CRAP! Empty CRAP!

Okay so....
I had my laptop on the desk where my husband has his desktop.
While I was cooking, CJ decided to walk in and pull the laptop off of the desk!
The screen shattered and it won't turn on.
This means I'll be without a laptop for a while.
I can get on the desktop, but only when my husband is home.
Please forgive me and I promise I'll try to post at least once a day if I can.

I'll miss you guys until I can get a new laptop.

Couldn't you simply hook the desktop monitor up to your laptop, so you'd be able to use it even when he's gone?
