I go fairly minimalist myself. I tend to change background pictures quite frequently though; I tend to like either really sarcastic or satirical images, or really beautiful, artsy ones. Take a guess what mood I'm in right now.

I (used to) love that show.

Here is my background currently. The creature is something I created and had an artist on deviantART draw for me. I found this cool underwater city wallpaper online and just put the creature on top of it to make a wallpaper out of it. ^^

I love the concept of that artwork! Anything with mirrors showing something other than what everyone else sees is awesome. ^_^

Hah, I hadn't realised the awesome pun I made there Very Happy

And yeah mirrors, along with dreams I think these two open up a whole new world when it comes to writing anything mystical or esoteric. In fact, I've had an idea about "mirrored" people living in the same version of a city (it is mirrored as well, of course) and able to see each other only through mirrors for quite some time now. I remember it every time I look at a mirror Very Happy
