Hello to all!

Hi,
My name is Stephen, I have been involved in some sort of RPG type or another for about 25 years - though I have been away from it for about 2 years, so I am probably a bit rusty.

My strength in the RP realm is "world building" and "back story"
My weakest point (unfortunately) as a writer is 1st person narrative (I am hoping that practice will help me improve that aspect.)

For the time being, I will be more of an observer here until I feel that I can put in the time and effort that is deserved. (Though I may begin to slowly flesh out a character library.)

Looking forward to some quality reading (and eventually writing.)

Wow, that is quite a long time to have been involved with role playing games. World building and backstory are wonderful things to already have some talent for. I also still find 1st person narrative hard as well, though I have attempted it in the recent past.

That's perfectly fine, too. I understand that everyone has their own personal lives and jobs and such that keep them busy. Hang around as much as like!

1982 - Stephen gets D&D basic set for Christmas.
various points after that - most everyone else contributing on ths site is born.
