Personality: Marik is mostly calm and doesn't do much of his day, since half of his mind is a cat. When he is in the shape of the cat, he tend to lie in the sun most of the day, but in his humanform he watches over his "owner" which he has done for years. In his humanform, Marik is caring and trustworthy. [More of his personality will come, it's a working process. ]
History: Marik was born with a purpose, to watch over a girl. He did not know why he had to watch over and protect this girl, but these questions was never anything he asked his master, mother or father. He was born in a family of human-cats, meaning humans who have the abillity to change form into a cat when ever they want and back again. Since he was born in this family, his canine teeth and nails are longer and sharper than normal humans' are. Other than these features, Marik looks like every other human in this world.

Any way... ever since Marik were a young boy, he was trained in combat, changing back and forth between his forms, stealth and much more, so that he would be prepared for anything that would happen while he was watching over this girl. He was never told the name of the girl, only that he would know when he met her - which he did. When Marik had finnished his training, he left home for good to find this girl. At that time, he was in the age of 15. He searched for almost a year, before he got hit by a car in his catform. He was badly injured, and as it turned out - the woman that had hit him with the car, was the girls mother. They both felt sorry for him, where he lied on the sidewalk, almost unconscious. Since he didn't have any collar, they took him in. The girl, who was a couple of years younger than Marik, was obviously happy to get a cat. And strange enough, the girl named him Marik. Strange, these coincidences...

Evidently, neither the mother or the girl had any thoughts about Marik as a cat never seemed to get any older like the other cats in the neighbourhood. Since Marik is part human, he lives and ages just like a human do, even as a cat.
