And most of the brave heroes who served under it have either gotten too old to fight, have been sucked into a dimension vortex, or have simply died in a tragic and angst filled way. After the countless tears, and after the all that fighting, good did not win. And the line of what defines ‘good’ or ‘evil’ has gotten so blurry that no one is sure of either. Society is in a severe decline as far as living conditions go. It has been two generations since the Justice League first started, and the streets are dirt crusted, buildings rusty, everything has been tarnished by sheer time. The government, state or central, has no money to rebuild or renew. The art of the sciences has not continued, no new technology has been made. The battle grounds have become stale, crime goes at a regular everyday pace that has seemed to be accepted and the once truly villainous force dwindles to only a few, not worth paying attention to. It seems as though the life of humanity has been sucked out. Their is a dull look in the eyes of citizen and otherwise alike.
But a stale battle ground doesn’t remain so forever, and invisible tension starts to form as Lex Luthor’s successor, Antony Luthor, takes the business world by the throat and dominates it; offering new and improved ways of living, products that shine as a beacon of light in the dark times, which overshadow his more questionable experimentations. He is fixing up streets and the like as his part in charity, the people are in love with him and his new ideas. All of his seen dealings are legal, so no one intervenes or questions what he does in the labs. A coinsidence that no one connects to Antony Luthor is the strange occurance of a few new villains popping up. Infintile in nature and interested only in wrecking havoc, these new villains seem to be literally a mix between old villains, a splice if you will. This gives rise to fresh individuals to take up the mantle of super hero. Some new and unheard of, a couple of others seem to be similar to the new villains popping up, splices of old supers. Those who are appearing are imediately taken in by an old friend of justice who remained timeless all these years. J'onn Luc, Martian Manhunter, the brains behind the original Justice League; he takes in the young new supers and shows them the ropes with a little help from Doctor Fate, although he's a bit behind the scenes and rarely shows up in the dimension anymore.
Something about this set up however smells like fish sticks, and the new supers will find that the job of bringing back a better tomarrow is something not as clean cut as it was for their forefathers. With things even more complicated then before, how are they to sort through this mess and finally let justice prevail?=========================================================================It is quite important that you read the profiles that I put up, they have some information for you to tell you the general direction this is going. Antony's profile being the most important, while I didn't write either of my profiles in the correct format that I have below for you to fallow, don't think this will give you a freebee to fallow suit. I designed it so that it would read as sort of a database that Antony has on his computer, files that he has on you. He wouldn't have a file on himself, and not of the other character I put up, so I didn't use the format. Please write your profiles as though it was a spy observing your character, going through their trash etc. You can either make up an entirely new kid on the block, or a spliced individual, which will make sense once you read Antony's profile. Villains are allowed, this rp is open ended with some pre-made subplots I have in mind. So basically we can go wild with creation on this. Have at it!

