Lines Drawn in blood [superheroes/villains]
In a world where science has made terrific leaps, unexpected consequences have occurred. From the hushed hazardous gas spills to the radioactive phenomenon, humans have at times held powers only thought up in comic books. But unlike comic books, the villains are not born innately evil. Everyone is just a person, surviving in whatever way they can. Sometimes that means rising as a gang boss to ensure your family is well off and your kid gets into college. Sometimes that means shanking an old lady for her groceries so that you don’t starve; or tossing your baby in the river because you can’t feed them. Don’t cringe, there are worse things done in this world. The fact still remains though, crime has gone up, and the economy down. Way down. With as intense as the new street drugs are, half the population is barely even lucid enough to notice death, so it goes on in a vicious cycle.
The US government attempted to declare martial law at one point, that’s how bad it has gotten. But the attempt failed, and that’s how bad it got. So now it is organized to where is the criminal public agrees to keep the crime to a minimum, no bombing elementary schools and such, then the cops would look the other way. And so an unhealthy balance has developed. And those vigilantes who won’t stand for such an illusionary peace are outnumbered and attacked on both ends. The public wants this balance; they believe it can’t be helped, and so those trying to stop crime are kept threatened with the new lynching law. That’s right, if a vigilante is spotted, it has been declared legal for the public to lynch them on sight. Here, the good guys are kept as disorganized as the bad ones. If you can even call them good guys…
Meanwhile….
The military has funded and authorized a team of scientists, the best of the elite, to create a solution to all of their problems from a lab created out of public eye, in space. The project is given the top secret name; F L A W L E S S. These scientists work on what is known in laymen’s terms as a super soldier. They succeed, and it turns out to be everything they had hoped for and more. This super’s reflexes, strength, speed, agility, durability, and intelligence off the charts, the super even has the ability of flight. The super is considered truly flawless. Until the super starts to exhibit negative personality traits; extreme narcissistic complexity of anger, bouts of defiance and boredom, casual emotion towards biological life besides the super’s own, and the biggest problem, loneliness. As a solution to hopefully all of the problems, the scientists come up with another brilliant idea. They allowed the super to help create a companion, someone just like them. Besides, two was better than one. This pleased the super greatly, and for some months the super was contented with designing the most pleasing looks for their companion while at the same time learning about how the super themselves were created. When the super was satisfied at knowing the entire process (a couple of months before his companion was finished) he did away with the scientists. By that I mean he killed all of them, it wasn’t as though he really needed them anymore, or the world needed them for that matter. Their mission was completed, he was made, and his companion was almost complete. He set the computers to finish downloading the general world information and history into his companion’s brain, and left the station from the atom transporter, reappearing on earth. He set out to do what he was created for, to bring order to chaos. And that is exactly what happened, within a matter of a couple of weeks, he had crime organized from their chaos, planning to use them as bringers of peace and light. Everyone under one order, his own, and to help him, his righteous army of crimelords. He goes by the name Flawless.
Meanwhile….again.
Up in the space station, the technology used has had an unexpected short out, easily fixed but the handy man. But he’s dead. The programmed computers shut off, and the companion’s programming is lost. She awakens, as new to the world as a child. Impressionable and ready to soak up any information that comes to her super-geared cortex or a mind. Will she be used to tip the scale of justice? Or will she reject her destined purpose?
Ok, in this rp you have a choice of being a superhero or a villain. I suggest you do one of each! heh, that's just my favorite thing to do I guess. But you don't have to. ANyway, the heroes are very dark and gritty, I plan for this rp to be pretty gruesome at times, dramatic, but funny in other moments. Like DC comics, but slighty darker in nature. Before submitting your character in the ooc please please please send it to be via pm, or I will deny you. No godmodding, although that's kinda what two characters in this rp do >.<, but be assured the two supers have their weaknesses, you simply need to find them. Which brings me to my next point, anyone wishing to play the head villain, the super named Flawless, I will love you forever if take him as I tried to portray him. Peace-out!

Re: Lines Drawn in blood [superheroes/villains]
? + ?
Name+ Only one person really has the right to name her, and she has not been informed of what that name is. Or that she should even have one.
