FOG FM RETURNS!

That's right, boys and girls!

After several months and several failed projects later, myself and Agenda Labs have decided to bring the radio-show-that-wasn't-exactly-a-radio-show back from where all things internet-related go to die (No, not AOL) to bring some sort of music and comedy related fun back to the wonderful FOGgers that we've missed so much! I can't disclose a whole lot of information right now, but there ARE a few things that I need from you guys!

First off, I'm gonna need song requests. Sure, there will be the usual tossing in of some of today's hottest and hippest tracks, but we're going for more of a user controlled deal this time, so either in this thread or a PM to yours truly, go ahead and tell me what YOU want to hear!

Secondly, if you guys have any kinds of ideas of what we can do for this SEASON 2 EXTRAVAGANZA, let me know in a PM! All ideas are welcome, but just know that not everything can always be accepted.

Last of all, if any of you would like to be a random guest on the show, I'm gonna need to know that, too! Shout-outs, telling the people what the next track is going to be or anything else! Toss me a PM and let me know what you want to do and I'll make sure to get ahold of you some time before the show airs so that we can get everything straightened out!

This is awesome news, Gunneh! The first FOG FM died before I got here, so I'm excited to see it coming back. I'll happily help with sound bytes or anything else you guys might need.

I'm curious, though, just how eclectic is this show going to be, musically speaking? Are there certain types of music that will or won't be included? Knowing that will make it easier for me to make requests.

Well, Wake, we've played everything from pop to rock to rap to dance music to movie scores so far, so we're pretty much up for whatever kind of anything that you may want to listen to. Of course, requests are going to have to be screened if we get something we don't know, but we're all adults here so there's still a pretty big chance that we'll play whatever

A FOG FM huh? If you guys were a talk radio show I would probably tune in. Unfortunately, I don't listen to the radio for music. If you guys did more talking than playing music though I'd be jumping in on everything here, including the guest roles. Once the second season starts and I'm more familiar with the show though I'll let you know. Till then I wish you some serious luck.

Also, I was trying to keep it a secret, but if any of you read the page on the website you'll know that, while this will be the return of FOG FM, it'll only be called FOG FM for this one last show. After that, I'm going to un-sticky this thread and put up a new thread where YOU will help US rename the show for whenever we start to branch out!

Update: I've just been tasked to forward deploy from current location overseas as part of my overall mission. Due to this expectedly unexpected circumstance (got to be ready for anything, right?) KWY may not be joining us for this session as he's staying behind with another team. We'll try to get him over skype, but no promises. However, this does not mean that he's no longer our official third man; you can definitely expect him for future sessions (just not a lot during this deployment).

As you may have read at RecAgenda, what was FoG FM is now called Reverie Cast and is a completely new podcast. FoG FM will not be returning; it's being replaced. If you care to listen to the new podcast, you can find it at the blog. Just click on Reverie Cast in the menu at the very top of the page (alternatively, you can just click on the banner in my signature).
