Krimson Moon Interest Check

Before I begin, I would like to say that this is an action, horror, puzzle solving, riddle-cracking adventure that is going to take you all across 18th century Europe. OK, here it goes.

-Krimson Moon-

The year is 1768, fabled year in many secret and dark prophecies. For thousands of years the cure for lycanthropy and vampirism has been subject to intense search. Evidently, all efforts have failed.

Without possibility for cure, Lycans and Vampires have been fighting each other in a secret war that only a small group of humans, named the Hunters, know about.

Each race strives for the extermination of the two others. However, none of them are winning and this ‘war’ has been at a stalemate for thousands of years. But the year 1768 brings a wind of change to all of that.

1768 is the year where explorers, from each respective race, have made an astonishing discovery; the existence of the Orb of Life. This Orb would be able to change the tide of the war in favor of the side that has it in its possession. Why? The orb has the power to transform the world’s population into either Vampires, Lycans or cure them all and make them human once more. This orb is extremely appealing to the leaders of every race.

So here’s the deal; you start out as a member of one of the races. Your mission is to retrieve this Orb… and kill anyone or anything that stands in your way. In the best conditions, it is three groups of people that are following this treasure map-clue thing (one for each race) and at those certain hotspots (This story is going to be like National Treasure and DaVinci Code style) you are to fight the groups of the opposing races.

Now, pray tell, WHAT is a Lycan, Vampire and Hunter?????

Lycans: Humans bit by a Lycan and has been transformed into one. These guys look human…until they decide to kick your butt and go humanoid-wolf man on you. The size and color of the Lycans werewolf form is unique to every individual, so it will be subject to customization. My Lycans have no weakness to silver or any of that mumbo-jumbo. These guys are seemingly normal people that transform at will into, most of the time, the last thing you will ever see. Lycans never carry a weapon with them because, well, frankly, they don’t need them.

Vampires: Before I start, I would like to say three words; No Sparkly Skin. Thank you, now to the rest of the description.
These guys are Immortal. Swift and agile, they seldom use armor and fight in their regular, aristocrat clothes with their weapon of choice (rapier or short-sword…very classy). They are exceptionally strong, even if they don’t seem to have any muscle. By strong, I mean very strong. Not quite so as the Lycans, but still. They don’t have any weakness to garlic and can be killed the traditional way. They can, however, regenerate their little scratches and bruises very quickly. My Vampires CAN go into the sunlight, but only for a brief period of time (2-3 hours at a time)

The Hunters: These guys are humans with attitude. They are hell-bent on destroying these two ‘demonic’ races. Some have a personal score to settle, others feel it is their duty to protect their homeland and others have…well, nothing better to do.
Since they don’t have any innate supernatural ability, they have to rely on one thing. Weapons. Lots n lots of weapons.
Crossbows, swords, throwing knives…. The works. If it existed in the 17th century, they had it.

If you have any questions regarding the races, don’t be shy and ask!

The starting location for the Lycans is Paris, the Hunters in London and the Vampires in Milan. The Vampire starting city can be changed, I just put Milan there cause I find the name pretty.
Once all of the ‘heroes’ arrive at each of their races respective HQs, the first clue is sent to them by their leaders and they then each make their way there. Everyone is expecting a fight.

Oh yes I'm very interested! Though, I hope your able to find characters who want to be humans, these days everyone wants to be cool immortal being. (Including myself!

) I reeeeeally like lycan RPs, Vampires WERE enjoyable to interact with, but now I'm afraid I might run into irrational 'you-know-what' fans! Though, I am surpiringly pleased by your standing point. =3

But anywho, I'm interested! If your still up for it. Very Happy