Personality: Luthor is as complicated as a woman, more so some might claim. His mood swings are violent and instantaneous. His mood can change from rancorous to elated in a moments notice and without warning, all from a single thought or recollection he has. In this way, he may seem a bit ‘off the rocker’, definitely if examined by a physiologist his psyche would by diagnosed with a bit of psychotisism and just a touch of sociopathy. Not that those two words are even words at all, but he wouldn’t care much because they sound fancy, and Antony certainly is a grand fan of fancy things, as is his cat, which only eats fancy feast.
His manner of talk, walk, and swagger are all exaggerated and theatric, he believes the world to be his stage, and he acts according to how the audience would love. Which brings us to another point; he is at times the director, and at times the main actor in his play. Either way this shows the great amount of egoism Antony is guilty of, no will ever call him humble. His actions may border on the ridiculous, and his actions do not always have a specific outcome in mind.
One thing to be said about this young man, he is certainly ambitious and ridiculously intelligent. The businesses he owns are numerous and in every sect of consumerism. The number of charities he runs is vast. And the great strides he is making in the field of science and technology are beyond what anyone imagined. He keeps the public very happy, and his face has been appearing more often on the TV and on billboards. He is the successor to Luthor Co. and has cleaned up the name so to speak. The public loves him. This is why they do not look into the rumors of his certain crazy genetic experimentations; he has an entire back operation set up that is kept hushed.
Antony is a fickle fellow, his interest wanes and he has a poor attention span when he finds something not worth his time or uninteresting. He is posses no capacity for mercy, despite his everlasting smile and sweet words. Though he is lonely, very lonely, and his ways are over all childish, his maturity is something that varies according to the time of day, weather etc. In order to appease his loneliness he has puppet made, and keeps those and ‘people’ that he clings too while taking a nap, or talks to while taking tea. This is kept secret to public eye though, he is very aware of what the public wants to see and what they don’t. His social cultural skills are high, and he can easily predict how the public would react to anything. He is also good with predicting people, and he never forgets a face.
The question of whether or not he is evil is useless, he is self interested, and some things he does may be considered evil, while others good. But if you take him out of the picture, how will society suffer without his patronage? Besides, no way to charge him with a crime, he hasn't done anything illegal, godly yes, but not illegal.
History:
At the age of twelve, Antony Luthor obtained his PhD in genetics, business, and by fifteen engineering technology. Those were simply pass times for him, his real genius work was done in the lab with theories he himself expounded upon, not boring text book essays. You see his father was getting old, and if anything, drilled this into his head. “Create son, that is the answer, there is nothing else if creation. Because the end to it all I am looking for is rather boring, so change it.” Antony was a spoiled an ungrateful brat actually, and had no respect let alone reverence enough to heed his father’s words on purpose. It proved to not matter, as Antony had no intention of being bored, ever. And what was more fun then creating your own fun?
It started out as simple hybrids, engineering them in test tubes and getting the formula just right, something which proved easy for him. And gradually the creations were bigger, better, and more bizarre. Did you know that you could evolve a horse into a sea abiding creature, gills and all right in a lab? Sure it didn’t live very long, but he still did it. Cloning was easy, his father had already figured out how to do that ages ago. And finally after he took over his father’s empire at the age of seventeen, he had moved onto creating humans with odd augmentations, getting rid of them systematically as though they were lab rats. One human he actually did splice with a rat. But a year later he is now bored, and he can’t have that now can he? What does he do? What can he do to make things more interesting, shake it up? He is already improving upon society, cleaning up the streets, giving the government grants and selling consumers products that are new, more efficient, safer, and most importantly more advanced. So what to do….
He looks at what was done in the past, and comes up with it. His father was what one may call a villain, and in his time he fought supers with powers that were amazing. Crime is dismal and petty these days, so why not let things shake up? Antony takes his work to the next level and takes the DNA of certain villains, splicing them to make and augment individuals. These individuals are grown in a tube and the process sped up, roughly until they are ripe, around the ages of seventeen to twenty physically. It takes a matter of days to instill basic knowledge into there memory with one of his devices, and he simply…releases them into the wild! And genetics combined with the desire to survive take over. Antony watches with glee as he sees some taking up the mantle of villain, and even some taking up the mantle of hero. Old faces such as J’onn Luc have surprised him; he thought those guys were dead or something, but apparently not. How interesting things are turning out to be these days now that he’s done this. He remains watchful and biding his time. Making his public speeches every once in a while, commenting on how society should praise their new heroes and stand up against the villains. He likes reality shaken, not stirred. <3

