Try to focus your latent psychic powers into a powerful psi-bolt, and focus on one of those flying doom machines (and aim for the pilot). Focus, like you need to kill the juggernaut and his anti telepathic helmet!

Fire a round into what I assume is either a weak spot or the cockpit of the chopper that is attacking.

Declare this area a danger zone, and investigate deeper into the rubble, which should protect me from incoming fire as well!

I attempt to help put out the fire burning lady by breaking open the seal on a fire hydrant with by stun baton and pushing her into the water that sprays out.
