Not if you said how good you looked in them. I mean, if you look bad in them, and you say you look good, she'll hopefully realize you have no taste. No one wants a shopping buddy who can't tell the difference between good clothing and bad.

Currently, I'm raving jealous over Spectre's drawing skills. I just got to see one of his character rendition-thingies for the Matrix rp hes doin' with Fate.... Good god, I wish I could draw. (Go with boots!!) Annnd I'm listening to Coldplay, they seem to be favoring Pandora today... and just finished a post for Hawk... annnnnnd... that's about it.

At the moment, I'm just answering e-mails, PMs and general "admin-y" stuff while I wait for my laundry to dry, and get ready to go to church. And when I finish this, I'm going to go ahead and work some more on a drawing I've been trying to finish but (on a rather nice note) I keep getting interrupted by children and silliness, since my husband's been home.

Just a nice, normal morning... *goes to get some coffee, offers*

On my way home from work, I was distracted by the beautiful lightning in the clouds. I don't know why lightening storms are so appealing to me. I don't like the sound of thunder, but I love the look of lightening.

I'm currently chatting with my boyfriend. I'm so glad we're doing okay again. There was a rough patch I didn't know if we would pass, but it did at least a little. We're actually having conversations again. I hope he's really coming out of his depression and not just doing it to appease me. However, I think if he acts like he's happy enough, he may actually begin to feel it in time. That's how I remove myself from depressions sometimes.

I managed to lose my freaking passport at some point over the past five weeks. We're scrambling to get an emergency replacement before we leave.

Well, I just found out my ship date. My recruiter called me about an hour ago. I'll be leaving for BCT on July 13. I have to go do the physical (again), which will be Thursday of this week, then I'll be on my way. I'll be gone for about 9 weeks, then back for a week or so, then I'll be flying all the way out to Texas for another 10 weeks to get my AIT. If everything works out, I am slated to be back right before Christmas. I won't be 'gone' from these forums during that entire stretch of time though. During AIT they are pretty cool about giving you free time (depending on the job of course) so I should be around after the first 2 months have passed.
This is NOT a goodbye post...just a heads-up!

I just finished cleaning out the rat cage and doing laundry and eating lunch. Now, I have a logo to work on for someone, in addition to still needing to work on my own drawing, plus things around here, as usual, hehe.
