XD Thanks! That's what happens when I'm left alone in photoshop for too long. I didn't realize I look like cotton but OH MY GOD I LOOK LIKE COTTON CANDY!!! That's awesome, I may make myself blue, pink, and purple in all my pics now. XD

You look like a Twi'lek with a wig to me XD
Or some sort of alien trying to look human.
I wonder what I would look like with blue skin...

XD I do kinda look like a Twi'lek. I need some tattoos though, to make it more authentic.
I'd photoshop both of you blue if you want. Just give me a picture to use.

How do you do that?

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Well, first you open the picture up in photoshop, you set that layer to color. Then, you color in the skin blue. The same goes for the eyes and hair.
Granted, there were a lot of random additions I did to my photo like blending in a darker shade of blue on my face to make it less flat and fake looking and adding makeup. You have to experiment with that though, because it varies picture to picture. You should also smudge the hair color layer to get the wisps and strands.

Yeah, aight. I wasn't really expecting to get 2032098203 posts back saying the same exact thing, but that's all right.
I'm obviously in the minority, and I'm obviously wrong. I don't agree with some statements, but we all live different lives and experience different things. I was just saying how I feel.
I'm trying to live in a world where people love themselves all the time. Haha.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
That's right ACK! you're a minority, thus you are wrong. If you look up all my races I'm a super minority. 100% more wrong than the wrongest wrong in the wronger wrong of wrongness. : | If you just keep using the same word in one sentence, it will eventually turn funny.
SO I MADE YOU GUYS BLUE!!! OH MY GOD!!!
Ryo, for some reason your hair was hard to color. D : I like the color that came out, I put it the setting on color burn or something. It's all multi-shaded. : 3
I turned your picture because. . . I don't know. It just looks more ethereal that way.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
So I just got back from the beach with my roomie and her hubby and we had such a blast! I'm looking forward to going again and soon. We're thinking of making a work-out of it cause those waves are so intense! I want to learn to surf so bad - and yes there were actually people out there who were. But I hope you enjoy anyway!
Me of course! Before we got in the water.
This is a few statues that is in honor of the families who serve the military by supporting their soldiers.
A monument to the ships, the one in the middle is the one my hubby was on earlier this year.
This statue is what is called the Norwegian Lady, the two other pictures are the plaques that she bears. I couldn't read all of it very well so sorry if I misquote them. Oh and if you look in the bottom of the statue really carefully you can see me! Lol.
Reads: "I am the Norwegian Lady. I stand here as my sister before me to wish all men of the sea safe return home."
Reads: "In memoriam. To the souls the sea did call to pace enterally and in apprecition to all who braved it's perils in freedom's cause. Dedicated to the citizens of Norway on this 25th liberation day in May 17878. By the citizens of Virginia Beach Virginia."
It was such a beautiful day!
Another shot of the beach!
The boardwalk.
The no cursing sign that is found all around the boardwalk.
And Princess (yes, her real name), Kristen, and me!!!

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Here are the promised Atlanta photos. They are a bit blurry, but that's the camera's fault (and that of the movin' fishies), not mine. Prepare, for they are many. I'll start with some pictures of the city, both shiny and classy...
And more shinny-ness.
And now, just the way FOG likes em: all spookied up! Here's a fogged street...
The corner to said fogged street...
And my favorite of the street ones, nicknamed Sky-Scraped.
Next, we'll start with the aquarium. This is a sand tiger shark. According to the info I got, they're actually... "friendly". Or at least they won't rip you to shreds.
This jellyfish photo could have turned out better, but the blue background and my awkward hand position makes it less of a centerpiece. It's still ok, though, and crystal-clear.
Probably the most disappointing of my pictures, but still worth mentioning. The sea otter has over a million hairs per square inch of its fur. I managed to touch a dry one that they got off a poacher. Soft as silk, if not softer... not that I plan on killing anything just for it. Anyway, the playful sea otter, here:
Crusty crustacean spider crab. These things are large. Big enough to be a backpack, I'd say. Very stylish backpack. This picture is the cleanest and clearest of them all, too.
Behold, the manta ray! HUGE thing. These two pictures hardly do it justice, though, blurry as they are. It's actually diving in the second one. It was amazing, it did "backflips" in the water, almost as if it knew how to entertain us and steal the show.
Now, the centerpieces of the whole aquarium: the whale sharks, but what makes these pics so great? In the first it's a clean shot of one along the length, but the second one? TWO of them crossing each other. I can't emphasize how fortunate I was to get this... and fast, because I had to climb up to the second floor of the aquarium display to get this.
Ending the show are a couple of pics from me. Some say the best way to highlight your best features is to take a picture with someone that looks worse than you. I guess the grouper figured I was the perfect candidate. (PS: I am aware of the red eyes... but I actually like them in this picture. Also, we haven't gotten around to fixin' em'.)
This is just another picture of me with the aquarium. Beware: blur ahead.
There were many more pictures, but the battery on the camera went dead, so... I still think these'll do, right? Enjoy!

