Hey, would I be able to request one of these? They're pretty freaking sweet, and I'd love to have on as my Avatar.

I'd like my avatar to be based off of this character.



If he could have a grin and some light red stubble underneath his hood, that'd be awesome.

As for colours, I'd like a dark red for the main portions of the armour, and for the trim to be silver. Some wear and tear on the armour, with a few dings and scratches. His cloak dark green. As for the clothes under his armour, I don't really mind what you do with them.

And if you happen to get some amazing awesome idea that you think will blow my out of the water, do that! Run free with it, and make it your own.

I would like my character to be fully covered in black hooded robes, with silver along the edges. His face would be invisible within the shadows of the hood and a pair of yellow eyes glow where his face would be. His hands would be visible and sickly green fire would be flaring above each of them. His hands would be alabaster in color.

I would like the hair changed to a dirty/dark blond and I would like to see the eyes a piercing gold if possible. Could you also touch up the outfit's colors a bit? I think the jacket would look better if it was a deeper black and the scarf and mask were a more brilliant dark red than they are now. As for the background, I was thinking a medium-dark gray with red splatter marks behind him to suggest a recent victim.

I haven't thought of what I wanted for a sig design yet, but I've liked the ones I've been seeing paired with your avatars. I trust your judgment, just try to keep along the theme of assassin. Somewhere in it, I would like the following lines of text:

"What is the color of night?"
"Sanguine, my Brother."

These are all loose guidelines, feel free to bring in your own creative ideas as you see fit. Thank you, and I am looking forward to what you come up with.

Actually, now that I think about it, the Chronicles of Amber just keep getting better with each book, so maybe that's what's doing it.

Seriously, they are getting better and better. I'm really excited to see how mine turns out, but I agree that you should probably do the easier three before you begin on mine. I don't mind, of course. I will remain in the mind set where I don't mind how long it takes to become complete just as I felt in the beginning. ^^_^^

Well, I had the idea that if any mods join up, that we could kinda pull from that idea so long ago for that Staff RP that kinda of fell through the cracks and have it be that their characters all came from the same kingdom and are maybe the elite group of soldiers/ambassadors to that kingdom. It's just a thought, though.

I'm pretty sure Plague's and Loki's are perfect.
With Raptor, I got the silver on the book. And I think I nailed the yellow eyes, at least. ^^ Very creepy. xD
I didn't think he would end up that short..... I can make him taller if you want, I guess.

Maybe they grow 'em small in the shadow plane. xD Or maybe he's one of these child villains. *shiver*

Edit: Loki's got replaced. The old one had more yellow in the eyes, but that made them difficult to see. The new version's eyes are darker.

Badass! Very nice work on mine Kalon. I'm having doubts about the eye color though, perhaps gold doesn't have enough contrast to make them noticeable at that size. Would you mind playing around with it a bit until you find a color more noticeable that would belong to an assassin?

I love that you guys're already putting them in your avatars, but I feel the need to help you guys with a background.

Easy method:
In good ol' MS Paint, when making selections, you have the ability to turn the background color transparent. It's automatically set to white, but you can change it by right-clicking on any color (as opposed to left-clicking)

If you get a background off of Google or something, then all you have to do is copy your character, paste onto the background (making sure that the selection tool is set to transparent), and just move it around to wherever you like on the background. ^^

Once you do that, you just re-size the image to a maximum of 150x200 pixels, and you're set! =)

I kinda like Raptor's, though (spray-can in MS Paint?). It kinda fits the shadow theme, and makes him even more creepy! xD


I'll make sets for you guys, but you might as well experiment with the background while you wait. Teaching you to fish, type of thing. ^^
I'll darken the eye-color for ya, Loki.
