True. I have actually experienced insomnia many times since last summer. The worst was when I laid awake straight until 5 AM and then had to get up for early morning field research.

I only have trouble sleeping when I'm down/depressed or if I'm very excited about something that will happen the next day.

False. I don't drink NOS or any other energy drinks, though a good friend of mine practically lived off those without sleeping for several days. I was afraid he was going to give himself a heart attack or something Shocked

I can't believe you guys thought of the energy drink when I said NOS. I meant Nitrous Oxide Systems, ya know the leading supplier of Nitrous Oxide in the racing world....and they tell me automotive knowledge is on the rise.

False while I would enjoy another trip to Jamaica I hardly need it so to speak. I race cars and hang around beautiful women everyday who needs the expensive of going to topical island. Although I'll admit the eye candy is good on a topical island.

True! I only drink socially, and even then I never get beyond tipsy. I've heard too many horror stories of people drinking themselves sick or not remembering what they did the night before that it's just pointless.
