Years in Operation: 28 Years
History and psychoanalyst reports: Scientist early on discarded the idea of making the subject cold and calculating. Fearing that it would be only be a matter of time until he decided that the death of the wearing was well worth escaping the lab. Instead it was decided to give subject 001 a true moral compass. So far this had proved effective, making the subject conservative of his powers, however the subject does seem to derive a great feeling of guilt anytime a new host must be found. We have tried to distract the subject with old movies and t.v. shows to keep the psyche from fracturing. This however has led to the unfortunate side effect of him growing in sarcasm in quoting many of the lines he hears at unwanted levels of annoyance.

Name: Vesper "Perrie" Whitlock
Age: Twenty Five
Personality: Vesper is a girl to watch out for. She seems like the nice and innocent type but she is known to snap at people for no reason. It takes her a while to learn to trust people and because of this she has no real friends.
Bio: Vesper was young when her parents passed away. It turned her from a friendly girl to someone else entirely. She house hopped when she was younger and finally got out on her own at age 16. At age 23, she was taken by the government to become some sort of pet project of theirs. After two years of intensive training and tests, she was forced to wear a bracelet created by a meta human, a freak of nature who would suck the life force out of her so he could use his abilities. While Perrie doesn't like this idea, she has no other choice but to allow herself to be used like this...