Physical Age: let's see, 157 years ol in human years. The age her body appears to be is around late teens and early young adulthood
Personality: If anyone deserved the term complex, it would be this girl. She acts like an irresponsible, brutish, careless, crude, unmoraled individual. But her actions tend to prove different. If she encounters someone in trouble, if perhaps you so happen to be weeping, or even something as small as you are uncomfortable; she will help. She is almost paradoxica in a way. Her philosephy borders on the nihilistic, but her actions are noble, to an extent at least. She after all, still gambles, break divine laws, and curses out anyone she pleases; but what the point is, is that she still for some strange reason will ultimately help someone. It'll be relunctant, she'll gripe, and she'll make it tough on you, but she'll fix it good and propper every time.
That being said, she posses the great capacity for selfish and sloth like behavior, often saying 'screw it', and just sitting there or taking whatever she wants. That also means she'll steal things on ocasion, she doesn't have the decency to even be sneaky about it ether. She does not apologize for anything. The ends justify the meas, and chances are she won't like you. You'll know it too, she'll be sure to inform you. Karma is not a neat individual, and does not recycle.
On the somewhat bright side, Karma does not judge anyone. As if she'd have any right to after what she's done in the past. People are the way they are, and things are more complicated than you think, she often has the ability to see just how complicated. Her mind is a powerhouse of information and monitoring capability. She can watch close to a hundred sceens at once and register fully what is going on in each. She is hyper focused and has no ability to ignore anything, which is probably why she is so darn ornery. If something annoys her, she simply must deal with it. Her tactical strategism is something that made her the prime candidate for lading the rag tag team that is now the Justice League. When it gets down to business, she is a very serious individual who will be imersed in work one hundred....no, eighty percent, the other twenty is not needed. (cause she needs to eat and snack you know...) Karma has an iron will, and can be an all around bad ass, to put it simply; Karma is a bitch.
Reputation?: Karma is well knon throughout the magical community. But according to humans she does not exist. Yet.
A break down of her Powers: Karma is a sorceress, same as her father. Like him, she is also very advanced, but because she cheated mostly. How does one cheat at magic? Go read the history it's a bit complicated. But yes, she is a sorceress, and that means she can do things from transmutation to portals and alchemy. What she can not do is necromancy and witch's spells, those things are left to other sorts of magic users. A Sorceror is much more like a scientist or scholor. Spells and the like are wordy and not logical or meaningful, and so sorcerors to not bother with them. So things like curses or Jinxs are not her area of work.
However, as of late, she is not able to do very powerful magic. The most she can handle is a transportation spell (the least being minor object movement), and it must be within this dimension. Which is bogus, why would you need a transportation spell in your own dimension? Take a cab for pete's sake. She can't do anything directly offensive at all.
If she wanted to perform more powerful magic, she would be required to roll The Dice. The Dice are numbered by dots on all sides but one, the side with the skulls on it, which act as the one dot. Adding up the number of dots, Karma get's to use her full power for that many minutes, twelve bing the most amout of time, well. Twelve is the most time she can get while still maintaining sanity. Were she to roll snake eyes, two skulls, she'd become very powerful. Her fragile body would harden, her mind would close, and pure chaos, madness, would take over. Karma is not herself in such a state, and instead of magic, mostly while in this state Karma tries to eat things she normally wouldn't, like rocks, or you know people...But as said, there is no reason or rhyme with a mad individual, and she becomes very unpredictable. But destructive. This state of absence of mind lasts for up to an hour, outside influences make this state varied. The last time she rolled the die and got snake eyes, her father was able to blast the hell out of her and knock her out, this returned her sanity, but lost him an arm. Needless to say even she does not tempt fate too often.
She is physically a weak bodied individual, so she can't fight hand to ahnd unless she goes cookoo with the snake eyes roll. And as stated she does not enter fights too often for the sake of not tempting fate.
History, or at least part of it: For reasons disclosed to no one, Karma started to steal artifacts from all arund magical temples and museums alike. These artifacts she used to unseal a gate, or tried to at least. The gate of dimensional plain she was attempting to achieve was supposed to be one of wisedom, it was not. Instead what she found was voidless chaos, It was a wonder she was not consumed.
The council, a group of elites that make up the magical world and realms, maintain it's laws etc. detected it, and thorugh combined knowledge and power shut the gate anew. Karma was put in a cell, (this is where she met Medusa) while they decided what to do aboutthe artifats and about Karma. The artifacts were broken and scattered, while Karma was eventually given the dice, with which would hereby limit the power she had gained, and unintentionally curse her. Lets get one thing straight, the council did not make those dice have side effects, the dice did. And it is theorized that it must have something to do with the source from which she derrives power, but that's just theory. She is in the state she is in now, and that is about as much as you will hear from others or from her.

