life of Rosalie, who had managed to escape with the remaining people from The Awakening.
When she was unplugged and brought onboard their hovership, Rosalie was asked what her real name was for the real world. Still unable to open her eyes properly without them hurting or unable to move most of her muscles, she vaguely replied, 'Garnet.' It was later found out that Garnet was the name she used for online aliases. It took Garnet weeks of physical therapy and muscle stimulants to get her body functioning up to its full potential in the real world. It took much less time, however, for her to be told the entire history of the real world and to accept it fully and completely. For awhile, Garnet was saddened by the truth, but quickly this sadness grew into anger and hatred. She decided she wanted to contribute all she could to fighting for humanity and Zion, and so, the Operator of The Awakening helped train her, downloading programs into her mind, whilst trying to free it from the rules that didn't need to restrict her inside the Matrix.
Alec Porter ended up taking a personal interest in her, for one reason or another, and, although one of their men died to save her, Alec felt her life would be valuable to them. Garnet, in response to this warm disposition he had toward her, became overwhelmed with a longing to be close to him, to feel a bit of warmth in an otherwise cold world. She became attached to him, finding it hard to always have to enter the Matrix without him, as he was a freeborn. Today, Garnet is seemingly back to her independent self, so much so in fact, that she has kind of over compensated for her clinginess early on and now claims to prefer working alone. Alec is the only one able to see through her crumbling facade, knowing she is truly in need of someone to be close to.

Appearance:

-Brown hair
-Brown eyes
-Tall, thin, and muscular
-Has a tattoo on his right shoulder blade that says 'Fate Finds You'
Personality Profile:
- Underneath his cool, calm and collected exterior, Alec differs greatly from others. He manages to discreetly stay apart from the crowd, even though he has a well-earned reputation for being a socializer. He will let others get close, but only so close as he wants them. Some claim that trying to get your point across to Alec, should he not want to hear you, is rather similar to talking to the trees – he simply won't budge. Alec is not an open-book. His feelings, fears and desires often run far deeper than anyone around him would guess. Like the butterfly that chooses to remain hidden in its cocoon until it is ready and prepared to emerge, so Alec's spirit remains hidden behind a veneer of day-to-day activities. That's why he is sometimes regarded as snobby, withdrawn, boring, or even sulky.
The truth is, when Alec manages to operate very adequately on his own form of automatic pilot, he can switch off from the world around him very efficiently. And when he does switch off, he is actually gathering in his inner reserves to deal with the outside pressures. He likes his creature comforts and hates change because it takes him out of his automatic pilot condition of separating himself from the world around him.
Because Alec hates to be put in jeopardy of any kind, he strives to create tomorrow in advance, rather than leave it to fate. In love, Alec is regarded as extremely sensual. He will deal well with the personal, physical senses and consequently all the pleasures associated with what he can see, touch, smell and taste. He is also a nature and pet lover.
Profession: Operator
- The Operator on a Zion hovercraft is the online guide and resource liaison for redpill crewmembers while they are jacked in (connected) to the Matrix, a virtual computer-generated world set in the end of the 20th Century. Each hovercraft has an Operator. The name of the job comes from a telephone operator, which allows the Operator to disguise himself from bluepills or Agents that accidentally call him (Operators invariably answer any call by saying "Operator").
Operators typically are natural-born humans who grew up in Zion, the last human city of the Earth destroyed by the Man/Machine war of hundreds of years past. While they cannot jack in the Matrix themselves, Operators are highly skilled programmers who can help crews anticipate danger and avoid unwanted contact. Many Operators wear gloves to keep their hands warm. Operators also run the Construct, which is a locally originating virtual world where weapons and equipment can be loaded for a crewmember's avatar in the Matrix. The Construct can also be used for training as it can simulate elements of the Matrix itself.
Two-way communication is possible between an Operator and his jacked-in crewmates, in the form of telephone calls; redpills in the Matrix typically carry cell phones for this purpose. In addition, an Operator can download needed information directly into crewmates' brains for use within the Matrix, or make unauthorized changes ("hacks") to the environment in order to assist them. Before redpills can enter or leave the Matrix, the Operator must establish an access point, or "exit," which takes the form of a hardline telephone.
Real World Skills:
- Hi-Tech Knowledge
Alec understands the basics of every hi-tech piece of machinery in the real world and can usually operate it efficiently. He also is well adapt at reading and understanding the code of the Matrix, and in addition, is a highly skilled programmer. - Listening
Alec is a better listener than most people would guess. He usually hears and picks up on things that others say offhand or don't suspect people care to hear. He is even good about listening to people's problems. He can't always offer the best advice, but he can hear people out and provide them with support. - Leadership
At its most elementary level, leadership means that one person influences another. The function of leadership include stating basic values, announcing goals, organizing resources, reducing tensions between individuals, creating coalitions, and encouraging better performance. There is a direct correlation between the implementation of shared leadership practice and product improvement, higher morale, and innovative problem solving, which leads to a more hospitable environment for instituting change. - Persuasion
Alec has the ability to convince others to do just about anything. These can be commands, but more often it is to debate with logic, appeal to sympathy, and otherwise verbally convince others to see things his way. - Gambling
In the Real World, there usually exists little use for money, even in Zion. But goods of like value or services ("I'll take your turn cleaning the bilge.") are often thrown in the pot. - Brawling
Brawling covers basic hand-to-hand combat. It is less graceful than Martial Arts, but can be equally effective. - Operate Exoskeleton
Alec knows how to use the massive exoskeletons (APUs) used to defend Zion. Standing over twenty feet tall and armed with heavy gatling guns, APUs provide a last line of defense against Machine invaders. While the APUs are rarely used in for assault strikes against the machines, they have proven useful for repelling Squids that have come too close to Zion's defensive perimeter. Exoskeletons are also used for heavy construction operations within Zion itself and to lift large cargo into and out of hoverships.
