A few DVDs and books that I'd forgotten about because I keep so many of them in my room in random boxes

I spent most of my sitting time in my desk chair, but I much prefer to prop up in bed when I can because it's so darn comfy.

Re: What's in your room?
A book or the internet. Oddly enough if I don't do some reading before I go to bed I get real tense and frustrated, so I tend to do a bit of that, but the hard part is WANTING to go to sleep after.

A mirror, and maybe my computer screens. :>
Also the little lego columns that are holding up a shelf for a computer. No joke. xD But they're not that breakable, I guess.

Re: What's in your room?
The unfinished cartoon drawing I did of myself a while back. I zombified and mutilated myself and the end result is a pic of me dragging my own head along the ground while sharp objects are stabbed along my back..... Need to finish that.

I have a little framed picture of me and my dad posing with a trout we caught while fishing up in the mountains of Chama, New Mexico back when I was 16. I count that as someplace special ^_^

Re: What's in your room?
Better times...hmmm... My books, I suppose. They remind me of the times when I had room to store more of them. And, well, anytime reading a book is a good time, and I have many fond memories of my books.

My ceiling fan, but since I'm allergic to dust in large concentrations that gets dusted seasonally, everything is dusted whenever I notice it.

Re: What's in your room?
My magazines. Since I was in Junior college I got hooked on these multiple magazine subscriptions, and at first I knew I was screwed, but I also realized that I got myself a few great magazines and some good reference material for drawing. Unfortunately my magazines are taking up a lot of space and costing me a lot of money so I need to stop them and do some spring cleaning but damn it all if I really don't want to.

Top of my dresser. It is right next to my door and gets everything tossed unto it when I walk into my room. Wallet, phone, reciets, notes, car keys, certain jewelry (not the Nightwish necklace, that has a special hook on the wall, lol) and so on and so forth.

Re: What's in your room?
The frame to my bed. It's a sleigh bed and it isn't mine, and it makes it virtually impossible to make my room balanced without taking up ALL of the space in it. So I have it pushed up against a wall with a piano at the head and laundry at the feet...so awkward.

Re: What's in your room?
Hmmm...
All the junk that isn't mine that we don't have room to store elsewhere.
It's all "potentially important," I'm sure you all know just the kind of stuff I'm talking about; we can't get rid of it, and it needs to be "accessible." So yeah. I did a clever thing with my bunk bed so that there's only the top bunk; all the junk is on a table beneath it where the lower bed would be, and also under that table on the floor fenced in by the bed frame. Go me. xD
I Use Space in my room. I don't mind things cramped if they're functional. I'm thin enough to fit through small gaps, and it deters others from messing about. ^_^ I have TWO computers in here, now. xD I fit in the other one by elevating a table leaf above one of the desks using LEGO columns. Ayup. xD Looks pretty cool, actually, and it's surprisingly stable. I used to play with legos all the time, so I know how to build solid structures with them. ^_^
And despite all the used space, when I actually get around to cleaning it up it looks really nice and homey. I ought to take a picture of the new setup and show ya.
Aaaaanyways...
What's your room's clutter solution?

Re: What's in your room?
uh.... drawers and the outer hallway.... and the trashcan. My room is full of small things from art supplies, to figurines, to DVDs, books, CDs, etc. I swear I just make the clutter more presentable.... that is all. >.>

Re: What's in your room?
I would say either my space heater or air purifier. I need some sort of white noise at night to help me sleep, so either of those helps me relax. Otherwise I go crazy from having a room that's deathly silent because the smallest noise will wake me up. Darn insomnia...

Re: What's in your room?
The corkboard collage I have above my desk. It has old letters and birthday cards, concert tickets, pictures of family, and every single one of my convention badges on it. Not to mention a few stickers such that I used to collect. Every thing on it reminds me of when I got it or the phases I was in or where I went.... Gotta keep the concert and convention tickets other wise I don't believe I went to those places. >.>

Re: What's in your room?
Tough one but I'm going with the weapon stand, replete with calvary saber and long barreled .38 revolver, my best friend gave me for my 21st birthday. Have not seen him since he moved to Hong Kong to look after his sick mother.

Re: What's in your room?
Second guess how? All of the dragons all over might make them wary of my interests...the swords and knives that are either mounted, stored or thrust in drawers might make someone wary of me in general...The stacks of LOTR books I have shelved as well as other books just make me look like a nut. My entire room would make a person second guess me, especially if they didn't know me at all.
