Background: Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Mutalistan, Tahira Ali was born to an Italian-Jewish philosophy professor and a dissident Uighur Chinese journalist. She became infamous when, in 1968, she was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted List for murder, and later, terrorism charges. She attended a Catholic school in a predominantly Moslem country, and graduated, having been an average student with mostly B letter grades throughout her time there. Her particular religious beliefs were never quite pinned down, as she repeatedly made reference to God as existing and powerful, but never to Jesus or Muhammad, or a specific religious institution or leader.