Weapons:
- Real World -- M4 Carbine with mounted M-203 grenade launcher, Static Rifle
Gear:
- Real World -- Cellular phone, switchblade
Objectives:
- End the reign of terror of the Machines, and liberate humanity
- Win Garnet's heart
Hovership: Operator of The Awakening
- Craft -- Resistance hovercraft
- Crew -- 1 Commander (Zen), 1 Pilot (Syntax), 1 Operator (Alec), 2 Mechanics (Circuit, Gavyn)
- Consumables -- 1-2 months depending the amount of activity. Batteries must be recharged at Zion. Consumables can be extended if the ship is restocked with water and raw materials from the surface.
- Passenger Capacity -- 15
- Cargo Capacity -- 15 tons
- Jump Chairs -- 10
- Top Speed -- 400 mph
- Communications -- Capable of linking into the Zion communication grid or the Matrix
- Sensors -- Capable of creating a 3D rendition of objects detected
- Weapons -- Electromagnetic Pulse Wave, Autocannon Turrets
(A hovership must power down most of its systems to use the EMP Wave without damaging itself, and it's recommend going to minimal power. If they do not, Sensors, Communications, Maneuverability and all computers, including Broadcast Chairs, will cease to work. If Broadcast Chairs lose power or are damaged while in use, the Jumper will die.)
Biography:
- Alec was born into the real world, and therefore never had the opportunity to experience life inside the Matrix. Secretly, he has always desired to see what it would be like to be inside the Matrix and to be able to bend reality there. He is exceptionally grateful, however, to have known the truth of the world his whole life, which he would gladly take any day.
When he picked up on Garnet's slight rejection to the Matrix, something inside him pulled him to her, be it intuition or simply just wanting to save this girl. He became protective of her after The Awakening had rescued her. It wasn't until Garnet later became isolated and slightly withdrawn did Alec become concerned for her, only wanting to be all the more close to this girl who he felt not only a connection with, but an attraction toward. Despite her efforts at trying to convince herself and him that she was fine and no different, Alec could plainly see through this. One night, when Alec couldn't sleep, he sat up watching the Matrix. At some point, he heard what sounded like crying. Curiously, he went into the sleeping quarters hall to determine what or who it was. It was coming from Garnet's room. Wanting to comfort her and be there for her, he gently knocked on her door. The sobbing stopped abruptly, and Garnet came to the door. When she saw him standing there, a warm and sympathetic smile on his face, she at last caved, allowing him in her room and seeking comfort in him. The two shared a tender night together, in which the fell asleep in each other's arms. Though they never spoke of the night thereafter, the two have been remarkably close in secret ever since.

Biography:
Male
Computer Program
30 years old
Created April 17th
Birth Type: Autonomous Sentient Program for the Neural Interactive Simulation, AKA, the Matrix
Personality Profile:
- Vale is quiet, but an over-achiever. He is never content until he reaches the top. However, he is patient and persevering. He reaches his goals because he knows the longest journey commences with a single step and that the first step is always the most difficult.
Even if something comes to a grinding halt, Vale's ambition to reach the ultimate keeps him moving forever onwards and upwards. Although conservative and cautious, Vale is willing to try unusual approaches on his road to success in business or in love. Romantically, he desires a permanent relationship with someone who'll give him the affection he craves (and often neglect to give himself).
Vale is ambitious, responsible, practical, and a superb organizer. Although he is a borderline workaholic, this doesn't necessarily mean he is dull or gloomy. He has an offbeat sense of humor, which seems to erupt at the most unexpected moments. His motivating force in life is success, and, although he might not admit it - love. By nature, Vale is cautious when entering a new love relationship, but once he feels 'safe' with his partner, the cool exterior melts away to reveal a sensitive and loyal heart beneath. As a friend, Vale can be relied upon to provide a strong and sympathetic pair of shoulders.
Programming: Restoration Program - "The Repairman"
- Vale is a program created for the Matrix to 'clean up' any unusual or out-of-the-ordinary situations in which Redpills have left a mark. In essence, it is Vale's job to fix fluctuations to ensure the minds of all those under the influence of the Matrix do not question reality. Whenever freed people jack in to the Matrix and display extraordinary, 'inhuman' powers, Vale goes in and cleans up after them, leaving no mark that they had ever been there. If there were any witnesses to the redpills, Vale has the ability to wipe the incident from their minds.
Matrix Skills:
- Memory Deletion
This ability allows the user to wipe clear the minds of those inside the Matrix, erasing the specific memories they do not want the person to ever be able to recall. The removal can be of just a few memories to a vast amount. - Repair Code
Any coding that is altered inside the Matrix that was not intended to be, Vale can repair and restore by merely putting his hands on the objects needing to be restored. If a building is destroyed due to redpills, if gun shells are left out in the open, if people are seen performing unimaginable feats, Vale is there, fixing it.