Bwahahah! The spider-crab is like something out of Avatar. XDDD
Chances are the that manta ray totally knows how to please a crowd.
Aww. You're a cutie. :: pinches your cheeks ::

Re: Post yo' Picture!
*rubs cheek* Yeah, I'd like to keep it that way, too... oh, what the hell, I'm gonna age anyway. May as well suffer the few "cutie pinches" now and then. It's about the closes I get to a romantic relationship anyway }: (
The jellyfish? Desktop worthy? Nonsense. It'd have to be more... symmetrical. if my hands would have been spreading up like a T with the jellyfish spreading up above it without a second jellyfish stealing the camera space... now THAT is wallpaper worthy. My brother once took a picture of jellyfish that looked like a meteor shower streaking toward a landmass. It was AMAZING. You'd have to see it to appreciate it.
An aquarium reminds you of Sea World... let's see... water, sea creatures, the color blue... nope, I don't see how it could. XD
PS: Who's to say there AREN'T spider crabs in the Avatar world? I doubt that it covered all the world's fauna, especially the underwater kind. Just... make it more spider-y and less crab-y. More like a big spider with claws. Add a thorax.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Some of the best photographs aren't really symmetrical... Asymmetry is sometimes best. Your arm actually events out the photograph with asymmetry because it mimics the way the top-most jelly-fish is in the corner.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
I think I'll share some pictures with you wonderful people.
Why? Because I like sharing. Plus it offers an opportunity to tell you folks a bit about who I am, seeing as I didn't really do that in my introduction post.
Let's see what's in my photo album...
We'll start with this one, which I guess signifies the start of my passion for writing. I entered a short-story competition through my school, and was one of the winners... I got to judge a national competition and was invited back to do the same the next year! It was all very exciting and I got a load of free books out of it too. I'm stood at the back on the right... yeah, the ugly-looking kid with the short hair. I have nice long hair now; it suits me much better, and covers my MASSIVE FOREHEAD.
Ahem. Anyway, moving on.
With me in this photo is my sister Karina. Unlike some siblings, we don't argue or fight...
...Often.
We were out on a walk somewhere... my family goes for walks frequently. We're a very active family, and we all love wildlife. I was especially interested in fungi (don't ask me why) from about the age of nine to fourteen. I can still identify which ones are good for eating nowadays, though you do have to be very, VERY careful and know exactly what you're looking at. I wouldn't call myself an expert, necessarily, but I was well on my way to becoming one.
Enough about fungi, here is a picture of myself (still short-haired) and my very besty friend Katy, on a geography field trip about two years ago. She's a lovely little barrel of hyperactivity.
Here we are again, ready to zoom off in a limo with more friends to our leaver's ball. This photo was taken with my dad's amazingly-fabulous camera which makes everyone look amazingly-fabulous. Hence, I very much like this photo. Plus, I have hair.
More recent still, we have a photo of the whole family, taken with the amazingly-fabulous camera. Another thing I've got into fairly recently is music, hence the colossally-huge headphones. And then there's the hair... longer still.
This was on my first trip abroad, to France, last summer. I went with a couple of friends to go walking in the Pyrenees, and it was a most excellent trip. It was absolutely scorching hot, however... as you can see, I look rather frazzled.
More up to date still, we have me and my wonderful ex-girlfriend Vonnie, on her birthday, dancing in the middle of a park. Isn't she lovely?
Here's possibly the most recent photo I have of myself (but one of the least representative, it must be said), from about two weeks ago. I was required to wear the sombrero in order to eat those Doritos.
Yeah, I'm a bit mad. So what?
Finally, we have a photo of me and my guitar. It's only a beginner's guitar which I got dead cheap off the web, but I love it to bits. It was taken by my friend Jaz in a photoshoot - her photography is amazing... please check out her deviantart page. There's my little bit of shameless website promotion...
Yes, so that's me, in a nutshell. Hope I didn't bore any of you...

The one of you and your sister sitting on the log is absolutely adorable!!
I have several younger sisters, so that's probably why I like it the best.

Maybe I'll show a bit of Aerissa to everyone as well.....
Yes, we look like dorks. T.T This is my best buddy and I at school last year. He's actually hanging over my shoulder and wishes to be known as the Great Overlord of Darkness. o.O; O..kay then....
My brothers and I at Disney during our last vacation. It was all of our first time there, parents included. We had a blast. XD And because I said Disney, I have to post a picture of the castle now.
Simply because the castle is awesome.
I'm a nerd and became a Junior Scholar by taking an exam, so this is me on the way to the ceremony. (I got myself a little trophy. Woo. ) [
And this is my little brother and I jumping away from waves at the beach like tiny kids....
Lastly, a seriously old picture of my other best friend and I near a trailer at school. The Great Overlord of Darkness suggested we call her and ask what she wanted to be called. Her answer...."Spongebobette" I have odd friends. Very odd.
Woo. Aerissa, two of her crazy friends, and her psychotic younger brothers in all their glory.
