V (Agrees with me) That although Science Fiction and Fantasy are closely related they are not the same thing nor should they merge to become the same thing because it is impossible. Science Fiction uses Science and technology to explain things while Fantasy uses magic to explain things.

^/disagree. Fantasy does not always use magic to explain things. Fantasy just means that that which is impossible can become plausible, and that includes science fiction. Except science fiction generally aims for that which is hoped to become plausible in the future as opposed to doing that which is (due to physics) physically impossible.