Weapons:
- Matrix -- Two high-powered handguns
Gear:
- Matrix -- Cellular phone, silver wristwatch
Objectives:
- Preserve the Matrix
- Find his real place in the Matrix
- Do 'what is right' and what he feels is best
Biography:
- Vale is a program inside the Matrix, whose purpose is to keep the illusion of the Matrix up and functioning at all times by removing and fixing any coding that has been altered or changed, so as to disrupt the general flow of reality. For awhile, Vale was a drone, doing only what he was programmed for, dismissing the life all around him. In the beginning, he despised the redpills that entered the Matrix, having to clean up after them on frequent occasions. It wasn't until Vale stumbled upon an old family photo album one day whilst on a job, did he come to a turning point in his life. He began to actually feel for humanity, and these newfound feelings provided him with the inspiration to research further into mankind. He found that he was envious of them, envious of their passion, their emotions, their drive to keep going, even at the bitter end. He was fascinated by everything that made humans human.
As time went on, Vale began to make choices, decisions for himself. He would choose to sometimes repair the Matrix, and at other times to ignore it. It was thrilling for him to be able to become less of just a computer program and more of what his appearance was modeled after - a human. With time, he became an Exiled program, not functioning in the ways he was originally intended to. Vale took it upon himself to discover more about life in the Matrix and to find his source of happiness.
When he met Garnet - then Rosalie - it was inside a coffee shop one morning. She was polite and sweet to his advances and humor. He decided to take a leap and offered her his phone number. This is what started a series of interesting events. A few days later, Garnet decided to call her mysterious admirer, but he never answered. She left him a message, saying she would be at the park if he wanted to meet later that day. Vale found himself confused and frustrated. He wasn't a human, no matter how much he looked it or how much he could feel and act like one. He decided it wasn't fair to her to show her interest, and stood her up. A week later, Garnet and Vale bumped into each other at the same coffee shop they went to in the morning. Awkward as it was, Garnet felt drawn to him, his eyes and smile pulling her in. Vale found himself equally drawn, and unable to deny himself the pleasure, they sat and talked for awhile. He apologized for standing her up, blaming it on his work. He then asked her out to dinner at the end of the week before they both departed, and she agreed to the date.
Before the end of the week, however, Garnet was contacted by the crew of The Awakening, and was later rescued from the Matrix by them. Unable to be available, it was Garnet this time that stood Vale up. Today, Vale remains ever intrigued by Garnet, allowing himself to venture to the coffee shop they both frequented, hoping to run into her again. In his spare time, he still will reconstruct the coding within the Matrix, so as to ensure he does not get deleted.

World of Warcraft - Ilandi Silvertide
Ilandi Silvertide
Age: Over 7,000 years but appears very young (mid 20's)
Sex: Female
Race: Draenei
Class: Hunter
Talent: Beast Mastery
Weapons:
Main Hand: Barrel-Blade Longrifle (gun)
Ranged: Halberd of Desolation (polearm)
Home Town: Where is home? Originally, she and her kind were from the planet Argus, but fled in search of a new world to live in peacefully. They eventually called Draenor home, but then too were forced to leave after it was conquered by the Blood Elves and Illidan, crash landing on the new planet Azeroth. The Exodar, a wing of the Tempest Keep, created by the Naaru, was all that remained. If anything, The Exodar is her closest thing to "home."
Appearance:
Picture 1 | Picture 2 | Picture 3
-pale blue skin
-darker blue hair
Dress: Tier 2 Raid Set
Mount(s):
-White War Talbuk (land)
-Blue Riding Nether Ray (flight)
Biography:
Ilandi's thoughts and emotions can best be seen in her facial expressions, which are vast. Very readable, she isn't afraid to make it clear to those around her what she is feeling or what she has on her mind. Her personality is serene and rather complex. Since she, like the rest of the draenei, has lived for so long and witnessed and gone through many things throughout her lifetime, she has grown into a wise and thoughtful being, capable of making quick but intelligent decisions as well as solving problems and coming up with new solutions with ease.
Like the rest of the draenei, Ilandi holds magic in very high regard. It is considered extremely important to not only her, but all draenei as a source for many things, including their power and technology. Ilandi, however, is not as skilled as some with her magical abilities, but instead, since crash landing on Azeroth, has acquired talents in other fields. She does, however, praise the Naaru and worships the Light. Holding onto the hope that the Naaru will one day create an Army of Light to destroy the Burning Legion, she lives each day with determination. Her faith and religion are very strong.
There are many that Ilandi despises and sees in the worst sort of light, as do others of her kind she would assume. Firstly, she herself would never speak to the Broken, the corrupt draenei that she considers lost. She also distrusts any orcs that do not have brown skin (thus those that are under the Blood Curse and green). Probably most of all though, Ilandi's loathing for the blood elves as well as their leader, Illidan, is the fiercest hate she has. If she were to meet a blood elf, it would no doubt result in a fiery battle.
