I actually respond better to Reffy in vent/skype/chat than I do my actual name. (wow I'm good at rambling when I'm shy ... and I'm not really recovering - would never want to give up AWR)

Mostly been mooching around here reading your works of art. I'm a moocher. That and I'm too shy at first.

Only really been RPing for a little while, but find it really easy to escape to a fantasy World. Love Wizards and Dragons. Started RPing on the WoWforums ... but that got over-taken by idiots who don't know how to write, and drama queens. Made the move too AWR. Love that place! It does need a kick in the butt occasionally to get the RP flowing again ... but heck, what place doesn't! Lovely community over there ... that is once you get to know us. Some are a little abrupt, but that's part of what makes it awesome. Loads of diverse stuff.

Fate made an advertisement on AWR, which lead me to sneaking about on here. Then I saw Mezzy, Schro, Sensar and even Agro signed up! So I figured - why the heck not! Especially if we might do a competition with you guys ... you know - sneak about and try to be buddies with the judges lol

Any ways, about me .... hmmmm. I use "..." too much (in case you hadn't noticed) I enjoy cliche, if its done well. I'm not the best writer, with mild dyslexia (<<< WEWT for stupid people - amirite?!) I have a tendency to use text speak when being sarcastic. I do it on purpose. Grammar is awful. Never learnt how to use punctuation. At least I try

Born in South Africa (I'm white. Before any body asks) Grew up Southern England. Moved too the USA, CA, about 2 years ago. Yes I still have an English accent, except now it has a South African and Californian twist. Met my hubby (online name Tega. Just in case I use his name at a later date) and married him with in 3 months of knowing him. When you meet the right person you'll just know! Wow sounds like a fairy tale ... cliche ftw

Love Terrry Brooks (Landover) William Horwood (Duncton) and Terry Pratchett (Discworld) Every body hated Landover apparently, but Abernathy was just too adorable to not fall in love with. Discworld Witches were pure win. Duncton ... holds a special place for me. Its me and my Daddy's book (You are very much loved Mole) All 6 books, 2 series, each containing 3 books. Made me laugh, cry, sob, giggle, scream, hate, love ... well you get the idea. I would suggest EVERY body reads "Duncton".

I'm a bit of an artist in my spare time ( ... as if I get any spare time lulz) Go too AWR's artist thread to see my art, not willing to post it all here again. I did launch my own cartoon, also found on that thread. Its awesome fun making it, especially since I've never really explored using computer painting programs. I still need to scan it first and follow the lines. I did do animating for a while, but it was very little stuff, like making ready-made cartoons blink. Its very easy for me. Would like to get back into that but don't have the money for college and I doubt it would be a career that made enough money to survive on.

I play WorldofWarcraft (hence the no time) I'm the Head Raid Leader for a small family guild. It is frackin' stressful but can be rewarding. I also love Tycoon games. Controlling my own mini World is just awesome.

As far as RP goes: Pretty much in to anything. Little wary about Cat-Girls and Vampires, since its usually done very badly. Love Dragons and Wizards, as a fore mentioned. Like WoW RP, but its hard to find some thing not already done. SciFi is ok, but a little hard for me to get 'into'. Its not my preferred genre.

Run out of stuff to say - I think. Don't expect me to post much, since AWR is still my home but you may find me sneaking about.

Originally wanted it to be "Riff-Raff" but that was too cliche ... so changed it too "Reff-Raff" but that sounded crappy. Ended with "Reffent", shortened by friends to "Reffy"

We have mods that monitor the different parts of the site. Global Mods and Admins are the higher ups. OOC and IC mods keep an eye on things and report back to the higher ups when necessary.

Oh yeah. I also wanted to say that the trick behind playing a decent cat-girl is to actually research the type of feline that partially makes the girl. The more a person understands about the feline, the more they can incorporate that into the girl, but it also takes creativity and proper writing skills. heheh :: coughs :: Anyway... Have fun!

I go through phases, depending on how tired I am, how grouchy I am, how much alcohol I've consumed recently (this IS Scotland), how much coffee I've consumed recently (it makes my fingers shake), and whether I've strangled any gorillas lately.
