I'm Back

If you know anything about me at all, and more specifically my 'adventures' on Role Playing Gateway, you'll know I have the terrible habit of dissapearing from perfectly good roleplays. The problem is of course my awful, awful computer. Over the last ~~weekmonth~~year or two I've been stuck in an internet-access limbo, dreading clicking the little red fox of my browser for fear of getting my hopes up, starting something new and immediately losing the connection. Also my hard drive has died several times and the battery in this laptop monstrosity is incrediably finicky.

So I've sorted most of that nonsense out, and having been away for quite awhile and having not really done much notable anyways, here I am to reintroduce myself.

So I am W.R. Prescott, the W being Washington and the R being none of your business. I've been a light role player for a few years, playing Dungeons and Dragons in the real world and basically anything else on the internet. I'm mostly specialised in dark, apocalyptic or military-style RPs, but have little interest in fantasy RPGs unless I can be a necromancer or a demon summoner or golem crafter or any other strange thing.

I'm sorta a fledgling movie nerd, but I've just recently discovered I am absolutely terrible at video games. I do a little target shooting and am something of a real-life survivalist (despite living in an Ontario suburb). I lurve arguing and 'debating' (as if there's any difference), particularly of the political nature.

So once again, I apologize for my abscence (as if anyone missed me, hah) and hope I can get back into the swing of things with this lovely, lovely community.

Welcome back to FoG! I didn't have anything at all to do with you during your first appearance here, so hopefully that will change this time around.