After the crash of The Exodar, Ilandi picked up on the skills of a hunter, first beginning with a bow, and eventually moving on to a gun. She does not, though, like to kill, as it is against her beliefs as well as the other dreanei, but instead only kills what she must or has to. She fearlessly will fight against the enemies of the draenei but prefers to never end the life of an animal unless it is out of mercy. After every great battle, she says a small prayer. Since assuming the role of a hunter, she has come to befriend a wild wolf native to Azeroth by the name of Comet. He was the leader of his pack of starving winter wolves outside the city of Iron Forge, and the two became immediate friends. She and Comet eventually traveled the world together, but during one unfortunate event, Comet's life was ended at the hands of two giants while defending Ilandi. Not long afterwards, however, Ilandi met another wolf, this one all black and not a pack leader, but instead a lone wolf. He roamed the area not far from Comet's death and called himself Graev. They met while Ilandi was under attack by the Horde outside a small village of theirs she had unknowingly stumbled upon. Graev, first hearing the battle, came to investigate, and ended up saving her life. She befriended the wild wolf and now has a new pet to accompany her on her endless journey to one day return home to what is now Outland.

World of Warcraft - Orophin Coast
Orophin Coast
Age: Unknown
Sex: Male
Race: Night Elf
Class: Priest
Talent: Holy
Weapon: Staff of Disintegration
Home Town: Darnassus
Appearance:
-long blue hair
-lavender skin tone
-tall
-muscular
Dress: Tier 6 Raid Set
Mount(s):
-Swift Stormsaber (land)
- Cobalt Netherwing Drake(flight)
Biography:
Very little is known about this mysterious night elf. It isn't even clear how old he actually is and how long he's lived for, though his physical features are as young as someone in their late twenties or early thirties. Not many, even of his own kind, are familiar with his name, but those that do know it are aware of his immense power and his skills with Holy magic. He is a force to be reckoned with, they would tell you, and though withholding a humble and tranquil demeanor, Orophin is no pushover. He is a man of very few words, which only adds to his questioning personality. He has never come attached or emotionally close with anyone until, by the fates, he met a being similar to the night elves in that they too lived long and proud lives following a noble religion, by the name of Ilandi. Their paths crossed while he had gone on a personal investigation of the recent crash of what he had come to know was The Exodar. The two, the night elf and the draenei, had come into contact when Ilandi, weakened and dazed from the crash, had only just awoken to find herself lost in foreign woods. Wandering aimlessly, following the crystal shards, she met face-to-face with this being of whom she had no knowledge of. Both curious of one another, Ilandi and Orophin accompanied each other on a very long and surprisingly peaceful walk, discussing and sharing what they knew, learning a great deal not only about one another, but about their races and planets. Since then, the two have made an effort to continue to "bump into one another" on a regular basis, each attempting to make it seem as if it were really on accident.
Besides this strange and beautiful creature named Ilandi, Orophin speaks very little to anyone. It's unclear if he deems them beneath him, like some elves might, or if he simply has a quiet personality. His goal and the journey he has undertaken are also just as mysterious. He has been spotted on both Kailmdor and the Eastern Kingdom however, and so one may gather that his quest is a long and continual one. Whether it is for the greater good of Azeroth is left a mystery.

Ancient Egyptian Mythology - Iniib Runentet
Iniib "Wraith" Runentet (pronounced in-ee-ib and roo-nen-tet)
Meaning of Name In Egyptian: Bringer of Wishes/Wish Bringer
Sex: Male
Age: Unknown - possibly always existed, according to Egyptian legend (though he looks only to be in his late twenties)

Stature: God of Miracles

• Height: 6'1"
• Weight: 150 lbs
• Hair:

-thin lips
-long with prominent cheekbones
• Skin:
-dark and tanned
• Body:
-toned, muscular
-fit and healthy
• Clothing:
-fashionable and high-end taste
-naturally drawn to colorful jewelry
Powers and Abilities:
The god of miracles, Iniib more specifically grants the most desired outcomes of incredible wishes, be them good in nature or evil. In other words, if something is wanted bad enough and yearned for strong enough, then Iniib will let it be true. He has the gift to feel what others around him want and to hear the prayers of those that pay him respects and homage. Whenever something is wanted truly and deeply, this gives him the power to turn that wish into reality, sometimes even against his own desires. He is no exception to his own power. If he himself yearns for something and wishes for it with all his heart, then his ability will grant his wish, and therefore create a true miracle.
In addition to being able to manifest miracles, Iniib can also take on the form of a white raven with red eyes. It is said that the raven is a symbol of luck and good fortune, which is why he is able to transform into this creature. This is one more reason why the people of Egypt had worshiped the ravens during his reign there. While in his human form, Iniib has some the senses and abilities that a raven has, including great eyesight and the ability to fall softly and slowly, as if light as a feather.
Biography:
One of the many gods of ancient Egypt, Iniib lived both among the mortals and in a kingdom in the sky with his kindred. His duties were less demanding than some of the other gods, as miracles were only granted sparingly, so in his free time, he would take on the form of a white raven and see the world from its eyes, which gave him almost new meaning and filled him with great respect for all of nature's creatures. It was said that whomever saw or set eyes on a white raven, as it was believed to have been Iniib, would have good luck for the rest of the day. This idea did have some truth behind it, as Iniib's aura was able to emit powerful positive vibes that filled all those near with confidence, compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose, which in turn tend to lead to good fortune.
