It's a very long trip from Munich to Berlin by train. As we found out the hard way by being cheap and taking the regular train, not the ICE express train. Stupid, stupid us! I'm under the hat.


Pulling into Hauff I think? Midnight, still a few hours away from Berlin, but the train doesn't run between midnight and 0600. For the love of all that's good, pay the extra 80 Euro and take the ICE express train!

That horrid concoction was made from the left overs of a few ration packs, and was an experiment in boredom. Actually, the castle was too! I do strange things when bored. He knocked it down because, technically, we were still confined to barracks on course and had regular room inspections that have to meet a very specific layout. My room usually had something odd about it though, added a touch of adventure to the day! Like when we hid easter eggs in our kit to see how many our instructors would find. Needless to say, they tore our room apart looking for them, but it was worth it!

Also, Mezrin, just because you think you're the ugly stereotype, doesn't mean you are. My boyfriend has a very low vision of himself, too, but I still think he's attractive. Not that I'm going to be checking you out or anything because that's just creepy. However, everyone is attractive in his or her own way, and even if they're not OMG HOLY SHIT HOT doesn't mean they won't grow into it later... Actually... the mass majority of people aren't OMG HOLY SHIT HOT, so you shouldn't worry about it.

I don't know how I was able to do them so much as a kid; now-a-days? (Other than the fact that my feet would touch the ground...) I could get lucky and maybe make it halfway....

Aw, it's Kail! Lol Your niece sounds strong! I agree with Shades though. Those monkey bars seemed so much easier when you were a kid. Oh man, well as least you can't complain that your arms are too tiny that the sleeves on your t-shirts are always too big for or something. Hehehe

Drako the workout routine is pretty simple. I do as much weight as possible for 4 sets of 10. I don't stick to just the plain bench either. Every two weeks I switch up how I work each set of muscles.

Example.

So week 1 and 2 I do:

35 min cardio (doesn't matter, just get your heart thumping for 20 min)
Barbell bench 4x10 MWF
Preacher Curls 4x10 MWF
Shoulder press variations (whatever I'm really feeling) 4x10 TTHSat
Rowing variations (whatever I'm really feeling) 4x10 TTHSat
150 sit ups with a decline M-Sat (always work your core, if you have a good core everything else will follow)

Than week 3 and 4 I would work the same muscles but in different ways. So for a bench instead of a bar bell I use dumb bells.

It's called muscle confusion. Thats the best way to build muscle, shred your arms, etc. etc.

Another thing that I have in my favor is that I'm genetically larger than most people. I also had 2 years to work out for hours every day. Thats partly where I get my size from. The best advice I could give anyone is: Eat healthy, get a good vitamin complex and protein, than get a work out plan that works for you.
