There is always a balance between good and evil. With too much "good" things have a tendency to become strict, controlled and unimaginative. With "evil", chaos and crime can break out, and anarchy (while amusing) can seize the land. Neither is a good solution, which is why there is always a good balance of those working towards what is known as good and those working towards evil means.

But recently, there have been an increased amount of fatalities of the supervilains. And to be honest, no one seems sure. But fear is spreading, with a good taste of paranoia. Some of the "heroes" aren't sure if they'll be targeted next. The villains are also afraid they'll be targeted next, and are considering making counter attacks of their own. Whom is in this mysterious faction that is killing people? What is going to happen next?

In the fair city of Paramore, tensions are reaching the max. The action will commence, soon enough. The police can try all they want, but unless they can get some conclusive data, it won't do anything. Things look grim. But if many can find those that are doing the killing, well, then it can all be averted. If only.

You post them in the OC thread, as I have so courteously linked to, i'll look over them for any contingencies that are icky or plot breakers.

For powers, no game changers nor replicas. So no "No more mutants", no mind rapage, no invulnerable flying bricks, etc etc. Creativity is key.

And feel free to post your character at any time ^^