Throughout his hundreds of years serving Egypt and its people, granting them their deepest heart's desires, Iniib developed an understanding and close bond with the humans, most specifically, a woman named Neferakhet (nef-er-ah-ket), whose name meant 'beautiful horizon.' She was the daughter of a well-known noblewoman who had ties with the royal family, including the pharaoh himself, and thus Neferakhet, as her daughter, became equally renowned throughout Lower Egypt, where she resided. Unlike her sheltered mother though, who immersed herself in politics and diplomacy, Neferakhet was a free-spirit, much like her father (though he was a scribe), traversing the lands and spreading word of the teachings of the gods as a priestess, also conducting religious ceremonies, along with looking after the sacred temples. She was a frequent disciple of Iniib, offering her free time to worshiping him and the other gods. Being one of the more fairly humble of gods, Iniib was graced by her prayers, and quickly allowed his heart to be stolen by her elegant beauty and warm heart.
However, because he was a god, he was forbidden to ever marry anyone other than a goddess. This did not hinder his hopes though, for he sought out the most powerful of gods, and the creator and the sun god, the primordial Amun-Ra. Begging for assistance and the blessing of the great Amun-Ra, Iniib sought to transform the human Neferakhet into a goddess. Despite his efforts, Amun-Ra concluded that no human, including even the most powerful of pharaohs, could ever truly rise to the power of a god. A very disheartended Iniib accepted this at first, and no longer began answering the prayers of his true love, Neferakhet, who still was unaware of his feelings toward her. After a few years of solitude and denying his position as a god, Iniib at last began listening to his prayers once more. It was then, that he heard the prayers of his old love, Neferakhet. She was concerned about her newfound abilities. It sounded as if she was invincible, unable to die, as she healed miraculously and instantaneously. She kept this a secret, for fear it would frighten others, thinking it was some sort of curse that had befallen her. Iniib then finally realized that his own strong desire for her to become a goddess came true because of his own doing, with his own godly abilities to grant miracles.
Thrilled, an optimistic Iniib appeared before the beautiful Neferakhet to proclaim his love for her and to explain what had happened to her. Rather than accepting this new gift though, Neferakhet blamed him for forcing something so grand upon her without her consent. She was disheartened to learn that she would live forever, despite the fact that she seemed to have the power to heal others, in addition to herself. So furious and unforgiving of Iniib for being so selfish, Neferakhet turned her back on him, refusing to ever offer him prayer or respects again.
Since that day, Iniib fled Egypt, escaping it and fleeing from his deepest hurt, which would become a wound that would never heal. He traveled the world, in search of a new place to call home, as he was spending less and less time amongst his fellow gods in their own kingdom. He lived shortly in a number of countries, finally settling down in Los Angeles, California in the year 1860, not long after the Gold Rush, where he has been ever since. Today, he goes by a different alias - Wraith, not only because of his white raven form, but also due to his usual disappearing act from his quick-to-run tendencies, as he is in a constant effort to avoid any long periods of human interaction.

Mutants - Rozlyn Rhymes
Rozlyn Rhymes
Female
20 years old
Mutant
Alternate Alias: Illusion
Appearance:
Picture
-focused and curious lavendar eyes
-shoulder-length blonde hair with dark lowlights
-average height
-thin, fit, non-muscular
-cute, attractive
Personality: sincere, cautious, shy, quiet, humble, sweet, would risk her life for those she cares about
Power: Mind Manipulator
Rozlyn has the ability to create mirages and illusions. She can make people see things that aren't really there or -- the opposite -- can hide things that are there from their eyes. Over the years of honing her abilities since puberty, she can at times (while concentrating very hard) make her illusions become reality.
Biography:
Rozlyn grew up in the orphanage city, and at times, bouncing between foster care homes. She was placed in the orphanage when both her parents died due to a subway bombing. The foster parents that took her in all were shocked and surprised by the odd occurrences that took place whenever Rozlyn was around. Unlike most mutants who develop their abilities around puberty, Rozlyn was born with her gifts. At a young age, she was completely without any control over them, and therefore those around her would frequently experience delusions that seemed impossible. Each foster parent that had her literally returned her to her orphanage, sometimes without an explanation (for fear that they would sound insane), and some simply stating that Rozlyn was just not happy with them.
When she was at last eighteen, Rozlyn was out on her own, working a full-time job as at local pet store (as she loved animals) and living in an apartment in the suburbs, taking the bus into the city. For the most part, she was happy with her life. She knew that her powers were strange and unusual to everyone else, but to her, they were the only thing she had. She cherished them and relied on them. She even began to use them to her advantage.
On one such occasion, (when Rozlyn was just 18, and Kieran, 30) Rozlyn used her abilities to sneak past a couple policemen guarding a crime scene. She was curious to see what happened. A bus appeared to have lost control and collided with a corner restaurant she had been having breakfast in. To her horror, many of the people inside the bus at the time of the crash were dead, including the driver. It was an invisible hand that pulled her away from the scene. That was when she first met a man named Kieran.
Kieran, too, had been checking out the scene, though he was invisible to the rest of the world, including Rozlyn. He revealed himself to her though away from the people and the cops in a more secluded back alley, taking her away from the horrific scene, as he had noticed the terror and alarm on her face. Shocked, Rozlyn questioned his own powers, but was relieved to find someone else that was different, like her. Kieran showed a genuine interest in helping her and keeping her safe from the cruelties and harshness of society. He felt obligated to take her in and provide for her in such a way. Reluctant at first, Rozlyn eventually warmed up to him, especially since Kieran was one of the first men to be truly nice to her, in addition to being the first she met with abilities.
