::waves:: Hi I'm Solace!

I'm a past role-player, writer that has been missing the creative outlet, and a few of my favorite characters and felt the need to find somewhere to rekindle the writing, the stories....so I find myself here!!
My writing interests include: Fantasy, Medieval, Steampunk. With an emphasis on realism and detail in the posts. My characters range from animalistic to raw, to refined and multi-fold in their dimensions, from personality to skill..or hah, lack there of.. SLs typically are adventure related, to historical- based, and murder/horror incorporated. You name it I probably have RPed it, western, roman, viking, hell spawn, x-men...the list could go on. SOME of my charcaters have been shifters, but the actual animal side is rarely played, i enjoy the duality, and inner conflict it brings to their psyche and the writing.
I have a limited interest in werewolves and vampires, modern without fantasy elements is a no, and scifi is iffy. However, pitch me an idea, give me some creative license, and i will attempt anything. With that said romance is tolerated, but not my goal in writing, sexual content included. It might support the SL, but it is not necessary. I do RP both male and female characters, more female than male though.
Current interest is Steampunk, and medieval-fantasy. I've a couple SLs I would like to hatch.
Availibilty is limited, MB would be preferred, though e-mail and IMs work, but i have to plan on the latter. I work full-time as a nurse, night shift, full-time student...on top of being newly married, training one of my horses and hoping to PR in my next half-marathon, so RP will really come AFTER my hectic life. Writing examples to be posted soon!
