Thinking on my feet, I use Voltron to pick up the near-dead Plaguecrawler and try to draw its life, its soul, IT'S VERY ESSENCE into the giant robot badass to use the Elder God baby as...well...kinda like Materia, except it's a baby and not a crystal.
And yes, even at the expense of the robot becoming self-aware.

Loki sees the metallic pillar in the distance after he lifts himself from the ground after ejecting. "Yeeeaaaahhhh, that doesn't look the least bit ominous. I think I'll be going this way." He travels down the street away from the pillar sticking to the shadows while keeping an eye out for danger or other unusual activity.

After having been stunned for a round, I run to the dropship to enter. Once inside, I have the feeling that I'm really not the best person for the flying things.

Loki flies the dropship back to base and relinquishes the alien artifact to his superior officer while subtly coercing them into the notion of promoting him for a mission deftly accomplished. At the very least, he hoped for some badass new gear to go along with it.

Agent Kalon II comes along with the Quakemobile, assisting in improving fortifications and/or weaponry as it makes its way to the site.