Kieran lived in a small one-bedroom apartment in the city -- something that Rozlyn was accustomed to. Kieran was kind enough to offer her his bed, insisting that he preferred to sleep on the couch anyway. As time went on, Rozlyn grew to view Kieran as a real father figure, something she had never had. She trusted him and relied on him. He, in turn, provided for her and was there for her. It wasn't until nearly a year later that things started getting awkward.
One evening, Kieran had returned home later than expected. Rozlyn had already prepared dinner for them hours ago, but she dropped all of her anger and frustration when she noticed the blood covering his body. He, at first, did not want to talk about it with her, but she was stubborn and persistent. He eventually explained that he had gotten into a fight with another man with abilities, a man who could control electricity. Concerned, Rozlyn had him remove his shirt so that she could treat his wounds properlly. Kieran insisted he would be okay and instead, sat down with a beer. When Rozlyn poked him in one of the electric burns, however, he yelled out in pain, and finally allowed her to dress his cuts and gashes. She had him remove his shirt and then treated the wounds with hydrogen peroxide and antibacterial medication before applying bandages. It wasn't until this moment, in seeing Kieran without his shirt on, that Rozlyn realized she now possessed feelings for the man she once thought of as a father. Kieran, in turn, appeared to have similar emotions concerning her.
When things began to get too awkward for them and they both began avoiding one another just to avert any conversations, Rozlyn decided it best to just move out. Surprisingly, Kieran reacted to this decision as if he were surprised and a bit hurt. However, he did not stand in her way and simply wished her well. Rozlyn already had a girlfriend she could stay with until she got on her own two feet, but she hoped that she would see Kieran again one day.

Mutants - Kieran Prince
Kieran Prince
Male
32 years old
Mutant
Alternate Alias: Phantom
Appearance:
Picture
-semi-long dark brown hair
-deep, understanding brown eyes
-corners of mouth always somewhat turned up in a humored fashion
-in shape and trim
-relatively muscular
-fairly tall
-handsome
Personality: silent-type, charming, mysterious, nurturing, stands up for himself, daring
Power: Spectral Abilities
Kieran has ghost-like powers, which allow him to not only become invisible, but to also pass through solid objects and even fly.
Biography:
Kieran Prince has never been much of a talker, though despite this, he always seems to have quite a lot on his mind, thoughts always racing through his head. A psychiatrist might say his reserved demeanor and insecurities were the result of being the youngest of five brothers. Growing up, Kieran always got the 'short end of the stick,' so-to-say. As a result, he was the least athletic and the thinnest of all of his brothers. They were raised by a single mother, whose husband had left her shortly before Kieran was born. While this devastated his mother and his brothers, when asked if he wished he had a father, Kieran would always state that one cannot miss what one never had. His mother is all he ever has known in a parent.
As a teenager, Kieran began to change rapidly, and it became evident that he was different than the rest of his brothers. He began to develop abilities that, at first, frightened him. It wasn't very long though before Kieran took full advantage of his new-found powers and began using them to get his way or to get back at his four other brothers. In time, they each -- even his mother -- began to realize that he was not normal, and they all soon shunned him out of fear. When he was old enough to live on his own, his mother threw him out of the house, terrified of her own son.
Since then, Kieran has developed into a bit of a troubled man. His adult years were spent in bars or with a different woman each week. Having never graduated from college, his jobs were just a shitty, eventually winding up working full-time in construction while living in a cheap apartment on the outskirts of the city. Today, Kieran is very much like a ghost, only seen when he wants to be seen. He steals to get by, able to turn invisible to take what he needs to live. He usually only tries to thieve from those he believes are well enough off. He pays the bills and for groceries with the money from his job in construction and buys other luxeries, like a car, a computer, and a flat-screen TV with the money he took from others.
Kieran knew from the moment he sets eyes on the young Rozlyn that he was attached to her. Under the guise of morality, he offered to take the girl in and to keep her safe while training her to harness and master her abilities. He became what he never imagined himself to be -- a father. However, this image did not last long.

Mutants - Skylar Summers
Skylar Summers
Female
11 years old
Mutant
Alternate Alias: Alien
Appearance:
Picture | Picture 2
-medium-length, straight blonde hair
-baby blue eyes
-very thin
-cute
Personality: upbeat no matter the situation, positive, hopeful, wise beyond her years, quite mature for her age, loves to learn, cheerful, confident, friendly, eager to help, trusting, naive
Power: Telekinesis and Telepathy
Skylar was born with the the ability to move objects, in addition to living beings, with only the power of her mind. She is also able to communicate with thoughts through telepathy to others.
Biography:
Skylar Summers was born as an only child in New York. Her parents knew she was a miracle baby when she was conceived, since they did not think that Skylar's mother was able to get pregnant, but they certainly did not expect her to possess abilities that were truly miraculous. Skylar's gifts presented themselves very early on. Her toys and food would fly around her when she was an infant, and very coincidently, Skylar was always able to avoid being yelled at by her parents by knowing and saying exactly what they wanted to hear. When her parents realized that she was different, they took her to a few different types of doctors, including neurologists, psychiatrists, and even pediatricians. No one could explain the phenomenon surrounding their daughter. However, one of the neurologists that they saw said they knew someone who might be able to help. They referred the family to a specialist in the city named Dr. Hugh.
