I'm editing an old RP I may never use again and I'm realizing as I read it that it needs more explanations and rules than I initially created it with. Son of a bitch.

First I'm sick, then I get a cough for a week, and then I get sick AGAIN, and then had the cough AGAIN....and immediately I get horrible allergies that leave my head and nose congested and a horrible headache and I feel like there is acid in my nose..... Four weeks I've felt like absolute crap...and there is no sign that it is going away any time soon Sad

Because I want company in my misery how do you feel if I share THIS fact with you: 20,000 jobs will be lost because of this?

And DAMNIT Borders is the closest bookstore within 30 minutes and they have a decent graphic novel set up over there!

So...it looks like the lab I teach is going to take the full three hours tonight, and some of my students have expressed concern about getting out early to go on Valentine's Day dates. Not to mention they're the first class I teach each week, so I feel like they're my "guinea pigs" to make sure I can teach the lab more effectively for the next sections. This has all the makings of ending very badly...

I am so incredibly bored. I actually logged into my Facebook for the first time in forever. The only few people I hang out with are either sick, hung over, or out of town. I need a distraction!

...mainly because I ended things with my girlfriend yesterday. Sitting alone, bored, with practically no money causes the imagination to go places, ask questions...etc. Ugh! Sad

I complain that I have two awesome role-play ideas, but I don't have time for either of them. One of them I think I will eventually just make into a story...but I have enough on my plate in that deparment as well. I hate having more story ideas than I do capacity to write them.

I complain that I got the Pink Floyd album Meddle from a friend. I found out that a song was missing...but never got around to figuring out which one it was. Turns out, I love the missing song. But I don't want to buy the whole thing again on iTunes just to have it Sad

I can, but I wasn't sure if I could get it in the same list as the rest of the album. Ryona says she should be able to do it though, so I will buy it and see. If not, I will just make a custom playlist for that one album.

You know what? People seriously need to get over themselves and their issues with other people, especially when it comes to things larger than a few people. I don't care who you're pissed at - hell, you and I could be not on speaking terms and I still wouldn't care - but if we're working on something on a professional level, then you'd damn well better start acting more professional!

I got a message from a guy who has offered to DJ a dance one of my organizations has coming up. My one friend and I are the two people in charge of the dance. Said friend was being a sour-puss earlier today and some of her anger ended up directed towards me, or something stupid like that. I don't really care.

So I message my friend asking whether we decided if we wanted to go with the DJ or not. Friend responds, "Yeah, but we need a venue." I asked what she meant because he was asking for a response and I wanted to know what to say to him. She says, "Idk". So I go "okay then...I guess I'll let him know we haven't decided yet."

Immature, much? Swear to god. Be professional, people.

Oh, and to top it all off, she messages me, like, five minutes later going "Took care of it. Next time wait, and we talked about it Sunday." Uh, yeah, I know that? But I didn't know what we had decided, hence why I texted you?

Ugh. Whatever. I'm tired of immature games. It's not that hard to get along with people, seriously.

Ugh...today has just been one epic fail after another. I was practically in hysterics after my oceanography lecture because our professor was going over all these complicated calculus concepts that would have made more sense if I weren't five years removed from taking calculus. Then I taught for my marathon six hours and was looking forward to going dancing with my swing friends at our regular haunt. We always park off the side of the road in the neighborhood next to the place without any problems. Well, wouldn't you know that a parking officer decides to ticket every single car parked on the street $45 for "obstructing the flow of traffic," which is complete crap considering we all practically park in the ditch, and because residents have been complaining to the city. Look, I get that maybe you don't want a bunch of strange cars parking in your neighborhood. But could you at least let us off with a warning? There's no signs telling you not to park on the street, the lot for the place is always full, and the managers didn't even tell us that people had been complaining.

Oh yeah, and a drunk old guy was hitting on me even though he's old enough to be my grandpa. Faaaaaantastic... I want to crawl into bed and cry now...

Argh!!!! My hair is being such a bitch!!! The curls are becoming unmanageable, and I'm trying to get in touch with my hairstylist so I can get it relaxed, but she's not answering her phone!!! This is really pissing me off.

I have been so sick for this past week. I have barely been able to move, so I couldn't work at all this week. This weekend is St. Patty's Day stuff too. Tony, his friends, and I all got matching shirts and everything. Tomorrow I'm even supposed to go to a banquet with my boyfriend's mom and her boyfriend. I really hope I start feeling better. Right now, it's kind of scary because I'm so dizzy, though thinking about it, it may be because I haven't really eaten anything in awhile. I have absolutely no appetite.

Loving attention isn't necessarily a bad thing. Spotlights are like vacuums: somebody will--MUST--be in it; the universe at large demands it Razz

; might as well be the ones who like it. ^_^ The way I see it, you're hardwired to be like that. You don't want to build too much of an ego--that you're suppressing things probably indicates you won't--but it's not a bad thing that you crave attention, I think. Without people like you, who would, say, take photos of themselves in fantasy costumes? Who would act in the movies we all love? It's like art... with attention. xD

A YouTube podcast of randomness? I have a friend who does that. Actually she and her husband do lots of film stuff, but her YouTube channel is one of those outlets of random real hilarity, if that makes sense.

I'm probably going in the wrong direction. You probably have your own ideas. I guess I'm just saying, go for it; keep finding outlets. ^_^ All of the stuff you've shared on FOG has been awesome, and there's no need to dislike the part of you that enjoys it. Because if you didn't enjoy it, you might not do it, and then the wonderful results wouldn't come to be. Humility is awesome; keep it; but it's also okay to stay in the spotlight. Thumbs Up

I'm too thin to be a plus-sized model, but I'm not thin enough to be a regular model, so that's out of the question.

I think it's a bad thing in my case. Most of the time, it's no biggy, like with my photographs and such, but other times, I crave attention from people from whom I shouldn't be craving attention, especially when I have no real desire to return said attention. It's... complicated, and I wish I knew how to make it go away because it's stressful, and it makes me feel like an idiot that even though I'm able to think it through enough to know that it's not what I really want, I'm not able to govern my attention whorish emotions so logically.

... ok, no. Just... no. Just because you wouldn't be a mainstream model at either end of their spectrums doesn't mean you couldn't be a model in some form. It just means that you wouldn't be working for the oh-so-big groups that most people think of when they think model.
