Hello.
Good morning/evening/afternoon/night.
My name is Jasper and I'm here because I'd like to get back into some advanced roleplaying.
There's not much about me that's interesting and relevant-
I think I'll enhance whatever story I appear in: I have impeccable spelling and grammar, as well as a talent for the literary arts.
Now that the shameless self-promotion is over, thank you for welcoming me. Please teach me all you know.

Re: Hello.
Hey there, Jasper/doomender. Welcome to FOG!
I like your short and to-the-point introduction. :] I hope that you enjoy role-playing here with others, and I'm sure others will enjoy having you here additionally to add to the plot lines.

Re: Hello.
Welcome to FOG, Jasper! I'm sure you're much more interesting than you give yourself credit for. It's always great to have another spelling/grammar Nazi around; I'm pretty notorious for critiquing my own writing pretty heavily in the mechanics department. As Sunwolf said, you're in the right place for getting back into RPing and learning tons about writing in general. I'm sure you have as much to teach us as we have to teach you. Please enjoy your stay, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Slight side-note: FATE!!!!! *tackle-hug* I haven't seen you around in these parts in ages! Welcome back!

Re: Hello.
Thank you all very much.
SilvanArrow: You're right, I'm sure. But It's good to know I'm not the only meticulous one here.
Bird of Hermes: Thank you for the links. I applaud your name- and your signature.
EDIT: I should respecify. Is the above from Hellsing, or the Ripley Scroll itself?

Re: Hello.
Welcome to FOG, Doomender!
I see Hermes has already set you up with her helpful links, so I shan't bore you by repeating what has already been said. However, along with her suggestions, might I suggest that you check out our Chatroom? It's a great place to talk to your fellow Foggers in real time. Though it can be rather dead at times, at others it is quite lively!
I hope to see you around FOG and get a chance to rp with you in the future. Enjoy your stay here in the swirling mists!

Re: Hello.
Welcome to FoG, Doomender.
I'm sure that even someone who claims to have faultless grammar and spelling may still have a few things to learn, and FoG is a wonderful place to learn new things that one may not have previously known. After all, we're all, hopefully, human, and humans as a species are fallible. Perfection while desired, is not exactly attainable. I see no problems with that myself. Such a desire to achieve the unachievable simply gives our species the drive to continue and to better ourselves.
Anyway, enough philosophy...
I hope you enjoy your stay.