Skylar's parents decided to take her to see this doctor when there seemed to be no other answers. Once at the massive neuro-clinic, Dr. Hugh introduced himself and seemed very impressed with young Skylar, who then was eight years old. He did explain though that, in order to 'cure' her, and to keep her and everyone around her safe, they would need to keep her in a special room all her own until her treatment began to show progress. Her parents, not wanting to see their daughter frighten her classmates and get herself into any serious trouble again or have to endure the frightening display Skylar demonstrated during tantrums, they reluctantly agreed to let her stay, signing a contract which stated that Skylar's parents had signed away custody to the clinic, named Novus Medical Center, and that the clinic would be in possession of the girl for an undetermined amount of time.
Being a charmingly happy and trusting girl, Skylar did not question her parents, but was horrified and saddened to have to say goodbye to them. She screamed as they left that she would be a good girl, and, heartbroken, her parents waved farewell to her to -- what they didn't realize -- would be their last time ever seeing their daughter.
Dr. Hugh became a monster in the eyes of young Skylar. In the beginning, he would stand behind a one-way mirror, watching her in her room and asking her to preform various mental tasks. For awhile, Skylar humored him, doing everything that he asked. After about a year went by, on the day of Skylar's ninth birthday, she gave up, refusing to perform any more for him or anyone else in the facility. She was humiliated and frustrated and just wished to return home to her parents.
Despite having lived in the clinic for so long, she still remained as pleasantly hopeful and optimistic as ever, and much of it was thanks to the woman that always delivered all of her meals. The woman had told her that her named was Marie, and that she would always be there to listen to Skylar if ever she wanted to talk (though Dr. Hugh was not aware of their short conversations). Marie gave Skylar hope, taking on a motherly figure for Skylar. Marie was also the one to insist to Dr. Hugh that he was taking things too far or that Skylar needed her rest. It was only when Skylar stopped obeying Dr. Hugh, that Marie disappeared, and instead, a stern man that did not speak began delivering her food each day. When Skylar asked where Marie was, Dr. Hugh told her that he had Marie killed. Mortified, Skylar lost control, attempting to shatter the glass mirror in her room, and only when doctors rushed in with a sedative, did she calm down. When she woke, Dr. Hugh told her in a serious tone that if she ever tried to do that again or to escape, that he would have her killed as well.
As days went by, Skylar still did not do as she was told. As punishment, her meals grew to small portions, until finally she was only receiving one meal a day. When this still did not convince the iron-willed girl to obey Dr. Hugh, the doctor had a man sent in to convince Skylar in the only way he knew how. The man told Skylar to move her pillow on her bed, and when she did nothing but glare at him, he slapped her across the face so hard, that she fell to the ground, in tears. Yelling, the man told her that he was going to hit her and hurt her, and that the only way to get him to stop would be to make him stop with her mind. Stunned, Skylar wasn't sure how to react at first. On the one hand, she did not want to give in now, but on the other, how much of a beating could a nine-year-old endure? The man then pulled her up on her two feet only to send her to the floor again with a swat across her mid-section. Then he sent a blow to her head, then to her face. Skylar spat blood, crying out in agony and anger. All the while, Dr. Hugh was watching her through the one-way mirror, and Skylar was aware of this, as she always was.
Trying to escape the man, Skylar crawled to the opposite end of the room to where her mirror was, but the man was now walking toward her, his hand raised threateningly. Without even turning around to face him, Skylar glared into the wall mirror in hatred, Dr. Hugh inches away on the other side watching her, tears and blood streaming down her face, and she sent the man flying across the room so hard, that he slammed his head into the concrete wall and died. Skylar would not talk after this.
Whenever Dr. Hugh would come to visit her, Skylar did everything he asked, no matter how much she did not want to, but she did it without ever speaking to him. He was fine with this, for at least she was being cooperative. Little was Dr. Hugh aware though that by forcing young Skylar to exercise and demonstrate her mental abilities on a day-to-day basis, that he was actually helping to develop her powers much more early on than they would have normally developed. They developed at such a rapid pace, that Skylar even began to surprise herself. She found that she was able to not only move small and simple objects, but that she could even levitate and move her bed. Not only that, but with time, she was even able to lift herself into the air and fly around her room. Of course, she only did this at night when no one was watching behind her mirror and when she threw a blanket over the camera in her room. When asked what she was up to when she covered her camera, Skylar covered her eyes with a hand and pointed to her bed. The doctors took this as way of getting some privacy when she could not sleep, but despite their little concern for it, they instructed her to not do it again.
As the months went by and Dr. Hugh demanded more and more out of Skylar, taking her from her room on daily exertions to a lab, where she was hooked up to numerous machines and her brain studied, Skylar began to devise a plan. Having had to grown up fast, given her situation, Skylar was an intelligent girl, and she knew that trying to escape the facility at any random time was not very smart and that she probably would not succeed. After some careful observation and planning for a couple of weeks, Skylar had the schedule of the guards down. She knew when they walked down her hallway in the early evening, after all her daily work was over. She knew when Dr. Hugh retired for the night to head home. She also knew the hallways and where they lead after having been down them or have seen them when being lead to another room. She was ready.
