Requesting all artists! Need help!

So, as you may or may not know, I am part of Nationstates. Within that, I am part of the Region of the South Pacific. And within that, I am part of its government.

We have been having a problem with activity, recently, I thought of a way to help it a bit. SHINY NEW EMBLEMS!

I was wondering if any of you artists out there could make for my government (love saying that xD) an emblem that at once fit into a Signature and in posts (over an Official Statement) for the Ministry of the Security (Military, Intelligence, etc.), Justice, Foreign Affairs, the Chair of the Assembly, Craziest person on Forums (yes, I know xD) and finally the Delegate, which is kind of like the big boss of the region.

I would really appreciate everything and anything that you guys are able to do! Maybe this will even serve as an incentive to even join up!

You mean like forum ranks or signature bars? If it's something of an icon style graphic, then look no further, I design those all the time.

Yah, it's like an icon (Or, if you're american, something that resembles in form the Seals) that a Minister can use to say 'Hey look at me!'

In that case, would you mind making one for, say, the Ministry of Defense of the South Pacific so I can see how it looks?

Sure thing. How big would you like it (pixel dimensions)? And, what are some symbols that you would like represented within the seal? For instance: a globe could represent unity, or global security, or outreach; or a wreath for that classic peace appeal, or Roman trademark.

Also, do you have a preference for colors?

I ask all of this because Seals should be distinct and unique to what body they represent. I should be able to look at it and say "Oh hey! That's the so-so's seal!"

I am not all that good in pixel dimensions, so say... slightly taller than your banner and slightly thinner... about. You know, make it big enough without making it too big. Now that I think about it, it could be 800px? Does that make sense?

So as far as symbols go, perhaps an anchor with rope, an eagle in there somewhere and a black palm tree in there as well (thats on the flag), but be creative, I trust you. xD

Yah, colors can be any shades of blue with some black and gold.

I just saw your question about 800px and I have to say... that's freaking huge! xD

Would it be possible to make the the border silver, the background navy blue (the blue that is outlining the border would be perfect), the eagle maybe white, the anchor black and I love the quill. If you already had other ideas about the recoloring, then please do it how you thought it would look cool.

And I was thinking, while staring at the badge, is it possible to put the anchor on the right between the two banners, a pair of swords with a wreath or something (anything to symbolize regular army) on the left between the banners, have the eagle smaller but with its wings extended so as to take up 2/3 or 3/4 of the middle, and have the palm tree in the middle of a circle of stars beneath the eagle? In that scenario, the banners would be blue, writing white, the border gold, background silver, eagle brownish, anchor/swords gray, palm tree black and stars white. I know this is asking too much, but I just wanted to share that with you. I like letting way of my maniachal megalomaniac side.

And I screwed up when I first told you about the banner, its Ministry of Security, not Defense. My bad.