Alice Hart
Name: Alice Hart
DNA: Genes taken from The Silver Banshee and Captain Comet
Height: 5’9
Weight: 143 lbs.
Physical Age: 20
Personality: Alice is a very quiet individual. To her, there is no good or evil, there is Antony and those he acknowledges, and then there is everyone else. No one else is important in her eyes unless Antony tells her otherwise. She has a malicious streak a mile wide, always willing to inflict pain on others. If it is under Antony’s orders, then it is all the more sweeter. No one can tell what she is thinking due to her constant blank face and listless attitude. It is only around Antony or those she hates that she shows any emotion.
Her manner of speaking is dull and her voice rarely leaves its monotone pitch, changing only when she is screaming or extremely upset. She is lacking in people skills, but she makes up for her social awkwardness with extreme intelligence, as well as cruelty. People mean nothing to her except how valuable they can be in her service to Antony Luthor. She is capable of shutting out the world around her to focus solely on the task at hand, an ability she uses quite often so as to produce her best work.
She spends the time she is not on call reading or playing the violin. Music is her only other passion, and she enjoys listening to the piano and classical tunes.
Reputation?: Alice is not well known at the moment. She works in the background, doing whatever Antony orders her to do. Humanity is not yet aware of her, but the other spliced supers know a bit about her.
Powers:
Banshee’s genes:
1)Sonic scream that paralyzes her enemies temporarily,
2)Superhuman agility, speed, endurance, and a high degree of resistance to energy attacks and MINOR resistance to physical attacks
Alice’s powers from her mother are fully developed, but a weaker version than
the True Silver Banshee’s. Whereas the woman was able to kill her victims with her wail if she knew their real name, Alice’s scream merely paralyzes, although she does not need to know names to use it. Her agility, speed, and other gifts are all things the original Banshee had and give her a great advantage in dodging attacks and rushing her opponents. However, she does not have the strong resistance to physical attacks her mother did, nor did she gain the ability to fly from the woman’s DNA.
Comet’s genes:
1)Extremely high IQ
2)Psionic powers (telekinesis, teleportation, telepathy)
3)Enhanced senses
These powers are a bit more on the mental scale than the Banshee’s. Alice’s IQ enables her to understand complex theories and make nearly flawless strategies, as being able to understand her opponents and read bits of their mind give her the chance to be five or six steps ahead of her enemy. Her senses are heightened, giving her advanced warning to subtle shifts in the air or in her opponent’s body language so that she can react accordingly.
Weaknesses:
-As her powers deal mainly with the mind and senses, she is vulnerable to some physical attacks.
-If she is gagged or her vocal chords are otherwise blocked, she cannot use her sonic abilities.
-Her tele-powers, while strong, are a double edged sword, and if the mental stimulation is too much, she blacks out. Also, her teleportation ability must recharge after every use, which can take up to an hour depending on how far she ported.
Strengths:
-Alice’s mental abilities far exceed normal human limits as well as the limits of many supers.
-Her ability to withstand high amounts of energy pressure is staggering
-Alice is an assassin. Her powers and skills all lend themselves to this, and she is as lethal as she is loyal.
-She does know some martial arts, which she uses to offset her mental attacks with some physical ones
Equipment:
-A set of sharp silver blades that she wields expertly, but uses only as a last resort or as instruments of torture.
-A short black staff which she uses as a club or arm extension when she needs to put some distance between herself and her opponent.
History: Considering the fact that she was made in a test tube, Alice does not have much of a history. Unlike many of the other spliced beings Antony made, she found her way back to him and chose to remain at his side, viewing him as a ‘parent’ or ‘creator.’ She does as he commands and has no desire but to serve him as he sees fit.

