To be noted, I detest using stolen artwork and photographs for roleplay characters, so every drawing or photograph used is either by me or I have permission to use it. If you use stolen artwork or photography, you may keep on doing so, it's just a personal pet peeve of mine. Feel free to continue what you do.
On a happier note, here are the characters I'm going to use on FOG. There will only be a few because I like to have a small but strong cast that gets their fare share of action.

Age: Looks to be 13, but in reality is 18.

Leviter has platinum blonde hair, sweet green eyes and skin so pale it almost appears albino. As far as clothes go, he likes to have as little on as possible. His appearance to be around thirteen or fourteen allows him to attain his cute boyishness, but because he is at the age of maturity, he has the lanky edge of an adolescent. When he was young, Leviter had many steroids injected into his body as to stunt his growth when he was around thirteen, causing him to be 5’ 2” in total height. Other drugs taken at this time caused the freezing of the hormonal changes in his body, when he was just blossoming into a sexually curious being, but not yet attaining body hair.
Bio: Before the alterations he involuntarily took, Leviter did not remember much of his life. Of course, there was little to remember. It was a simple arrangement: his parents owed a lot of money to a drug lord, so they bartered their thirteen-year-old son to ease their debt. The drug lord forced the halt of physical change on Leviter, and kept him as a sort of pet. Eventually the drug lord grew tired of Leviter for his personal use and sold him with a high price to a wealthy foreigner, who took him across the seas to Europe. There, Leviter served as a play thing for his new master, learning how to please by reading emotion through body language, facial expression, and diction. After awhile the European shipped him off to a new master, a lonely and extremely rich housewife in Japan. By day he babysat and watched over her three small children, and by night she was pleasured by him. It was not long after that an American organization for human rights found and rescued him, bringing him back to the States. However, Leviter didn’t like being confined by the liberal activists any more than he liked being kept as a pet: in both situations he was treated like he didn’t know what he wanted and was controlled by a larger hierarchy. So he escaped and ran to the streets, where he earned his money by prostitution and begging with his cute, irresistible face.

Leviter is a timid and extremely self-conscious being. He wishes only to please others and ease their ales, whatever that would require of him; however he will back off if they so desire. Because of his sensitive and selfless nature, Leviter is quite aware of how people view him, and act according to what he believes will make them the most content.

Height: Really tall. Little over 6-foot
Appearance: (picture coming)
Velvet, milky-brown skin. Anorexic. Wears neon blue and red shorts with a studded belt. Jack has a light blue mohawk with long sideburns of the same color and bright green eyes. Long elvin-like ears and fang-like canine teeth.
Bio:
Jack was born into a family that was in the servitude of wealthy doctors and scientists who were in constant need of assistences and helpers. They didn't need to be intelligent at all - just know how to take orders and carry them out precisely. Unfortunetally, Jack couldn't even do that. He was a blumbering idiot with a goofy smile and an infectious optimistic outlook on life. This is not what a scientist or doctor needs in their work, especially underground lab work that needed to be kept a secret.
Jack wasn't much use as a servent because he did everything wrong. He did everything wrong because he had a mental disorder. But there is a reason behind this disease: it is all because of extensive lab-testing by his former master. Jack was a test subject from when he was nine years old till he was about seventeen. This experimentation gave him his large canine teeth, hair color, anorexia, and insanity.
Personality:
Playful and fun loving, Jack will go out of his way to kick up dust and have a good time. He has very bad grammar and uses slang because of his uneducated and debilitated brain. He sometimes hears voices in his head, but it's not as serious as other patients and experiments.
Jack has a very peculiar quirk. He picks his tongue. This means he uses his fingers/fingernails and picks off the skin on his tongue. It is sadly another side-effect of the insanity.
Fighting Style
His fighting style is also semi-unique, because it's very choppy and twitchy instead of a flow like most people. This combined with his spontaneous personality makes it impossible to predict what he is going to do next. However there are some drawbacks, because it's a double edged-sword. Jack is incapable of thinking ahead, and so he can't predict what someone else will do or say, either.

Spike has a lanky, almost too thin of a figure with a height of over six feet. He dyes his bangs a honey colour that brings out his golden eyes, but the rest of his hair, which is on the longer side, is naturally platinum blonde. With a large, genuine grin and a boyish face, Spike presents an open and outgoing figure.
Personality:
Cheerful, loving, and loyal are just three broad adjectives that like to cling around Spike. He also has a consistent, up beat temperament, but like everyone else there are times that he gets flustered and upset. Spike is that guy that everyone knows; he never had a shortage of friends and continues to make more. If someone were to ask him why he cares so much about so many people, he would respond by saying "because everyone is worth it."
Bio:
Spike was adopted into an average family when he was an infant, and he loved his family. When he was in elementary school he used to walk down abandoned train tracks that were in the middle of a wooded area to explore, and became very connected with the idea that every life is sacred.
After taking a year off from school after graduating high school to work, saving up for college and help support his adoptive family, he got a good scholarship that payed for quite a bit of his tuition. Currently Spike is in college as a fashion design major.
