Greetings, humanoids.
Thanks to a lovely gingerhead you will now be accompanied by hyper-intelligent hamster who will enlighten you with a surprisingly large imagination inside its tiny head.
More seriously though, nice too meet everyone. I'm no good at giving introductions, especially not when it comes to myself, but this one's open for interrogating me to get to know me better. Of course, I'll take the privilege of what I do a don't answer.
I also have loads of stories and old roleplays lying around, if anyone wishes to see some stuff they're welcome to. I collected samples of my writing from when I started (March 2006) up till last June, as it's a nice thing for me to skim through and see my progress in writing style and the English language in general.
So yeah, ask away I'd say.

Re: Greetings, humanoids.
Welcome to FOG!! ^^ I save samples of my writing as well and often laugh at things I wrote and stare amazed that even wrote it. I suck at introductions as well, but its still a welcome! I am sure you will have tons of fun here and just wait, more people will come greet you and you will start laughing at the responses ^^. We are bunches of crazy fun. I would also love to see some of things you have composed. What are your favorite types of role-plays?
Re: Greetings, humanoids.
Heya, Hamster. ^_^
Aw, that just sounds adorable! That was cool of Kinetic to show you here. Welcome aboard!

What's with us and rodents? I think this is the second hamster we've had join us. Fate must have cheese or something in the basement...
Behold, rodent. I shall greet you in the language of your ancestors.

Welcome, Illi!
For the record, apart from hi (and nearly tackling me down) that's the first thing she said to me when we met, 'ooh, you're little!' XD. For the record, I'm 1,78m or 5'9"/5'10"ish, and that's slightly taller than her.

Definitely. Looking back at March 2006 to my first story, and then to my latest roleplay post I made is a great difference. A friend of mine who had never seen my writing before said 'looking at the first paragraph of the first story and the last paragraph of the latest one is like looking at a completely different person.', something which I consider a great compliment. ^_^
And yes, the warm welcome and embedded youtube video assures me I'm at the right address for my creative outbursts.
Fantasy is the type I'm the most accustomed to, starting out in the warhammer realm. I'm open for anything though.
As a small example, this is the first roleplay I've ever hosted myself, which died later on due to inactivity:

If you're not familiar to Warhammer some names and things might sound odd. Just ask away and I'll explain.

It's really Fee's (Kinetic) fault I'm nicknamed hamster, along with some others helping. I can't quite remember who started calling me hamster but it was because of my cheeks, as I have these.. hamster-like cheeks. (Now that made you all curious, didn't it?) It's a cute little nickname and meant positive, so I decided to use it myself. ^_^
And yes, thank you for the wise words.
Edit:
Thought I'd elaborate more on the roleplays I'm accustomed to. Most of the RPs I've been in were based on a gamemaster bringing new events and leading the tale, and players responding to the events and interacting with each other. I have played an RP solely based on story (I keep wanting to say fluff! It's the warhammer term for story XD), and that slowly but surely became prey to powerplaying and godmoding unfortunately. That was back in the days where next to none of the players had proper grammar though, tons of fun but something to cry about for language purists.

Cool. I don't know anything about Warhammer unfortuantly I will look over your roleplay when I get an opportunity. Juggling a few things now... and see? You got some fun responses. Love the video!
Re: Greetings, humanoids.
Welcome to FOG, Hamster! And just to let you know that, despite (or perhaps because of?) your diminutive size and adorable cheeks, you will always remain special to us - we've already set a special place for you at our great big family table.

Nahaha, I get a spot before more veteran members do, I like this place.
Thank you, Igraine.
Oh, and to be honest Seer, I don't know a whole lot about warhammer either. I just used my limited knowledge on the world and story to make a roleplay on it. (And even then I usually asked a bunch of stuff to an expert on it before making a new update. )
I have a story idea lying around I could turn into a possible roleplay with some effort, btw. I'll just have to see if I have the time for it. Skimming through some roleplays they look really great, but I'm wondering if I can keep up with my exam year coming soon. I'm more used to the 'one roleplay post a week' kind, and this certainly seems to go a lot faster. It is quality over quantity in the end, so if I enter something I want to be sure I can commit my fullest writing capability to it.
Thank you, Igraine.

Re: Greetings, humanoids.
Hehe. I hope you do well on your exams! I have school coming up and such so I might be reduced to slow posts myself. I hope everything goes well for you and you have fun turing that story into a roleplay when you decide to. No on is rushing you ^.^

Re: Greetings, humanoids.
XD Thank you, Diodri.
And yes, exams. One more year and I'm done with that crap and can start studying Psychology.
I'm currently writing down the world and setting the story plays in, and after that's done I'll do an interest check to see if people would like to see it turned into a roleplay. My initial plan is to make a story in that setting basing a couple of the main characters on friends of mine, but I can see it being an interesting roleplay as well. It'll have steampunk in it, I'll share that much for now.

Re: Greetings, humanoids.
Sounds interesting to me. You want to be a psychology major as wel!? What field? *Wide eyes and jumping up and down in excitment*
Re: Greetings, humanoids.
For now I have no concrete idea on what I want yet, but Psychology definitely caught my attention as something I want to know more about.

Psychology is definitely interesting, but I don't wanna understand people, they're weird sometimes...

Thanks Kathryn, I'm sure I will.
So far so good with my setting, couple of people read the WIP and liked it. It's about halfway done now. ^_^
