Happy Birthday, Kathryn Lacey!
Let's all wish Kathryn a Happy Birthday, and guess how many posts she'll write on here before her next one!
(My guess? 5.5 thousand. )
See sweetie? I was even willing to break my imposed silence in the General Discussion area!
Hope you have a great day!

Thanks, Immortal! It's too bad that I still look like jail bait despite no longer being a teen. hahah

Hahaha. Ah well, you've got your youth and a mature age to back yourself up with. What could be better? Besides, I'd prefer to look like jail bait as opposed to an old woman. Here's hoping it sticks with ya.
By the way, did you enjoy yourself today? It's my English teacher's birthday as well and she got proposed to, so I guess that's a pretty good present.

Yeah. It was all right. I had lunch with my friend, her mom, and my grandma. I also saw Up for the first time.
For gifts, my grandma bought me a pretty silvery accessory-scarf and a nice suitcase for when I visit Misery.
My best friend made me an oversized cat-nip mouse which I can use as a neck pillow, and she made me a skirt. Is it obvious she's a seamstress of sorts?
Misery bought me The Great Book of Amber by Roger Zelanzy which is apparently all ten books from the Amber Chronicles by said author. Once I finish these two books I need to read, I'm going to start on that. I haven't really read much fantasy outside The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, so it could be nice to get into some more fantasy through this series. ^^_^^

Re: Happy Birthday, Kathryn Lacey!
Sounds wonderful! Up was a really good movie, and I'm not ashamed to say that I teared up in it a few times. For a Disney movie it had a fair bit of depth. I enjoyed it.
I'd love to have a really creative friend like that. The gifts feel so much more personal, and I'm amazed at some of the things they are capable of. I saw these gorgeous canvas shoes that a friend of mine was given by a friend of hers. She'd decorated them herself with these cute little cartoons and the quality was unbelievable. I was jealous of her when I saw them.
I'm a fantasy addict, through and through. Although I've never heard of the Amber Chronicles before. It might look it up.
And... I feel so stupid. I didn't realise exactly who Misery was! -facepalm- No wonder you guys find it so easy to add chemistry to your roleplay, it's something that's there all of the time.

Being of legal drinking age is much better than being jail bait.
After that, there's not much else.

Re: Happy Birthday, Kathryn Lacey!
Immortal, Psh... I cried through most of that movie. I cry really easily over things like that. It's weird and embarrassing for me because it makes me feel weak. I mean... I don't cry over every tiny thing in real life, so why the hell should I cry over every tiny thing in movies? It's lame... It doesn't help that my body punishes my weakness in crying by giving me terrible headaches after the fact. =\
The movie was really good, though.
Laura isn't like... an intensely amazing seamstress, but she is pretty good at making things from other things. My mouse-toy neck pillow was made from an old dress, and my skirt was made from bed clothes. I found that to be a tad ironic, but I really like them. The skirt is really soft, but I think I'll need a light slip to wear beneath it just in case it's a little see-through.
You should look up the Amber Chronicles! Maybe your local library will have them. That way, I'll have someone with whom to discuss the books. hahah
Aww. Don't feel stupid! I usually address him by his first name, but now I figure I should probably just stick to addressing him by his alias on FoG. He's a fairly private person, so I don't think he appreciates my giving information about him over the Net, especially when there's something solid to which to attach it.
But yeah... Maybe because we are a couple, it makes it that much easier to have such chemistry role playing. However, our Zutara role play is really the first successful role play experience we've ever had after something like... five to seven tries. I was always too pushy, trying to force things to happen that weren't going to work that way. I've become more submissive, going with the actual flow of the role play. It's made a world of difference, and I'm having a lot more fun because of it. It's really nice to have a lover who shares my pastime((That's actually how we met! ^^_^^ )).
Xiantic, thanks, for the second time! heheh
Loki, I can't legally drink for another year. Even when I'm legally allowed to drink, I probably won't do it. I have other ways to have fun.

It could be partially because I'm active, and I've actually responded to the birthday wishes I've received. It doesn't take much. heheh
Thanks again.

Aww. Thanks! We can just pretend that no one is late. Even though I don't celebrate birthday weeks, the fact that I'm having a birthday dinner tonight kind of means that my birthday is a bit extended? I guess?
