Happy Easter 2012!!!

I'm not a huge fan of easter, but I am planning on enjoying my easter weekend (even though I'm working today and Ysopet has to work all weekend). This evening we are going to dye eggs, and tomorrow we'll go to my grandmother's for an egg hunt and Easter Lunch. My favorite part of Easter is deviled eggs...

What are you doing this weekend FOG? Did anyone have a wild college spring break?

I'm not in college, and my life is too tame for a wild spring break.

I also didn't celebrate Easter because a) neither Jonathan nor I are religious, and b)we aren't little any more, so there's no fun in egg hunting with just the two of us.

However, we did take advantage of the after-Easter sales to buy chocolate. Yummy, yummy chocolate. :: noms ::

Haha, that is awesome! I wouldn't be celebrating easter if it weren't for Taeo. Even then, we had two seperate egg hunts during daycare so when easter rolled around, he wasn't even that into it. Plus it was SO hot that day, we all just wanted to go inside. Oh yea, we never found one missing egg. It's bound to start stinking soon

Ugh. I know. I envied you when you said it was snowing. I know it's just a 'grass is greener' thing, but it wasn't even cold enough to wear a coat this winter.

Yeah, Taeo is pretty good with hiding those eggs. Thats two that are missing now!

I worked most of Easter Day, but I didn't really care too much. Easter is one of my least favorite holidays, and I already got to see Theoden go hunting for eggs. I just missed out on him getting his basket that morning.

Work was horrible though... One of the longest weekends I've had a long time.

I actually really don't like snow all that much. I prefer warmer whether. I don't envy your super-heat because sweat makes my eczema freak out almost as badly as winter dryness. However, I'm extremely glad that it's getting warmer. I can wear short sleeved shirts now! I can't wait until I can actively wear tank tops.


hahah Some people recommend drawing a map of where you hide the eggs so you don't have that problem. I'd be too lazy. XD If they're so well hidden that even adults can't find them, it's hilarious.

That sucks that your holiday weekend blew. Mine was okay, but pretty normal. I got to explore Barnes and Noble a bit even though I didn't get anything.

Yea, we're way to lazy to do a map. Both eggs we lost were hidden by Theoden...he's that good!

He did get a really awesome Easter basket...his grandparents/great grandparents spoil him so much I didn't even have to buy anything for it! (Though I did splurge on getting professional pictures taken of him, which I haven't done in two years...see Post Your Picture thread )
