What? He's seriously trying THIS again?
Second Sunrise Over Lost Vegas
The desert rippled with heat as a new day's sun blazed over the dunes, awakening the hardy creatures that inhabited it. Lizards and snakes alike crawled out of their holes, cacti warmed to the new day's heat, and desert mice, birds, and all variety of hardy mammal stirred in the baked Nevada Desert. Out here, civilization was but a memory. Out here, the most you could see was the occasional hoverbarge flying into Lost Vegas. Out here, nobody could hear you scream.
Which was exactly how the killer liked it. He tossed the sixth body bag over the edge of the dune, the half bird Splicer falling in with the Headhunter, the Street Samurai, and the Juicer, and the Cyber Ninja. His quarries all represented a part of the Undercity, in the Street Samurai's case, some were trying to preserve order. Some were just bystanders, outcasts from society due to genetic splicing, cybernetic enhancement, or even drug addiction.
Six bullets, six corpses, six knife wounds in each of them. He loved to play with his kills. He was confident that the bodies wouldn't be found, and even if they were, there wouldn't be much in the means of identification. He hoisted the grizzly bag of faces, hands, feet, and teeth and tossed it into the canyon. With his tracks well covered, he headed back to his hoverbike and headed back into town. Just another day in Lost Vegas, just another way you could die. The battered old sign, replaced long ago with a new larger, gaudier affair, read "Welcome to Las Vegas." Or at least it used to. Someone had spraypainted over it "Welcome to Hell." long ago. Not quite. the killer thought. But soon, soon he would show them all just how close it could get.

Beginnings of a story and I need players. I'll post background info if I get enough interest, but it's going to be a mix of film noir, cyberpunk, and a little horror thrown in for good measure. I'm back baby, and I'm gonna take you for a hell of a ride. If you really want more info that badly, look in the casual interest checks for Second Sunrise over Lost Vegas. There's a good bit of info there, but it is subject to change. Buyer beware.
