I propose that there be a longer time-out before you're logged out. Two times, once for a character application, and just now for Sunwolf's RP, I've worked on something for at least an hour, I go to post it, and poof, I have to log in. When I do log in, I've lost my post, and if I click the back button, my post is still gone. Therefore, I think that it should take longer before you're automatically logged out by the forum. If not that, then I propose that there be a way to make it so that your post gets saved somehow.

Of course, I'm not sure if this is a Forumotion issue or a FOG one...

Likely forumation. Your best bet is to write your post in a saved word document, and copy and paste that into a post onto FOG.

I never get logged out. I stay logged in all the time. That seems strange. I wish I knew how to help you. Do you log-in every time you come to the site or do you have it so that you stay logged in?

Surprised I can't believe it was that easy, but it worked.

Of course, some people might not want to be automatically logged in when they come on here.

I believe, even if you check the stay-logged-in box, if you log out, you will then have to log back in again.

So, if you check the box then you won't have the problem, and then if you don't want people sharing your computer to post as you, you can just log out. Very Happy You just have to remember to click the log out button, since it won't log out for you. Smile *shrug*
