I'm thinking, perhaps, that there will be spiritual temples of the elements in major towns as well as in isolated locations (like those of the more "spiritual" halves of the empires). Here, they can commune with them (the gods won't manifest like they did before, maybe as a floating mote of their element I.E. a ball of fire, an orb of water, a swirling gust, etc.)

While I am certain I don't want the gods materialized in the physical plane whenever the adventurers want them (tampering with time/space, remember?) I am not sure if I want to allow or not allow them to be able to speak to their minds.

I have an idea... what if they come in dreams, when the barriers between the mind and the physical world are weakest? That way we can't cheat into them giving us all the information we need to easily succeed (or the power) and at the same time we still have their aid.

PS: Area is, mostly, included in the package for Wildlife and Culture. I just had the option there because, well... you could just have dangerous terrain without dangerous wildlife and the like in the area, or just terrain, in case you didn't want any danger. Or people.

It might surprise them, then strike a little fear in them after they know what it does... then make them perceive you as a threat and turn you to mush using (and the Kudrunians are fans of these weapons) maces and war hammers. You don't survive AND dominate this land by being afraid of everything new. You do so by killing it until it is dead and won't rise up again.

Just be careful, because "new" military technology is greatly coveted by empirical spies from all sides and the government gives large sums of money to those that come up with something new. Money just happens to be god to the Kudrunian folk.

So, yeah, go ahead and use it, but just make sure the Kudrunians don't, y'know, see it. She'll probably be alright, though, using it against a dire lion.

Yeah my computer did the whole 'I hate you so I'm going to delete your post' sorta deal and I had it all typed up and everything and my computer crashed and took everything with it. I'm trying my best to re-write my post but it is NOT working out the way I'd originally had it and I'm having a rather difficult time with it.

That means you'll simply make this round's entry without adding the last two (that's if you haven't already finished them). This thread has one of those "Chosen One(s)" plot so we can't really replace you (sorry if that sounded cold). I do want this to work, though, so tell me if you're having any RL or connection issues. Information to know:

1) Each of you controls your own sage. The only factor that must remain intact is that all of the sages are Earth-Raisers and share similar physical characteristics in common with Kudrunians. Keep in mind these are the enlightened leaders of the Earth Primal's teachings of patience and endurance, so even though they are old, also keep in mind that they are a) very wise and b) could kick your ass. *snicker*

2) This is the "meeting up" round, admittedly, but for this round, keep it to your character waking up and trying to figure it all out. You can have them eating, talking, just resting, etc. before we get on with the real exposition next round.
