I like how the gothiest music technically isn't called goth. Neo-folk, apocalyptic folk (pretty sure that's just their genre there). Har. This one's basically a half-insane spoken word though. I'm all for it.

I don't know how many of you like British music, but I'm on an Ellie Goulding kick at the moment. Her new single "Figure 8" plays in my car all the time. Also, for anyone that likes Japanese-style music, check out Monkey Majik's "Change." They're backed by the Yoshida Brothers in that one, and the Yoshida brothers alone are phenomenal with the shamisen.

I feel like I live under a rock... Out of all the recent posts, the only artist I recognize is Nine Inch Nails. Clearly, I don't have much exposure to music.

I have Pink's True Love (featuring Lily Rose Cooper) on repeat. I'm not sure what I like about this song, but I find it very addicting. At least for the moment!

Don't worry... I normally don't recognize any music posted by others either. I did not live under a rock... but I was isolated in the mountains for the first 11 years of my life Smile

Listening to "Hotel California" by the Eagles

I love this song and this inspires me to write a lot of my action-adventure stories as well as role play ideas. The song has such a good beat to it.

My favorite Eagles' song is "Life in the Fast Lane." Although, "Victim of Love" is a close second.

But I've got Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive" playing in the background. I keep hoping it will inspire me to write something. So far I haven't had any luck.

I really loved Linkin Park's old albums, namely Meteroa and Hybrid Theory, but I just couldn't get into their later albums. I like a couple of the songs from Minutes to Midnight, but that's about it.

I'm listening to a couple of songs by this Korean singer named YounHa. Her song "Hero" was my earbug for months after my boyfriend played it in his car one day, and I couldn't find it for the life of me until recently.

I love Linkin Park's older albums, too! Not so much with the newer albums.

Right now, though, I'm listening to Katy Perry's "Not Like the Movies." I just discovered this song last night, and I definitely have a thing for it.
