For those of you who noticed my post in the 'Emoria OOC' thread, when I posted that I was under the impression that my absence wouldn't really mean anything to anyone. As you can probably guess, with Jimmy being gone I have sunk into a state of depression and there really isn't much that I can be done about it. Well when I received multiple IM's from various FOG members wanting to me to stay, I began to doubt leaving. It wasn't until Hello Danger made me an offer that I couldn't refuse that I put the question to all of them of if they would like me to stay on FOG, and they all said yes. With conditions on some people's parts.

In other words, it does appear that I've been convinced to stay. So...yay...I guess. XD

Sigh, I took down your character sheet, but since you are supposed to post it in the Info thread I won't bother putting it back up. I'll just link it whenever you post it in the appropriate thread.

I also hope you are actually staying, actually participating including reading PM's and such. I will be honest with you - I have been ditched by people before, online and offline, and frankly...I don't take well to it. So, if you are staying, I want you here 100%. (What I mean here is, I just want you to have a positive attitude about staying). Don't stay to appease others, stay to appease yourself.

I just don't want to have to go through this again in two weeks.

I am sorry if I sound harsh but honestly it is because of what I said before - I have been ditched many times, and I've learned to not put any emotion to it because I don't get as hurt that way.

I hope that is an indication to you of how important your presence is.

I get that you hate abandonment, I won't say you have abandoment issues cause that does sound harsh, but besides that I did say that my staying here will come at a cost. Regardless of anything that goes on here I really DO have stuff going on in real life and if you can't respect and accept that fact that there really is NO point in staying in Emoria since I can't and won't be able to give you 100%.

I haven't been keeping up with it for quite a while now due to what I'm going through and if you think that I'm using that excuse as a crutch then by all means go right ahead and do so. Because quite honestly and frankly I really wouldn't care because you guys have NO idea what I'm going through right now. You only know the tip of the iceberg. And I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm being rude but I didn't just stay for Emoria. I stayed because of YOU guys who I tend to value more than some Roleplay.

And believe me if you go through this in two weeks, which I honestly doubt, it would be for other reasons and not my leaving by choice. So if you don't want me in Emoria just say so. There are plenty of other Rp's that would gladly accept me and my issues.

Well if the administrators checked "Allow Moderators to Ban Members", then its actually quite easy. Just go to my profile, click "Ban this Mamber" in the "Administrate user" field and specify the number of days you wish for me to be banned (leave blank if indefinitely) and then type in the reason. Bing, bang, boom. I'm banned for a day... hypothetically, I hope.

Moderators are capable of doing so, actually, but I'm quite certain Gunneh is aware of the rammifications for banning a member inappropriately.

Anyway, glad you're sticking around, Sighlent, though it might be worthwhile to think these things through before making posts from now on. An hour and a half doesn't exactly merit a "leave".

I am also glad that you decided to stay. I may not have actually done an RP with you but the few exchanges of posts on topics lead me to believe that you were a good person and good at writing. We need all the people we can get that are both good people and good at writing. They are a rare breed. Anyway, putting my random thoughts aside, I am glad you are staying at FoG. It wouldn't be the same without you as you are one of the more notable members. Plus with this many people responding to this topic shows just how notable a member you are. If you are staying for the people then you have made a good choice. Well, that's just my two cents worth.