When Dr. Hugh left for the day, it was time to get to work. First, she threw a blanket over her security camera, then, Skylar began concentrating hard on her door handle and the lock. It was difficult to remove carefully, without making a sound. She could have easily blown it off and opened her door, but the guards would be running down her hallway to her in an instant. Instead, she was forced to work for many long minutes on figuring out the ins-and-outs of the lock. When she finally heard the click of her door unlock, she waited until the time when the guards passed by her room and continued on their patrol. When the coast was clear, she emerged out of her room and took a sharp left, tiptoeing down the hallway, after having closed her door again.
Skylar made her way through most of the medical center, avoiding the security cameras and ducking down an adjacent hallways whenever she heard the footsteps of a guard. However, as she made her way at last to the double doors in the front, the alarms went off when she tried to open them. Panicking, Skylar decided to waste no time, and shot our the glass with her mental abilities and ran out into the open. She never once looked back. Not once.
Skylar Summers ran and ran until her bare feet were bloody and burning. Still not convinced she was safe, she hid out inside of a dumpster and slept there for the rest of the night. When morning came and the symphony of birds chimed throughout the skies, Skylar woke to the sights, sounds, and smells that had been foreign to her for so long. Disgusted with her stench, she discretely went for a swim in a pond at the park across the street.
Free as she was, Skylar had no idea what to do with herself now. She wanted to find her parents, but she couldn't remember their address or even what town they lived in. She didn't want to go to the police, for fear that they would see her as a threat and send her back to that horrific prison of a clinic to be 'cured.' So, instead, the little girl went in search of others like her. She devoted all her time and energy into finding others with abilities. Her first goal, however, was to get as far away from that facility as possible. She ended up finding an abandon building in a poor district with a basement in it with a couch, a bed, and a refrigerator, which was still in working order, where she decided to live. Skylar lived off stolen food and found new clothes wherever she could. In time, she began to cherish this new life, free to do whatever she wanted and go wherever she pleased. It was liberating being in charge of her own life.
Fascinated with learning, Skylar got herself a library card and began checking out books from the local library, reading each night before bed and each morning to wake herself up. She lived to read, books her only source of entertainment. She taught herself the fundamentals taught in schools and then some. She felt comforted by the tales she read in the fiction section and reassured of her own ability to care for herself when she read the parenting books. Her reading level grew immensely.
Despite all this, and the unbelievable truth that a now ten-year-old could care for themselves if forced to, Skylar was extremely lonely. Her search continued in trying to find others with gifts. It wasn't until she discovered a book on genetically superior humans, or 'mutants,' written by a college professor, did she finally get pointed in the right direction. She discovered the college address in the back of the book, and decided to find the man who wrote it once she had finished reading it. The book itself had filled her with hope and excitement. She truly felt like someone finally understood her. She just had to meet this professor, hoping too that he could possibly help her.
Skylar used her map of the state she had gotten for a few cents from the gas station to figure out how far the local college was. Though she was happy to find out that the college was in the state of New York when she saw it on the book, she was disappointed to see that it was a great distance too far to walk. Therefore, she used her powers to steal money from unsuspecting people's purses or wallets, observing them from a distance as they sat outside eating at a restaurant. Floating the money toward her, she earned herself more than enough to make the trip. Calling for a taxi, the young girl road as far north as the driver would take her, to the outskirts of New York City. She then took a bus, then another bus, and finally another taxi. At last, she landed herself in Columbia University, still with some money left over, but not near enough to get back to her makeshift home, but she knew the journey would be worth it.
Asking for Dr. Earnest Gavin, head of the Science Divison, at the front desk, she was able to track him down to his office attached to his classroom. Suffice to say, the professor was taken aback that a child, especially one looking rather homeless and insufficiently fed, was looking for him, of all people. However, when he heard what she had to say, his heart went out to the girl, and he took her in his arms, touched by her horrific story and her unwavering will to make it through all obstacles. Skylar could not understand it, but she began to cry, hugging Dr. Gavin tightly and not letting go. Earnest Gavin, in return, began to get teary-eyed, thankful that his book had given this little girl hope and that, after such a long journey, he could be here for her now.
Dr. Gavin took it upon himself to take care of Skylar and to offer her all the knowledge he possessed on mutants, or the genetically superior, for he could plainly see that she was no ordinary girl and behaved much more like someone twice her age. Dr. Gavin, a single man, let her stay with him in his empty house in the suburbs. He agreed that her decision to avoid the police was wise, as he had recently heard of a mutant who decided to turn himself into the police, and was taken to a place where his abilities would be kept in control and studied, so as to 'protect the public from the growing mutant menace.' Therefore, Earnest Gavin deduced that it was safest she stay with him. He quickly became like a father to her, teaching her all that he could while providing for her. Skylar was the happiest she had been in her life. Though she had not forgotten about her real parents, she had decided that they were probably happier now without her as a daughter, having learned the way the public reacted to her kind, after having learned what she truly was.
Today, as an elven-year-old, Skylar still lives happily with the professor, protected by him. She is now extremely careful to not talk to anyone about her abilities or to use them outside of Dr. Gavin's home. However, fueled by her own past experiences, she hopes to one day lead others like her to coming out of hiding to fearlessly face the public and the government and to announce themselves as civil members of society who live and work amongst the ordinary person, and to, hopefully, at last explain to the world that mutants are not a threat to society.
