FoG's face lift
As you may have noticed FoG has been undergoing some changes. Some of the highlights include: A new layout that will make it easier to find areas of the site and keep topics organized better, a return of the Monthly Features, archiving of old topics, and fixing of links that were broken. With Avi's help, we've been able to make those changes. Thank you Avi!
We are continuing to improve the site before I shift my focus to member growth for the site. A few things to look forward to: fixing the images on the slide out buttons, updates to the rules and information on the site, and staff changes. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions please post them! I look forward to seeing you all in the updated swirly mists! (because, for some reason, you need sunglasses in the fog)

For clarity sake, I've only helped dig through the code to find the notably broken bits and showed Sunwolf how to fix them up. The rest of the hard work (graphing out all the boards and tree-organizing them to flow better, taking the time to actually do all of the organization, researching all the site elements and reading up on how they work, building a plan for the plan of that plan's plan) is his doing. (Though when he phrases a paragraph like that, I'm very tempted to take all the credit if he's gonna give it to me. )
With a little more work, I plan on adding consistency to the InfoNav's title graphics. I noticed this morning that it uses yet another font I was able to dig up (and boy was that one harder to find! Same website, same category of font, completely different end of the listing... oof.) So, I'll eventually work on a nice little Persistant Worlds graphic to match the others. --Or I might just go with a new font entirely that better matches the original FoG logo font. --I usually avoid doing that because I don't like to stomp on people's nostalgia when I can avoid it. I do, however, prefer consistency in things. So something is gonna be changed for consistency's sake.

Thank you! I've been working on trying to improve the site almost every day. I'm hoping to have everything all set before FoG's 7th birthday!