Age+ If you consider age to start at the point in which one becomes conscious, then she is but a few weeks old.
Abilities+ Extreamly high durability, speed, strength, reflexes, intelligence, agility, and density levels. Also has the ability of flight.
Looks+ Careful, if anything this female is careful. Upon her first waking hours, she managed to break quite a few things, and found it a little upsetting. So she treads carefully so far, even taking care to use her flight ability to lightly walk on the tips of her feet. Her golden eyes are wide, taking in just about every bit of information she can. When she stands still, she is completely still, no slight movements, as if a frozen sculpture.
This female is also very noticeably not entirely natural. For one she appears to look like a porcelain doll, rather than a human woman, who would have defining flaws or changing skin tones that make the woman look human. Her skin is completely smooth, soft, yet hard; As though she were carved from ice. Though unlike ice, she radiates constant warmth, giving evidence of strong blood flow and bodily functions.
Another feature that seems to make her appear more like a doll is the blush upon her cheeks and the same colour on her lips, she wears no make-up, but the soft rouge colour is always there. Her hair is snow white, certainly not a colour natural to human women.
The word B E L O V E D is written on her right thigh in large black lettering.
Reputation+ Can a being only a few weeks old have a reputation? Perhaps the inanimate objects about her consider her to be an inconvenient terror. Though she is making a strong effort not to be.
Bio+
Drip.
Crackle.
Silence.
How curious, this red liquid was dripping from the walls, a form that this girl did not know used to be a hand had not entirely dried out yet. Brown caked her surrounding unevenly. Forms that did not smell very nice in her opinion surrounded this room. But it was only this room. Every place she went so far was riddled with red lights that had been flashing since she opened her eyes, and her sight had quickly adjusted to telling the difference between what was red, and what was only illuminated. The drip from the liquid, the crackle from the electricity periodically sparking from the equipment, she did not know what these were, or why they did what they did. But she did know one thing; she did not like her surroundings in the least bit. Better was the place she had woken up in. But that place felt very empty, better empty than filled with things that smelled bad, or things that made unpleasant sounds.
She gracefully tip toed backwards, leaving the room behind her and watching the white doors slide shut, of course she did not know that they were doors. They opened when she moved forward, and closed when she left. Like a wall with a split down the center.
Half gliding and half tip toeing, she made her way further down the hall. Finally reaching the end, it opened up into the biggest room she had seen yet. Wire stairs, glowing towers, and a large circle platform in the middle. Naturally the platform was the first thing she wanted to look at. It flashed blue. The colour was much softer than the red that flashed around her, much more…pleasant, she liked it.
Stepping onto the platform, it began to glow even brighter. Her lips turned upwards and her eyes grew even wider, and then…….
Lair+ She has no home that she is aware of, but the station she is currently in is rather curious.

Re: Lines Drawn in blood [superheroes/villains]
Junk Boyz + villains
Name+ From left to right- Spud, Nip, Doodle, and BeastAge+ No one ever bothered to remember their birthdays, and they can barely count. But it is estimated that Spud is in his mid twenties, Nip is either the same or younger, Doodle is the youngest at maybe his mid teens, and Beast is maybe nineteen or twenty.
Abilities+ All of the Junk Boyz carry two 9mm pistols. And on occasion have rifles, but only if they can afford the ammunition.
Spud has a cane that looks more like a pimp cane (he gets teased about that but is still proud of the fancy cane he found in the alley). He has one combat knife and 4 meters of wire rolled up in his back pocket. His power is elasticity; he can stretch as far as 30 yards, and is very bouncy.
Nip is a smoker, no literally. She can emit sulphuric smoke from her mouth easily. On occasion she can emit an invisible gas that is toxic, but her use of it is limited. She also carries numerous swiss knives, with which an assortment of lock picks, scissors, actual knives, swirly tools etc. are stored, she makes good use of all these tools. No one is sure of the exact number of these she carries, she can’t really count that high either.
Doodle’s powers are the strangest out of all the four. Doodle has the abilities and reality akin to a cartoon character. When flattened by something he simply crawls out from underneath flattened, and after a while becomes normal again. When blown up he is simply covered in soot. His eyes pop out when surprised, you get the gist. He carries only one other weapon with him, a giant hammer that he pulls out from behind him that is three times his size.
