I honestly have no clue Silvan. A teammates wife took the pictures than sent them to me. For all I know she does have the motor drive-thingy.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Okay, here are some end-of-the-summer pictures as promised. They're from my summer job and farewell dinner for the summer employees.
While feeding the wolves. Tanasi is sniffing out some grub.
Tanasi looking for more food.
Tanasi and Netar (They're brother and sister, respectively)
Ahote (left) and Aiyana (right) chowing down
After the farewell dinner. Me with my fellow naturalist intern and partner. Looking at this picture makes me giddy ^_^ (For a backstory about this guy, see my latest posts in the Celebration and Complaints Thread)
For our "silly" picture, he suggested a secret agent theme, and I thought that was a brilliant idea.
EDIT: I swear, I tried resizing them to make them smaller, but it didn't work! Grrr...
EDIT 2: Hmmm...the pictures are smaller now like I wanted. Maybe my computer had to think a little before deciding to resize? Weird...

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Silvan, that dress looks amazing on you! I wish I could pull off dresses. ._.
Anyway, I sort of messed around with a few pictures today. I am fully aware that my shirt in them is really unflattering, but at this point, I don't care. Climbing trees is a lot harder now than it was in my youth... especially when I have to make sure I get from my camera into the tree in ten seconds. ^x_x^
My lover thinks this one looks weird, but it's the first time I've ever tried working with layers like this, and I'm kind of proud of the result. However, it's extremely time consuming, so I probably won't do it much. It's supposed to be more like me imagining myself climbing the tree than my actually doing it.
This one was his favorite. I think it's my favorite, too, but this technique is a lot easier and a lot quicker, so using it isn't a big deal. This one was just fun. =3

It's not that hard. I really just used layers and the eraser tool. =3

Danger, you're adorable. I think I've seen those pictures in the past.
Ryona, thanks. How long has your hair been that short? I think I remember your saying you cut it, but I thought it was still longer. It looks really cute.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
It was short ish for a couple of months now, and a few weeks ago I went and chopped it off even shorter. It was a part of this horrible headstrong belief I had that I would feel better about myself if I could find a hairstyle that works...suffice to say I never found it and have given up caring. Here's too short, messy hair!
And I can't believe you climbed into that tree in ten seconds. That is amazing.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
I'm sure it's easier to take care of your hair that way. I look awful with short hair, so I think I'll still with the length I have now. =3
Yeah. Well... after the first couple of attempts, I developed a systematic way of doing it which uncomplicated things. I'm just glad I'm tall enough to reach the bottom-most branches. ^^_^^

I guess I didn't realize how long your hair is, Kathryn! Mine never gets that far before I tire of it and chop it off haha. And yea, it's easy to take care of. I wash it, brush it, snap my fingers and presto! Finished! haha.

Ryona, you always outshine me! lol! Every time I post pics you normally post some soon after and you get all the comments hahaha!
You look great as usual. I can't stop spotting things in the background, though. Like the Tolkien book, and the number of action figures on the shelves lol! You and Silv have an awesome room!

Haha, I'm sorry HD! I think your pictures are awesome! I could stick my finger through your ear (is that a weird thing to say? LMAO)
The shelves actually only have statues, no action figures. My action figure collection is packed away right now. However you would LOVE the pirate ship on top of my desk. I need to take a picture of it at some point...

I always love your facial expressions, Danger. They give your pictures a lot of attitude ^_^
And Ryona, you're gorgeous as always. I love your short hair! I can only imagine how easy it is to manage! My face shape wouldn't look good with short hair, but it's so thick that long hair takes forever to style HAHA...

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Haven't put one up in a while. So, here's the most recent. My hair isn't usually this dark, but I think my shirt and make-up did something to make it a darker brown. >,>

Cute! You have lovely eyes. Is that shirt green? That colour definitely seems to compliment your natural colouring.

Well, I think you should consider wearing deep green in the future. It seems like it would work well for you.

Re: Post yo' Picture!
I'm gonna try this. If I do it on Facebook, I might as well do it here.
Quick question, though: how exactly do I resize pictures on this crazy thing?

Re: Post yo' Picture!
Well, you can either resize a picture in a photo editor, oooor, you can use HTML to do it.
The coding would be this:
That code would equal this picture ((which is actually mine from August 31st)):
You can get the direct link by right clicking a picture and selecting "copy image location," and you can resize the picture to any pixels you want. I usually go with 400 pixels because it's a good size, and it's not as awful for dial up users to load. Also, by only resizing the width ((or you can change the width to height)), it'll resize the picture according to the proper dimensions instead of stretching it like it would if you used a height and a width.
For example, if I resized the picture to a height of 300 pixels and width of 200 pixels, it would look like this:
See how awful that looks?
HTML works with FOG if you go to your profile preferences and make sure that "Always Allow HTML" is selected as Yes.