DNA: Daughter of Zatanna Zatara and Doctor Terrance Thirteen

Physical Age: 109 in human years, but appears to be in her early teens
Personality: Calm and laid back, Zechti coasts through life with the ideal of ‘If I don’t care, It won’t hurt.’ She uses her powers when it suits her, but makes sure that it doesn’t cause harm to others, since that would cause her undue problems. She spends most of her time with her nose in her spell book or some other form on literature, preferring the written word to company. Relaxing is crucial to her, and she can often be found drinking, gambling, or sleeping when she is not preoccupied with other tasks. She acts older than her age would give credit for, due to her ability to see into other dimensions and absorb knowledge from the beings that live in them. Most of the time she will not do anything to cause trouble, but every so often she will play a prank or some other immature act to alleviate any stress she might be feeling.
Despite her uncaring attitude, she possesses a great capacity for kindness and helpfulness. If someone is suffering, she usually does something to help them, be it by using a minor spell, a major incantation, or even physical labor. Of course, she does not help for nothing. As she likes to say, “everything has a price, even that which appears to be free.”
Reputation?: As the daughter of Zatanna, she grew up entrenched in the magical society, so they know her well. The rest of humanity does not yet know about her, although sometimes, just for a lark, she appears to people to tell their fortunes in the guise of a caped gypsy woman, which spreads rumors of a red-eyed witch into the alleys and backstreets.
Powers: Zechti’s powers like her mother’s in the fact that she can manipulate magic to do her bidding. To this day no clear limit has been shown, so long as she has imagination, her magic can do what she asks, provided she has the strength to use it.
-Sorcery
-Magical Awareness: supernatural sensitivity to occult activities and mystic phenomena.
-Dimensional Travel: She can travel to several other dimensions, but this drains her magic for several days
-Regeneration: Able to heal herself and others
-Spectral Sight: She can see spiritual entities and travelers invisible to normal sight; she can perceive magical events at a great distance.
-Magical Manipulation: can use all personal and universal magic (costs her quite a bit of stamina)
Other non-magic abilities
Good Combatant: She has also been taught conventional fighting skills, but favors using magic.
Occultist: as Chronicler of Magic, a job passed down to her from her mother, she possesses an extensive understanding of Occult lore due to her Mystic Background
Hypnotist: not a very strong one though
Weaknesses:
- Her body is very weak, and using her powers too often can make her ill
- She relies on incantations for her magic to work, and although she does not have to speak backwards as Zatanna did, she is nearly powerless if someone cuts off her voice
- If she is separated from her staff, she cannot use anything but the most basic of magics

- She can use a form of martial arts to defend herself, and her strength can be enhanced magically
- Her magic is powerful, and when she puts her mind to it, she can do nearly anything she wants… within reason of course
- Using her cards, she can tell the future… most of the time anyways

- Staff, which channels her magic
- Her cards, which she uses to read the future or look into the past
- Her book of spells and magic lore, which she uses for unfamiliar spells or research
History:
There is not much to tell, other than she spent nearly all her time dimension hopping or in her room, sealed off from the rest of the world. On occasion she would and does venture out into the streets to tell fortunes to the mortals or buy cream puffs, a guilty pleasure of hers. She takes great effort to stay under the radar of the council, so she doesn’t advertise her dimensional travels and tends to stay in the background. When she was six, she suffered an accident as a result of an improperly cast spell, and gained the ability to see spirits and the like. It was after that accident that she closed herself off from the world and instead focused on obtaining knowledge and power, as her newfound power had opened up multiple realms of possibilities to her. No one knows what happened to her parents, and she’s not telling.

Sorry, I'm working on character sheets I swear but since the hour change at work I've been having trouble having energy to do much thinking as of late. I'll get something up soon enough.

Man, I'm sorry but it looks like I won't be able to keep up with this at all. I tried to come up with some characters and failed, and the time schedule change and everything has pretty much left me struggling to keep up with the RPs I'm already. I'm afraid any more and I'll become just a liability.