Last but not least (well, maybe least) is Beast. He wear iron knuckled gloves, a bullet proof vest, and carries a huge machine gun. He also has poor aim, just thought you should know. Anyway, his powers is pretty straightforward, he's strong, really strong, and his hide is pretty tough. He can lift a truck with ease, but he tires easily, and isn't very fast.
Looks+ Spud is the “leader” of the Junk Boyz, and surprisingly does a good job. He’s never had any schooling and doesn’t know how to count, but he gets his team by with good common sense, and knowing when to retreat. The Junk Boyz retreat a lot... Anyway, He knows his team and what they are capable of, and utilizes all of their abilities accordingly. The Junk Boyz trust him (even if they don’t really respect him) and he would give his life for them. But that’s the only thing he would ever give his life for. Like all of the Junk Boyz, he is cowardly, painfully so. Or as he likes to say it “We aren’t the fittest, so we aren’t meant to survive, but here we are anyway.”
Nip is a girl, not many people know or can tell that. Suppose it doesn’t help that her gang is called Junk Boyz. Anyway, she's pretty street smart, and very practical, some call it cowardice, but she calls it practicality, that is the biggest word in her vocabulary by the way. A little known fact that everyone is rather clueless of (and she tries to deny) is that she has a crush on Spud. She's not much of a lady, even though she has better hygene than the rest of the group, she still smells bad due to her power. She is a wise crackin girl who can get pretty short tempered, out of the four she's probably got the most courage. She hates fancy things, since she'll never have any of it, and if you ask her; "The world's not got any chance."
Doodle,, hm, how to explain it...Well the best way to say it is that he's very much like a cartoon character is personality too. He's always doing odd things, but never speaks a word. He is the only one in the group who can read and write and multiply, but he has to write it down. They tried asking him why he doesn't speak, but he wouldn't tel them, so the group let the issue die. Like affore mentioned he's a strange fella, he likes to mock people behind their back at times, and has yet to be caught by any who'd squeal on him. He can make nearly anyone laugh.
Beast is not too bright. He has the mind of a child, but can have the cruelty of one too. He's a big baby so has cried in public more than once. He listens to Nip the most, considering her as his mother. He likes flowers and has tried to keep a garden on many occasions, but failed to keep it alive. Now he keeps one potted plant, and Nip takes care of it when he's not looking to make him think he's doing it himself.
Reputation+ The Junk Boyz are the most unreliable of all villains, or to put it more accurately hench-men. They work for a mob boss by the name of Ivan the Irreputable, most just call him Ivan the terrible. Anyway, when push comes to shove the Junk Boyz would rather make a run for it then stand and fight, they'd rather not tempt fate. But for some odd reason they seem to be a thorn in any heroe's side. As prone to running away as they are, they seem to be extremely persistant, often attempting the same feat four to five times. Each time in a different but annoying way. They are well aquainted with every hero out there, they have to be if they want to survive. So what they lack in reliability and competence, they make up for in information and persistance. Ivan the Terrible keeps them around just for that fact, if a new hero shows up, the first ones to know are the Junk Boyz. They make good testers too, to see what a hero can do, since they have a high survival rate. The Hero they run into the most is undoubtedly Combustion, he seems to pop up wherever they are, trying to foil them, and vice versa. They know him very well, and will actually stand and fight him, for a little while anyway (they run for it when he gets to hot for their taste).
But as harmless as they may seem, they are still villains, and will slit your throat if it means any gain for them.
Bio+ { To be revealed in story line}
Lair+ An extremely crummy wearhouse on the edge of town. But they've had their fair share of nights sleeping in an alley or van.

Re: Lines Drawn in blood [superheroes/villains]
Lets see, I think this rp needs an info guy, someone who would know about inside government going ons, someone good at uncovering information and good at being a spy or something like that. We also need a leader-ish type of person. Anyway, you should know that Heroes are criminalized by citizens for getting in the way of the half hearted system balance they are trying to achieve. They are seen as more trouble than good, no hero is welcome.
