Lol. Yeah that's always the hardest part. Once you find one though it's pretty well easy...at least in my opinion it is.

You can feel free to set up the thread now, and we can get a start on it tomorrow. But for the moment I need to sleep. It's nearly 2 am here and I have to be at work by 10. Weeeee.
